Mrs. Louann appeared behind Victor as she held his gun at his head. "Hello Victor it's been a while husband. How are your harlots, Victora, Amber, Anissa, Rachel, Monica, oh and your lovely Ebony? " She said as she looked coldly at him. The air was thick with hatred coming from her as she spoke. " Oh, that's right I killed them all just like you killed my sons. Our flesh and blood you killed them. I see you met my so Jasper. " She said as she chocked the gun. " You let my little boys be taken by the government for your debts. I gave you fair warning to stay away from this island and away from my family here." She said as she shot him in the chest missing his heart by a inch on purpose. She shot both of his legs and arms as she moved facing him the gun still ready as she glared at him. " Miss me love? You didn't want a good woman you wanted the harlots with no skills. You are nothing but a coward say your prayer.

Jasper slowly moved closer to Mrs. Louann this was her good for nothing husband. He watched her as he debated if he should let her kill him. He was torn in more ways than one as he saw the pain for once in her eyes. He saw the hurt and battered women she had been hiding all the years. He looked around as he made sure Red wasn't around and she was safe along with the others. He looked back to the two as he knew the man's life was in the hands of the one women he had wronged more than anyone in his life.

Nana shook her head at Jade. " I will not tell you everything nor will anyone else here. You are our little Jade and we love you. Victor appeared here and is having a meeting with his ex-wife. " She said simple as she smiled at Jade. "We need you to rest my little one. Nana isn't going to leave you. " She said as she softly stroked her lovingly as well. "Victor is going to get what he has coming to him. You know Mrs. Loueann was worried for you she did the surgery herself on you. If it makes you feel better that's Victor's wife. He's going to get what he had coming to him. She'll make sure he pays for what he has done to you.'

Victor smiled when he saw Lucy, "oh lucy, i thought you were long gone by now or at least I thought I had sent my little rat in to exterminate you all." he said as his eyes turned to steel. Looking at Jasper he smirked, "he isn't nearly as good as our boy had been but I would do it all over again, it was one of the best deals I have ever made besides making a deal with that girls father. But you know me, I never keep my end of the deal." he said and then flew back as the first bullet hit him. Laying on the ground he felt more bullets go into him as he looked at his ex-wife. When he heard her he laughed and smiled up at her, "I never wanted any of you" he said as he laughed, "I wanted the world and even in death I might get it. My influence is felt across the globe, even if you get ride of me I will be haunting you in your sleep and if you ever get off this island." he said as he started laughing, a little blood coming out of his mouth.

Jade wasn't sure if she was happy or confused by ever word they were saying. "can I get answers once I sleep?" she asked as she looked down at her new scar. What exactly had happened? Yet Panic jumped in her throat as she heard Victors name and without thinking shifted, "He's here?" she nearly screamed but forced herself not to jump up because of the stitches, "this is all my fault, I should have either done my job or killed myself." she muttered as she clenched her hands into fists, "where's a gun? I should be out there helping, I can't be laying here." she said as she slowly moved to sit up, careful about the stitches. This was her fault, all of this. But she felt better as she heard that Mrs. Loueann was out there and if that Old Bat was victors ex-wife was she needed? Calming down she felt Jade take over. Jade frowned as she sat there, a little dazed as pain set in from sitting up, why was she sitting up. Falling over again, she looked up at Nana, "please give me answers." she said softly clear to anyone that she didn't understand she wasn't herself all the time.

Mrs. Loueann stared at him coldly as she shot her final shot dead in the middle of his forehead. "You might do so but I've lived in your shadow enough to know, how to clean up your messes. I didn't want you either that's why I made your life a living hell in every way I could." She said bitterly as she turned looking to Jasper. She walked passed him as she freed the others and got a part to help clean the mess up. She saw to the burning of Victors boy herself making sure he was dead. She felt happy for once finally putting the bluet she had dreamed about in that mans head.


Jasper finally made it the safe house as he ran in side. He saw Sweat Pea and Nana who smiled and excused their selfs as they walked outside to Bo letting him tell his story. Jasper walked over to where Jade was as he softly hugged her being genial with her as he saw her wounds. He smiled as he softly stroked her face. " Red, you are safe. " he said knowing Jade wouldn't understand but the other half of her would. He smiled looking into Jades eyes. "Victor is dead. You are safe and you are home that is the most important thing. " He said as he smiled at her and laughed. "But your stuck here at least till tomorrow so we can let your wound heal some. " He said knowing she would want to protest him.

Jade heard running and wondered if everything was alright till she saw it was jasper. Once he hugged her she finally felt herself calm down, every part of her. Blushing as he stroked her cheek, she wondered what he meant by Red yet when she heard the word Dead her mind went blank. The man that had controlled her life for her entire life, who made her into what she was was gone. Leaning against Jasper slightly she just stood there for a while, "how? why? when did he get here?" she asked as she tried to figure out everything that was going on. As she stood there she felt her mind start to slip.
Red looked at him, "what in the hell happened?" she asked as she looked at him, her eyes demanding answers as she placed her hands on her hips, " I mean Im happy and glad that everyone is all right. But you better start explaining because I have been asking around trying to figure out what is going on." she said as she looked at him, wanting to hear how she was safe. How she didn't' have to worry about being blown to pieces every second of the day, how, by the sound of things, that she may be able to actually live a normal life, or as normal as she could get.

