Daemon smiled a little and made sure she got enough to eat and all of her favorites. He even prodded her a bit into getting mochi for dessert.

Lily just grinned and settled in to relax and let him spoil her a bit. She wasn't quite sure how having a group would go, but she figured they wouldn't get as much quiet time with just the two of them anymore. Which was okay. But she was going to enjoy it while she could.

Not that Daemon had to prod much about the mochi. Heather rather liked mochi, and she took every opportunity to get it.

Lucivar just kept up the spoiling. Dinner didn't take long to arrive, and he made sure her favorites were set out for her when she was finished with her bath.

Daemon didn't rush them back to the hotel, instead letting her take her time and letting her dictate when they'd leave. He didn't mind, after all.

Lily emerged in comfy clothes with her hair pinned up and still damp from her bath and smiled.

"Someone's going all out tonight," she teased gently.

Heather did want to get back to the hotel at a reasonable time, so they didn't linger too long at the sushi place. She did kind of want that hot bath.

"Do I hear complaining?" Lucivar teased in return, grinning.

Daemon let them into his room and helped her get her coat off before he went to go run the bath for her. Oh yes, he knew how to spoil her.

Lily grinned. "Nope, nary a word," she said cheerfully, sitting at the table. "You're allowed."

Heather smiled indulgently, but let him continue spoiling her. Hey, she never said she didn't enjoy it.

"That's what I thought," Lucivar said, grinning and passing her a plate so she could get some dinner.

"All ready for you," Daemon said, emerging a few minutes later. "Take as long as you'd like."

"Thanks." Lily got a bit of everything and settled in. So far, it was definitely a good evening.

"Thanks," Heather said. She kissed his cheek. "You're the best, Daemon."

"My pleasure," Lucivar replied as he let her get settled and comfortable.

Daemon smiled at that and let her go get settled into her bath while he went to go read for a while.

"Got any other plans I should know about?" Lily grinned a bit at him.

Heather sighed happily as she sank into the hot bath. Yes, Daemon knew how to spoil her.

"Possibly," Lucivar replied, grinning. "Depends on if you want a massage or not."

"Have I ever said no to a massage?" Lily asked, raising an eyebrow at him. Because he was nuts if he thought she didn't want a massage. There were very few things she would never turn down; a massage was one of them. Braiding her hair for her was another.

"Once," Lucivar replied, smirking a bit. "When you came home ready to punch holes in the walls from work. You threatened to try to break my fingers."

"Oh yeah. Huh." Lily grinned. "And you wisely backed off and put the kettle on for me and just let me vent for a bit. Much better choice for everyone involved."

"I know how to deal with you in your moods," Lucivar said, grinning a bit. He'd definitely learned quickly early on exactly how to handle Lily when she was in some sort of mood.

Lily snickered at that. "Well, if anyone else ends up joining us, you'll have to show them the caution signs," she said with a bit of a grin.

"They'll learn," Lucivar said. He wasn't going to leave any newcomers floundering, by any means, but he also wasn't going to lead them by the hand, either. Any newcomers would learn quick how to tell if Lily was in a Mood, just like he did.

Lily chuckled at him and shook her head. "This will certainly be entertaining to watch, at times," she said, looking at him. "For both of us."

Lucivar snorted a bit.

"No kidding," he said, smirking just a little. "I think you'll like the ones I picked, though."

"I'm sure I will. You know me too well." Lily smiled rather indulgently though. "I'm looking forward to meeting them."

"You'll be pleased," Lucivar said, nodding a bit. Hopefully, nobody else tried to bother them during the interviews the next day. They'd had that happen before, and he'd rather not have to scare someone off. He found it tended to put off the welcome prospective interviewees.

The next morning, Lily got some breakfast and was ready to go down to the convention proper to see who Lucivar had picked out for her.

Daemon lured Heather out of bed with fresh coffee and let her take her time with her breakfast. They were in no rush, after all.

Lucivar made sure breakfast was ready for Lily once she got up. He knew that the easier it was for her to get ready, the better the day would end up being. That's just how things worked, sometimes.

Heather was indeed lured out of bed by the coffee and breakfast. Once the caffeine had her a bit more awake, she looked at Daemon.

"So, how many am I expecting today?" she asked.

"Ready?" Lily asked once she was ready to go, bouncing on the balls of her feet a little.

"Just two," Daemon said over his own cup of coffee. "They may not be there as soon as we get there, but you can certainly take a look around."

"Whenever you are," Lucivar said, opening the door for her.

"Two sounds good," Heather said. "Don't want to take on too many at once, after all." She grinned teasingly. "Not until I know how well you handle sharing."

"Alrighty, let's go." Lily grinned and headed out with him.

Daemon snorted. "I can share," he said. "Just as well as I need to." He sniffed indignantly.
