I've got a random question... I was thinking about sending out Christmas cards this year. Do you usually only send them to people you won't be seeing for the holidays? Or do you send one to everyone?

Hm, I think Christmas Card can be a nice surprise in any case, but if you are going to meet someone and especially if you will give them gift, then it could be handed over personally (with gift, for example). In my family, we always get cards for each other, for example.

You could send them to everyone but I think if you are going
to see them on the holidays then the people you wont be seeing sounds
like a good idea to send a christmas card to.

I found some I want to order online but it's tough trying to figure out how many I will need... I'm making a list now. ^^;

I send personalized Christmas cards to all of my family, and a few close friends. The family we won't be seeing, we write a letter on the card and send a couple of recent photos of us and the kiddo (unless it's distant family who we're pretty sure doesn't really care to get photos and would probably trash them, lol. People we will be seeing, we still send a fun little card to, because everyone loves to feel thought of at the Holidays. I know I love getting Christmas cards. I've saved them for years, and we have a photo album dedicated just to photos our friends and family send.

When he goes to check his mailbox and there's nothing in it, he says, "Rats. Nobody sent me a Christmas card today. I almost wish there weren't a holiday season. I know nobody likes me. Why do we have to have a holiday season to emphasize it?"

I am staring at regular Storybook Journey on MP for 4,5k. Afraid it will get snatched up, but perhaps Hummy is selling a bit cheaper. She hasn't replied to my question for a day, though.

Hummy sells CIs that are out of the shop for 3.5k unless they're really old. If it's still in the shop, 2.5k.

It's not too cold here today. Just rainy and gloomy. My vampire neighbor seems to be finally getting some things delivered. *shrugs*

You guys have any ideas for giving back at the Holidays?

We're going to donate old toys to the children's shelter, make gift baskets with hot chocolate, coffee and baked goods for our local fire department, and donate homemade toys and old blankets to the animal shelter.

Does anyone have any more ideas? I was thinking we could volunteer at a local nursing home for one reason or another.

What else?

It sounds like you're already doing so much more than most people.

I'm back! For a little bit anyway. I'm surprised no one had any more ideas! That's okay though, I've been doing research and have a TON.