Jasper made sure that they others where gone as he let Red rant. He just stared at her for a moment. "Are you done now?" He asked as he grinned at her obviously playing with her. His smile faded as he became serious for a moment. "Victor wasn't as smart as he thought. Mrs.Loueann is Anastasia Renoval one of the best Russian spy's to date. She is just as well connected as him only her connections are even higher in some areas. Victor made the mistake of getting their sons killed due to some debts apparently. I knew she was a tough old women but I never knew how tough. She traced the hack Jade had done back to Victor and had some of her more powerful friends look into you and your father. She apparently knew you would be a sleeper cell because Victor had some documentation on you. Apparently she felt you would be given the bomb as insurance that you wouldn't fail him. She said it was his trade mark. I'd say sadly she was right. It was Mrs. Loueann that orchestrated all of this not me. I was going to go with him willingly if it meant you were safe. She told me that was my weakness and I should work on it. But I told her I didn't need to as long as she was my mother. " He said as he smiled slightly thinking about the elderly woman. He had watched her preform a task not many young people could complete with skill and grace. "Always knew those Russians where crazy." He said as he laughed a little. "Mrs.Loueann want you to stay here and to be happy and I want you too. I know we have only met but I would be a lair if I said I didn't care for you. I love you both Jade and Red no matter how you come. But if you cut my power again Red I'll beat the snot out of you." He said meaning it as he glared at Red.

He softly stroked her face as he looked to her chest. " No settle down so you want pop any stitches or I'll put a shot in you to know you out myself. You have everyone worried about you. You would be happy to know Bo even took out Beck for you. That man has never been in physical combat but he put himself in harms way for you. " He said as he smiled at red and grinned. "Your safe I promise and it felt good to break that man's hand." He said as he wished he had went for the man's face instead. However Mrs. Louann didn't give him the chances to. "So Victor met his Maker in more than one way. Apparently him and Mrs.Louann had been partners and she had trained him in combat skills. I have to say you don't have to ever worry about me betraying you after today. Mrs.Louann took out his leg first his hand and then shot him in the forehead dead center. I think she is have a burning party right now. I'm not looking forward to Christmas with you two. Paint ball with you two is going to put me in the hospital if I'm lucky and not under a tomb stone." He said thinking about the two of them with any kind of gun.

Red listened to him and just stared at him in shock over everything. It took a bit for every piece to fall into place in her mind but once he was done she breathed in deeply. "I guess I will have to pay a visit to Mrs. Loueann." she said and wondered how that would go. The last time that she had been there wasn't exactly her best moments. Though when she heard his words of love she froze. Sure, she had been the objects of love for people and done things that she had always regret. But she never though anyone in there right mind would like or love someone like her. Chuckling a little bit she looked down at the ground, "promise not to as long as I get to stay at your house." she said as her mind was slowly becoming overloaded. For once she made herself go into Jade mode.

Jade just sat there, for once not in the dark. She wasn't sure what had happened but she had listened to everything Jasper had just said but had felt different. Now she felt the same and she couldn't' help but blush. Nodding, she looked up at him, "I promise to settle down." she said as she stood there as she figured out. It appears that Victor had gotten what he had deserved and she had gotten something taken out of her. Looking down she ran her fingers across the stitches. She had a bomb in her and half of her had never known. Leaning against Jasper she sighed, "okay I understand everything but can I ask why is it that I feel different? I can't put my finger on it but I feel different, like I am more relaxed." she said and wondered if it was because of that. Most of her life she had been so tense that she couldn't' handle much but now, now that victor was gone did that mean her tension was gone too.

Jasper smiled as he heard both of then. "I think it just means you know your safe Jade. That is something I want you to always keep. Now little lady you have to rest and enjoy yourself." He said as he got up and mashed a button as a screen came down he mashed another button and the TV turned on. He pulled down the remote from the side as he handed Jade the remote and took a set behind her. "What is we watch some TV together?" He couldn't help but smile as he stared at her. He turned his head as he saw Sweat Pea walk in with a beautiful blanket with a computer design on it placing it on Jade. Nana came in with popcorn and drinks followed by Bo who had pizza. They all sat around Jade as they looked to her smiling.

"You going to sit here Jasper or you going to get us a movie?" Nana said as she looked at him. Her eyes shifted to Jade as she smiled. " You let Nana know when you get hungry I have hamburgers and food for you. But you have to get better. I still want to teach you horse back riding if you let me." Her eyes then cut to Jasper as she smacked him in the head with his soda. "Christmas Jade chooses where it is. Either way we all come. You know this year we will have it at your house. You decorate that house or Nana will do it and you wish you had young man!" The women said glaring at Jasper as he mouthed at her in a playing manner .

