Gemini smiled. "Ah, that explains it." She said.

April jumped to her feet. "Okay! Let's go then!" She said.

Cal snorted. "Uh, April? Don't you think we should get dressed first?" He asked, pointing out that they were both still in their pajamas.

"Go get dressed." Martha laughed and pushed them into there room. "So Lori enjoying your boring life with the boring master of boring." Joker smirked at Lori who frowned. "Bruce is not boring he's just..." Lori trailed off in thought. "Vanilla?" Joker offered then laughed when Lori scowled at him. "It's true since you stopped being a criminal your both more boring but Bruce is ten times worst. How do you two even get along? Your far more fun then he is." Lori growled knowing he was trying to get her worked up.

Gemini rolled her eyes. "Can we not get into a fight? It's barely ten in the morning." She said. She couldn't resist one remark, however. "Besides, you hardly have to ask. They both act all proper most of the time, but they're probably wild in bed."

Cal and April went to get dressed.

Lori turned a bright pink color and punched Gemini in the arm. "Shut up!" She glared as Martha made a face. "That's a yes." Joker laughed then flinched when Lori punched his arm.

Gemini just rubbed her arm and laughed. She was so used to being punched there that she barely felt it anymore.

April was the first to come bounding out of the room, mostly dressed and struggling to pull her shoes on as she ran.

Cal walked out calmly after her, fully dressed. "April, you need to calm down. Rushing only makes yoou go slower." He advised.

"He really is the voice of reason." Martha teased Cal then hurried out with April Lori just chuckled and followed along dropping them at school before heading home.

Cal blushed, and his face stayed slightly pink the whole ride to school.

Lori stared at Bruce threw out the morning thinking about what Joker said. She grimaced at the thought that he had gotten her to think that the love of her life might be to vanilla.

Martha smiled at Cal "don't be so embarrassed about what I said. One of us has to be and I'm glad your it."

Bruce finally decided to ask his wife what the problem was. "Lori. You've been staring at me all morning. Is there something wrong?" He asked.

Cal managed to not blush brighter at this. "Th-thanks. I'll do my best to stay that way, then."

"Good. I like you just the way you are." Martha skipped of oblivious to the effect that would have on him.

"URGh!" Lori let her head hit the table. "It's Joker he got all up inside my head. He said you were vanilla and he couldn't understand why someone funner then you would have fallen in love with you. He really gets into your mind and screws things up in there."

Naturally, Cal turned bright red at those words. He couldn't do anything about it, though, so he simply followed Martha into school.

Bruce blinked, then blinked again. "Vanilla...?" He chuckled. "You need to learn to ignore him. Think about it, Lori: I'm a man who decided to dress up as a bat and fight bad guys from the shadows. Who is a master of many forms of martial arts, has a genius IQ, and fell in love with one of the villains he was supposed to fight. Does that sound vanilla to you?"

"I don't think that was what he meant." Lori sighed then smiled. "But your right that at least isn't vanilla."

"There you go, then." Bruce said, giving her a smile. "By the way, our anniversary is coming up. We'll have to leave Martha with Alfred...or Gemini, I suppose..." He sighed at that thought. "But either way, I have something special planned, so pack for every situation."

Lori rolled her eyes. "You know she would be fine. Gemini would tear Joker a new one. He's terrified of her angry side." She chuckled.

Bruce smirked and nodded. "That's true...Gemini is almost as scary as you when she gets mad." He said. "And I know Gemini wouldn't let anything happen to Martha. Whatever else you can say about that woman, she's at least a natural mother."

Lori nodded and then leaned in giving him a lingering kiss. "I'll go start packing." She smiled and walked upstairs leaving him to watch her.

Bruce watched her the whole way, smirking slightly at the less than gentlemanly thoughts that came to mind.

By the time lunch rolled around Lori was packed and had taken to back so she wasn't bored.

After having packed and set things up so that Martha would stay with Gemini, Bruce went off to find Lori.

Lori was standing at the stove moving her hips in time to the song on the radio. When she felt someone watching her she blushed and turned to look at Bruce. "Hey." She smiled holding the cupcake up. "Want one?" She asked before taking a bite of said cupcake.

Bruce chuckled. He had been watching her quietly for a few moments. He walked forward and kissed Lori while she was still chewing on the cupcake. "Mmm...I would definitely like more of that." He said suggestively.

Lori turned a dark pink color. "Your so perverted you old man." she teased him placing the slightly crushed cupcake on the counter. "If you want more we'll have to pack it up to go." she smirked slightly.

Bruce chuckled. "Fine, pack up as many as you want. But hurry, we have to get going. The plane leaves in an hour." He said.

Lori finished up then raced to the car. "Hurry up slow poke. I want to see where we go."

Bruce followed, smirking as he deliberately went slower just to tease her. Seeing her expression, he laughed and hurried up, getting into the car.
