One must practice indifference when they don't care about children.

Some babies make me want to pick them up and hold them, but some babies are kind of gross. And the loud ones scare me. I don't know how to handle screaming babies.

I handle them by covering my ears and leaving. XD

When I hear a baby crying it makes me want to lay down and cry too.

Responsibilities make me want to lie down and cry and promptly turn into a cat.

I hate crying.

I don't like it when people think you can be too old to cry.

I don't like that either - everyone should be allowed to cry, no matter age, gender, or whatnot. If you're upset or feel like crying - go ahead and cry.

It isn't a sign of weakness - it's a sign that you aren't afraid to show your true feelings. No need to bottle up feelings. Express oneself!