Jade nodded, "maybe your right." she said and relaxed once he sat down next to her. Leaning against him, she nodded and then started to flip through the channels as the others came in. Smiling, she hugged them as they sat down with her. She had never felt so safe then she did now with everyone around her. Chuckling when she heard Nana she nodded, "I'm not all that hungry now but maybe later." hearing that she still wanted to teach her she nodded excitedly, "and of course I still want to learn how to ride." she said and was glad to have a family like this.

When she heard Christmas she lit up a little bit, "it has been a while since I have had a christmas but as long as I know I get to spend it with all of you I will be happy." she said as she smiled at everyone. The last time she had a real christmas was when her father was still alive. After he was killed the day was just another work day for her. After flipping through the channels for a bit she finally found a christmas movie. It was a badly done one but it was a movie. Taking a can of soda she opened it and couldn't help but look at everyone. Pieces of what had happened were slowly going into place and part of her couldn't' believe they wanted to be around her after all of that. But at the same time she wondered if this was what it meant to be a family, to love them completely, even their faults.

Jasper smiled as he felt her rest against him. He softly bent down and kissed her forehead. He then looked up as the movie started. He looked around as Sweet Pea held on of Jades hand, Nana held the other. He noticed Bo kept his eyes on Jade in a protective way. He smiled as he watched them all. He turned as he saw Mrs.Loueann peered in at them making sure each of them was ok. He smiled at her as she blew him a kiss from the glass and then vanished. If Jade hadn't been resting against him he would have went out and talked to her. He knew she had been through a lot today. She had saved him in more way today than he could every repay her for as he looked to Jade. He was happy that she was ok. He knew Jade didn't like Mrs.Loueann but she was still the only mother he had. He watched everyone laughing at the movie and then having a popcorn war with one another like nothing had happen.

After awhile the others left due to the fact they where falling out everywhere from being tired. He tried not to laugh seeing Nana curled up in a cube slow of book shelving there. He just shook his head as he watched Bo get beat by Nana for trying to pull her out. He had never seen someone nail as many punches to the face as Nana did in less than a second. He felt bad for Bo as Nana felt bad the two heading home, Sweat Pea in toe after kissing Jade good by. Soon it was just him and Jade. He smiled as he sat there with her. He turned as he watched the door open as Mrs. Loueann appeared propping the door open. She walked to where Jade was as she smiled at the girl. "I need to make sure the stitches are doing ok and then I'll leave." She said warm and friendly. She gently picked up the girls shirt as she inspected the wounds. She then looked to Jasper as she smiled at him. "Let's get her home." She said as she helped Jasper lift Jade being careful with her. The doors to the truck where open to the back seat. They gently slide Jade in the back that was covered in soft blankets with pillows for her to make her more comfortable. Jasper smiled as he was handed the keys. He climbed in with Mrs. Loueann in the passenger. They shut their doors and he began to drive happy to see his window was fixed.

He smiled as he drove to Mrs.Louanns house. She got out and looked to him." I fixed your power Mrs. Jade please don't cut anymore wires tonight you need your rest." She said in a playful manner as she walked to her house. Jasper just smiled as he drove them home. After some work he managed to get Jade in the house and in her bed. He was out of breath from the juggling act of doing so as he laughed at himself. "I'm getting out of shape I need to work out more." He said laughing at himself.

Jade smiled when she felt the kiss and looked as everyone seemed to take her hands. Squeezing their hands gently she just went back to watching the movie and found herself feeling content. She didn't feel like she had to go do something, she wasn't thinking about the future or past, everything felt right. When the popcorn warn started jade fought a bit but each time she moved someone would made her sit back down. She knew it was because they cared and in all truth her chest hurt from the surgery. She should have expected that getting a bomb removed wasn't exactly the greatest thing.

As everyone left, she hugged them and kissed them back. They were her new family now and she loved them more then she could ever say. Yawning a bit, she moved to tell Jasper that they should head home when Mrs. Loueann came in. At first she thought back to the first day she had been there and how she had treated her. Yet as she approached she remembered that she was the one who had actually managed to keep her alive today. "uh, mrs. Loueann…. thank you…. for everything." she said softly as she looked down at the ground, "we may have gotten off the wrong foot before but thank you. Im pretty sure I wouldn't' be here if you hadn't been prepared." she said as she looked at her and wondered if they could be friends. She wasn't exactly sure how Mrs. Loueann would fit into her odd family but she would.

She let them carry her out to the car and watched as they drove to Mrs. Loueanns house. Hearing her she smirked as she felt her other side come out, "I won't cut anything else tonight but no promises in the future. I have to be a pain in this ass for this guy." she said as she poked jasper. "maybe sometime we can actually talk instead of have disaster come out way or we could just try to kill each other. Im good either way, both sound fun." she said as she waved to her laughed as they drove away, joking about killing her. Settling into the car she smiled as she saw the house and tried to protest when Jasper moved to get her out of the car but knew he would do it anyways. sighing she let him carry her and once they got to her room she smirked, "that is why you should have let me walk. I may have just had surgery but I can take a beat." she said as she smiled at him. As she looked at him her mind flashed to what he said before and she looked down as she blushed, "so, Jaspy, you meant those words? the… L-word, or do you mean it in the family way?" she asked, wanting to know.

