"Wondered about what?" Raven asked, taking a sip of tea.

"I've often wondered what happens when a wolf deals with wolfsbane," she said.

"It's the same thing when anyone else does. It's lethal, but of course that's when it's ingested." Raven said simply, "It's actually rather surprising how often I get asked that."

"Really? I was told that it affected canine-like Faunuses, especially wolves, as if it were catnip..." Amaya admitted though she didn't remember where she heard that from.

"It's highly lethal to everyone, It's just faster acting on us. Anyone else would die in six hours, we die within an hour. Trust me, I've done my homework." She said with a sly smirk

"Then I wonder who told me that, and why" Amaya admitted as she took a sip of her hot chocolate, letting out a soft sigh.

"Was it after we became a team?"

"I...i think so," she replied.

Raven sighed, "I'm glad you asked before trying to use it. I believe someone had it out for me, wanting to harm and or kill me."

Amaya looked down. "I'm sorry..."

"Why are you sorry? YOU did nothing wrong. Whoever told you that needs to pay for trying to kill someone using you as a scapegoat."

"I would have hurt you..." she said softly, feeling bad about potentially hurting her leader.

"You wouldn't of been the wiser without me saying something. I want to know who told you, or who spread that around."

"He didn't give me a name or an identity, but I remember he was wearing a white shirt with three black stripes going down diagonally. He was also wearing a pair of blue jeans and brown boots, similar to Yang" Amaya replied.

"That doesn't help me at all." Raven sighed, "But that doesn't sound good to me at all. Come on, Let's drop this."

"Probably a good idea" Amaya responded, though she was glad that Raven didn't think badly of her because of what she was told.

Raven looked into her tea, taking a sip. She tried to figure out if she recalled that appearance, angry deep down about having heard the news. Who the hell could it of been...

Daniel Oswald stood in the shadows, a scowl on his face as he saw the plan that he had come up with fail. Not only did that Faunus Hater not give the Wolf that killed his sister the Wolfsbane, but apparently she didn't even have it on her. Before either female could sense him, he disappeared back into the shadows.

Raven felt the presence just as it vanished, her head turning to look where the figure was. "Who was that..." She said aloud, getting an uneasy feeling.

"Rae?" Amaya asked, wondering what she had sensed.

"I... thought I felt someone was watching us." Raven shook her head, "I'm probably just being paranoid."

"Maybe, maybe not. Perhaps... we should pay for our drinks and go?" she asked, a little worried.

"Go where?" Raven asked as she sipped calmly at her tea.

"Anywhere really. Just...if you are sensing someone watching us, I don't think staying here would be a good idea," she replied.

"I would rather stay in a well lit, rather populated area. Leaving could just draw their attention again, and we do not know who... heck, I'm not even truly sure I felt someone, I could of just been paranoid." She said seriously, before finishing off her tea.
