Well I made lots of food last night so I wouldn't have to cook at all today, lol. I made hashbrown casserole and stuffed bell peppers. Enough to get us through dinner last night and lunch and dinner today. That way I could catch up on other stuff today and not have to worry about food prep and cooking.

I'm eating again. Lol to be fair, I didn't eat much to start with. I was too busy cleaning and getting everyone else to eat.