Jasper stared at Red for a moment as he wondered what she was talking about. He hadn't said love had he. He thought about it for a while and he just smiled at her. "I guess you'll have to stick around and see what I meant." He said as he grinned at her knowing it would drive her crazy. "Little lady stay in bed." He said as he brought the tablet that was wrapped in Green wrapping paper with a large bow on it from Sweat Pea and Bo. He handed it to Red and she smiled. "Here attack the web while you stoop in here for a while. We both need some sleep and you young lady need to take it ease. I am going to get you some water to put on your night stand. Do you need anything else before we both try and get some sleep?" He asked wondering what random thoughts he knew was going through reds mind. He just grinned knowing red would want to beat him for not answering her.

Red glared at him when he didn't give her anything to work with. She wanted to know now, not later. He was going to try to punch him but before he could he was handing her something. Relaxing a bit, she took the gift into her hands and smiled as she started opening it. Smiling at the present, she quickly started exploring the internet but frowned. "how long do I have to stay in bed?" she asked finding that she didn't want to be stuck in a room for long. She had been stuck in a room for half her life and she dint' want to stay in it for longer then she had too. Thinking for a bit, she then shook her head, "i think I am good but sleep would defiantly be a good thing." she said as she yawned slightly. After everything that had happened to them she found she just wanted to sleep now. "Once I get better you better prepare for me beating the answer out of you." Red said as she yawned again and found herself laying down. It was probably because of the left over drugs in her system but for once she didn't have too much fight in her. She normally would be trying to punch him but the bed felt too comfortable to resist.

Jasper just laughed hearing Red as he watched her fall asleep. He walked to the fridge and pulled the milk as he fixed himself some hot cocoa. He sat there at the island as he built and disassemble his hand gun. His mind on what happen today. He had been to weak he was becoming to soft. He would have lost the best thing that ever happen to him if Mrs.Louann hadn't jumped in. Something in him clicked today watching Mrs.Loueann. He had turned his back on the one thing that made him....well him. He needed his resolve he needed his calculating side he needed the killer in him. Without it he was to weak. The island was making him to weak today was proof of it.

He sat there and kept building and disassembling the gun. He had become to weak here and he needed to get back to his old self something he never thought he would say. If he wanted to truly protect Jade he needed to be the monster not the prince. He wondered if that was the true lessen from beauty and the beast. The prince needed the Beast part of him to protect what he loved. Gaston after all was his downfall when he became to weak by love. He couldn't risk becoming weak with Jade. He had to protect her. He got up taking the gun as he left the house. He spend his time patrolling the shore line. He kept his watch till morning when he was greeted by Mrs. Loueann.

"So you have chosen to go back to your old ways? How is Jade going to like this?" Mrs. Loueann said as she saw the physical change in Jasper. He no longer had the warm exterior his facial expressions where cold. She knew that walk of his just like she knew him. "You can't go back to that man Jasper. That girl need Jasper not you. You could stay like this forever and the same outcome would prevail. No matter witch side you choose life has a way of always catching us by surprise. You could take that girl to the ocean and a random shark could attack her. You could kill the shark but she would still be hurt. You can't protect her from everything. None of us can that is what makes us mortal and resilient. She doesn't need your protection she needs you Jasper all of you. So before you choose one side of yourself remember both side of her need all the sides of you. Now get your sorry tail back home to that girl. Or I'll shoot you too and put you in her charge." The women said as he handed Jasper a cup of coffee. She looked to him as she gently kissed his cheek and smiled at him. "Your the only son I have and I can't let you mess up a good thing. Love doesn't make you weak Victor and I honestly never loved one another it was a business deal. Before you say anything." She said putting her fingers to his lips. " You have never bowed to anyone before now. You have never stood up to be before now. You have never changed your house or rolled over for a person. For her you stood up to me, you welcome her into your home, you completely changed it to make her happier, you wouldn't fight back against her. Jasper my boy you love her. I can't let you rune that. That girl needs you as much as you need her. She brought you to life again. You laugh, you haven't laughed in a long time. Go home Jasper and enjoy what you have. Unless you want to end up like your old bat here." The women said as he smiled at him turning taking the gun from him and starting the patrol with some of the other locals.

Jasper stood there for a while as he watched the surf come in and out. He finally agreed she was right. He slowly made his way home. It took him a good four hours to make it back to his house mainly because he was lost in his own thoughts. He stopped and Nana's and picked up some food. Once he made it home he walked to the kitchen as he placed the bag on the table looking to his cup of coffee. He hadn't even took a sip. He looked down at it as he took a sip by now it was cold but it was still good. He smiled finding simple pleasure in it. His mind still on what Mrs.Loueann had said. He didn't want to lose Jade again or Red how could he just accept he couldn't protect her and be ok with it. His mind pondered on that as he pulled the box of sugar cookies out. He then pulled out the omelets and plated both of them along with some fresh fruit for their breakfast. He smiled as he saw a collection of presents from Nana at the bottom for Jade. He laughed as he took the bag and omelet placing them on a tray. He shook his head as he found a mountain dew in his coffee grounds not sure why it was shoved in there. He just grinned as he removed it and poured it into a glass for Jade. He then carried the tray into Jades room as he gently placed it on her desk taking a seat in her chair moving it close to be bed talking to her so he wouldn't scare her. "Good morning sleepy head. You have presents from Nana. You know the family will be over today and we have to get you up and ready." He said warmly as he couldn't help but smile seeing her sleep.

Jade had a odd dream. She dreamed that she saw herself in a mirror but in the mirror she looked stronger. Her eyes looked old yet young, like she knew so much about the world but wasn't afraid of it. Everything about her told of strength and she smiled as Jade looked her over. "your me?" she asked as she placed a hand on the mirror. "of course I am, why else would I look like a photo copy of yourself?"Jade nodded and frowned, "but why are you different from me?" she asked as the other her placed a hand on the mirror where hers was. "Im just your strong side, I can take anything and throw it back at the world. But I'm still a little weak in your department. Im not good at being… normal or nice…" she said as she looked down at the ground, "or love." Jade nodded and smilred a bit, "so you come out when I need to be strong and I come out when you need to be weak? I think I can deal with that." Jade said as she smiled at her other self. "good because I'm not going anywhere."

Jade then heard something and slowly was pulled out of her dream. Curling up under the blanket she pulled them over her head just slightly, "nooo…." she muttered as she closed her eyes wanting to sleep more. But then she smelled it, she smelled the sugar cookies and food. Peeking out from under the covers she saw Jasper sitting there with a plate that looked like heaven. "your lucky you have cookies." she said as she slowly pulled the covers off of her. She slowly sat up, her body feeling rather sluggish and hurting, she guessed front he surgery. Streaching a bit, she looked down at the stitches and was glad to see that none of them had ripped in the night. She then reached out and grabbed a cookie before drinking her mountain dew, "nothing like mountain dew and cookies to start the morning." she said happily as she finished off her soda in seconds. She then started to make her way through the omelet.

Seeing the present she paused in her eating and set down her fork. Looking at the present she ran her fingers over it gently, "should I open it now or should I wait for the others to get here?" she asked as she looked down t the beautiful thing. She couldn't' remember the last time she had gotten a present that was wrapped with such care and affection. She smiled as she knew she would have to figure out what to get Nana in return. "and what time are they coming here?" she asked, excited to see everyone even though it had only been yesterday since she had actually see then.

Jasper smiled as he heard her. "Go ahead and open the presents. Nana would want you to." He said smiling at her. He gently moved some of her stray hair from her face stopping long enough to admire her beauty. He looked at the presents figuring he had a good idea what they where. It was tradition for Nana to give each member of her family a Jade bracelet each one was different with a special image or animal for the person. He wondered what Jades would be. He knew one would be a gold necklace with a jade and gold broach of some short with the same animal or image to match. However the others he could only guess at. One looked like it could be a game system of some short maybe a xbox or wii. The other looked to be a plush soft robe due to how it was wrapped and felt. He amused the rest in the bag where accessories and games for whatever game system she bought. There were over fifty games in the bag excluding all the accessories. This was why the bad was so heavy he thought. Nana had went over board as normal for her. He smiled as he laughed seeing the bag.

"Go ahead open everything but you should eat first there is a lot to open in here. You can bet the others have presents for you. I guess I should go into town and find you something to. I'm just a slacker." He said laughing figuring he honestly did need to go get her something not sure what he should get. "The others will be here around two for lunch with you. So no snaking to much Nana will be here so you know she will bring the entire Kitchen." He said knowing it was the truth. Nana always brought a minimum of twenty dishes when she visited.

Jade nodded and set the present aside as she started eating again. Though when she heard him she frowned, "you don't have to get me anything." she said as she looked at him and then smiled, "so far you have given me more then I could ever ask for. You've given me a home, a bed, my freedom, and a family. Im not sure if you could give me anything else but I am happy." she said as she looked at him blushing a little bit. She wasn't really sure why the others were giving her presents but she didn't want Jasper too. He had given her more then enough in the time that she ahd been here, everyone had. But it seemed like they were going to give her more stuff even if she didn't want them too.

Finishing off her food, she pulled the first gift forward and started opening. it. When she opened the box she could only stare at the beautiful bracelet in the box with what looked like a cat on it. Touching it, she gently pick it up and just stared at it more, "this is amazing." she said softly before slipping it on. Opening the next one she found a necklace with the same cat on it. Smiling, she then looked up at Jasper, "everything is so beautiful, I will have to thank Nana once she comes." she said as she looked back to the necklaces. Setting it down she then opened the rest of the presents and couldn't' believe everything that Nana had gotten her one of the new game systems and a few games. Shaking her head she put them all in a group, "once she gets here I will have to thank you, she didn't have to get me so much." she said as she looked at Jasper, "I personally can't wait for her food though. I think that will be the best gift of the day."

Jasper smiled as he watched her finisher her meal, she looked so happy opening the presents. " Ah so your the cat of the family. Well you know what they say, watch out for the cook in the family cat is always on the menu. " He said as he grinned knowing it may take Jade a few moments to understand his Joke. He moved a little further back just encase Red came out instead of Jade for that joke. He couldn't help himself and knew if Nana had heard it she would have smacked him one good time. Nana didn't cook cat bust some places cats, and dogs were on the menu. "I'm the dragon, Sweat Pea is Butterfly, Bo is Phoenix, Mrs.Louann is rabbit, and Nana herself is horse. And now you are our little cat. We just need the rat and a few others and we will be the complete zodiac. " He said mainly to himself at the realization of that fact.

He smiled as he looked at the new game system and shook his head. "Nana always thinks of others. I guess she thought I'd let you be board while you are confined to the bed. " He said as he turned slightly red realizing how bad that could have been taken under the right circumstances. He got up as he took the game system and started opening it hoping she hadn't seen his blush. He kept his attention on the game system as he hurried to get everything plugged into for Jade. He had the system plugged in and set the TV so Jade could try it out. He apparently needed to go take a shower and stay away from her for a while. However he knew that wasn't a option. Instead he handed her eye controller as he sat back down and tried to keep his attention to the TV screen. He wondered where that commit had come from. He had had ladies on top of him before wanting him and he had never cared instead this one girl appears and all of a sudden he was acting like a teenager again or it felt like he was starting to slip and do so. This was very strange for him he wasn't sure if he liked it or not. Protecting her that he was fine with some of the thoughts he was starting to acquire not so much. She wasn't ready for a relationship she needed to see the world live a little and date as many boys as she wanted. Though the thought of the last part make him tense up. Maybe that wasn't the best idea. He'd just kill any that looked at her.

Red instantly came out and tried to punch him but he was already moving back. "I am never going to be on a menu." she said as she glared at him yet as she watched him she couldn't' help but smile a little bit. Leaning back in bed she watched him, "your wrong, the cat isn't part of the zodiac to at least it isn't part of the chinese. If your going by the vietnamese zodiac it is." she said as she looked at him and then smirked, "and maybe we will make a complete zodiac set, who knows who will wash up on the shores next." she said and wondered how many times they get people on the shore. Probably not many with how many people were on the island already.

When red heard him though she felt her cheeks turn a bit pink when she saw him blush. Jade just looked at him and watched as he put together the game system. She wondered if everything was okay and wondered why he had blushed which caused her to blush again. Taking the controller form him she started to play but every once in a while would look at him out of the corner of her eye. "you do know you can go get yourself ready for when everyone comes, I will be fine by myself for a bit." she said as she smiled at him before turning back to the video game. If he left it would also give her time to change out of her clothing and into something fresher. At the idea of him staying in the room while she changed she found herself blushing bright red as she forced herself to focus on the video game. Hopefully he would leave if she decided to change, she was sure she could handle it herself and she didn't want him to see her naked…. At the thought of him seeing her naked she had to take a deep breath and clear her mind before it started going any deeper. She had never dated anyone let alone think about someone in that way before, would jasper even want to be with a girl like her? She was a little odd, a girl cut in half who didn't know much and knew a lot all at the same time and had nearly tried to kill everyone on this island. Would he want too? She was glad she was playing a Rp game because without a second thought she started to beat the crap out of a monster to get her mind off of it.

Jasper watched Jade as he heard her. "Ok I'll leave you be then." He said as he slowly got up looking over at her making sure she was ok before leaving. He walked to his bed as face planted himself on his bed. He slowly open his eye glaring at the alarm clock seeing the time. He slowly got up as he walked to the bathroom. His mouth feel open as he saw Sweat Pea changed his entire bathroom. How had he missed this he wondered. He was glad to see she kept his wood heater over in the corner. He now had a rain shower head and a large built in shower. The pluming was better and Sweat Pea hide the hot water heater in a small closet she built around the unit. He noticed there were two sinks now. There was one for Jade complete with a chair for her to sit there. Sweat Pea had bought her different shampoos and lotions. He saw hair bows and different girly thing. He hist a little seeing all the girl stuff everywhere. He was in shock from all the different things.

However the silk nighty made him blush brightly he was happy to see there was a robe with it. He noticed there was a built in full of different clothing options for Jade. There were two piece bathing suits mixed in along with the robes and other clothing. He looked around the bathroom knowing Sweat Pea must have come by this morning to do all of this. She was sneaky he would give that to her. He turned as he saw his own built in. He walked over to it and smiled as he saw the robes and the different towels. They were nice and long as well as soft. He smiled as he walked to the shower and turned it on. He quickly changed folding his dirty clothing and putting them the bench. He walked over to a new closet as he open the door and smiled seeing the new washer and dryer. He shook his head as he walked back to the shower and jumped in. He open a strange looking bottle labeled Axe for men. He open it as he liked the smell that it had. He washed himself off and appeared out of the shower some time later. He dried himself off and put the towel around his waist hiding himself as well as a robe.

He walked to the kitchen as he made some hot chocolate standing near the stove peering out at window. He was surprised to see snow flakes starting to fall. He smiled wondering if Jade had seen snow. Once she was better if it stayed long they wold have to build a snowman. He looked towards Jades room as he wonder if he should tell her. He shifted his head back at the window deciding to let her have sometime to herself before the others come.

Jade took a breath once he had left and shook her head. How come did Jasper have such a affect on her? She didn't' know but she slowly got up, careful not to pull the stitches, as she headed over to her drawers. Opening it, she smiled as she looked at all the clothing and smiled as she pulled out the clothing. Everything felt so new and soft, she couldn't' remember the last time she got new clothing. Slowly and carefully she pulled off her shirt, careful not to hurt herself because she was sure then that someone would forbid her to change herself. After a little hassle she managed to get her shirt on without much pain or pulling a stitch. She then pulled on her pants and smiled, she felt good. It was amazing what fresh clothing and a good nights sleep could do for you.

Heading over to the computer she instantly started to surf on amazon. knowing that the others were going to actually be giving her stuff made her thing she had to get them something in return. Smieling she instantly started to go through everything and order what she wanted for everyone. She just hoped that they liked what she got them. After a little while she just sat back and started surfing the web, not hacking or searching, just having fun. She wasn't sure what caused it but she found herself watching her favorite christmas movie on youtube. She use to watch it by herself every year when christmas started to get close. She had always wished that she would be able to spend christmas with someone or a family like that. But this year she could, smiling to herself, she pulled her feet up onto the chair with her and wrapped her arms around them as she watched the movie.

She wasn't sure what caused it but when it started snowing she looked towards the window. She had never seen snow and she was sure that even her other side hadn't, or if she had she couldn't' enjoy it. But her eyes lit up as she saw the white that was falling down. Jumping to her feet she ran to her door, "JASPER!!." she scrammed as she ran into the kitchen only to see him in a towel but for now her mind was still on the one thing, "ITS SNOWING!!"

Jasper almost threw his cup of hot cocoa hearing Jade suddenly. He looked over at her as he pulled his bath rob tighter around him feeling rather embarrassed for once. His eyes were wide from shock as he tried to gather himself. Her sudden out burst had honestly startled him. He had zoned out just enjoying the snow and his hot cocoa for the moment. After his heart returned to his chest he finally put the cup down and looked to her. "Yes, it is snowing I was going to come get you and let you know. Sadly you can't play in it yet. But knowing the weather here it will last for a while so you will have your chance. The snow last weeks here normally. " He said as he poured Jade a cup of the hot cocoa and handed it to her. "Here this should make you feel better. Maybe in a few days we can build a snowman together. Who knows Nana might bring her sled and horses for you today. The snow is starting to fall fast now." He said as he mashed a button a TV appearing from the island. He flipped it to the Weather Channel as he shook his head hearing the news.


"Looks like this is just the start of fall for us. Frozen rain and tones of Snow. I better start chopping more wood for us. Means I should get more food for us too." He said as he looked up at the snow really starting to come down. He smiled as he looked to Jade forgetting how he was dressed. "You changed, did you pull anything" He asked as he looked her over. He just grinned before shifting his eyes back to the window. "You look real nice. It really flatters your curves." He said as he took another sip of his own hot cocoa.

Jade just stared outside as she listened to him and nodded, "I will try to listen but part of me says that I might not be able to stay inside." she said as she started making fog on the glass. Smiling she made a smily face on the window before turning back to Jasper. Taking the hot cocoa into her hands she smiled happily, still looking outside from the corner of her eyes. "Ive never built a snowman before or been on a sled." she said as she took a sip of her cocoa and smiled happily. It was warm and perfect especially after standing so close to the door.

Hearing him she turned to the news and smiled happily, "I can' twit to go outside." she said as she and finally looked at jasper, about to say she would help him with everything but her tongue was tied. He wasn't dressed or at least he was but not completely. As he looked her over she felt her face turn red and quickly turn away from him, "thanks for the compliment and I didn't pull anything." she finally managed to say and couldn't look at him, "uh… could you maybe put on some clothing?" she asked as she sipped her cocoa and found her face heating up again.

Jasper turned and stared at her mostly in shock. He then looked back out the window as he sipped on his own hot cocoa.
"If you don't like the view go to your room. This is my house and if I choose to prance around undressed that is my right." He said as he simply went back to sipping his hot cocoa. " I have you know most ladies would pay for this. I've had a few try and lets just say have their way with me to no avail." He said finding it offensive for the first time that Jade didn't see him as attractive. Every crazed women he met had hit on him and tried to be his. However Jade found him repulsive it seemed. He looked down at himself as he open his robe looking at his muscular form wondering if he really was repulsive. He had never had this issue before. He felt a little self conscious as he closed his robe leaving jade there alone. He walked to his room and shut the door locking it. He placed his cup down on his dresser and he removed his bath robe. He studied himself in the mirror as he tried to understand why Jade had requested him to get dressed. He had covered himself in the robe. His bottom half was still fully covered with the towel skirt he had made.

He stared at himself as he saw the scars running along the side of his torso. Those where not something he wanted to look at. Maybe that was why Jade requested him to change. Had she really seen his scars he thought. He was fully covered he thought. He looked over at his robe not seeing any tares in it. He finally gave up as he threw on a light sweat shirt and sweat pants. He came out in time remembering Jade hadn't seen the bathroom and all the surprises Sweat Pea had put in there for her. He walked to the kitchen his cup in hand as he did a complete spin in front of her. "There I'm clothed happy? " he said as he poured himself some more cocoa. "You should go check out the bathroom before Sweat Pea gets here. She gave you your own sink, a built in full of robes, nighties and tones of hair accessories as well as a closet in there full of nothing to lotions, perfumes, lip gloss, lipstick, chapstick, eye make up...you name it you have it." He said as he shuttered thinking about lady island he had in his bathroom. Though he just grinned as he thought of Jade in one of the silk nighty's and blushed brightly as he shook his head scolding himself for doing so. He would have a word with Sweat Pea about those and get those taken away.

He turned leaving Jade there as he walked to his new living room and turned on the TV. He wanted his mind off Jade and off the thought he had of her. He had never cared about a woman like he apparently did for Jade. He had seen ladies in such things but he always pushed them off and wished they would go else where. But now the only thing he thought about was Jade in those things. He wanted her to want him as those ladies had. He let out a breath as he tried to think about his targets trying to not think on Jade knowing it would be blatantly obvious due to his choice of clothing if he did for to long. He finally felt the blush vanish as he found piece thinking about some of his targets. Maybe this living together wasn't the best idea he thought.

However as soon as he thought it he surged it away. He liked having Jade around and would just deal with the other. He was a grown man and he could have a adult relationship without it leading to love or anything else. Though he paused thinking about the L word. Could that really be what this was between then. Jade didn't need that from him right now. What she needed was a stable home and get on her own to feet. He had to do that and put his own feelings aside. No matter how hard it was proving to be.

Jade stood there tongue tied as he seemed to get angry with her. Of course she liked the view, it was probably the best view but that was the problem. She couldn't concentrate or even look at him. She had never seen a guy like him before, a guy who was about everything she had dreamed of when she was little. When he left she let out a breath and covered her face, "oh god why am I acting like a idiot right now?" she muttered to herself and then sat down as she started drinking her cocoa more. She tried to focus on the presents that she had coming for everyone but instead she found herself thinking of Jasper. He was the prince charming she had pretended to come for her when she was little. He was just about everything that she was looking for but this was one thing she lacked, she had no idea how to deal with a guy that she liked. "I need help for this." she muttered as she closed her eyes.

Red opened her eyes and looked down at the cocoa, "oh sure, send the girl who can't be honest to the guy." she muttered and shook her head. Sure she had experience with guys, she had to do a few things she regretted to protect them from Boss but when it came to a guy she really liked. "I doubt I will be able to look at the gu-" he paused as she heard him and when she looked at him she blushed and turned away. "uh yeah, great, you look…. I am going to go and check out the bathroom." and with that charged towards the bathroom and away from him. ONce in the bathroom she locked the door and just sat down on the floor, "I guess this is one thing we actually have in common, we can't' deal with a guy we like one bit." she laughed as she ran a hand through her hair. How were they going to deal with living with him? Would it be better to live somewhere else? The thought tore her up inside and she shook her head, "can't leave, just will have to deal with acting like a idiot."

Breathing deeply, she looked around the bathroom now and had to admit that Sweat Pea had out done herself. Everything was wonderful and when she saw the closet she blushed again. She had worn this kine of stuff before, seduced quiet a number of people in them, but she had never worn it for a guy she liked. The thought made it tempting and yet scary all at the same time. Turning away from it, she went about washing up a little bit and looking a bit better then she had. Once she was done she had calmed down a bit more and headed out of there, happy to feel clean and fresh.

Heading into the kitchen she got herself a cup of cocoa again, "hey, Jaspy, when are the others suppose to get here? I want nana food." she said as she headed into the icing room. Sipping the cocoa, she found herself staring at him from the corner of her eye and was glad that she had his back to her. She was pretty sure that if he watched her staring at him part of her would die inside. But all she could admit to herself right now was that he looked amazing in sweats. Actually she was pretty sure that he would look good in anything.

Jasper tried not to notice when Jade walked to the bathroom. Though he had caught the Jaspy. He did turn however hearing Jaspy again as he grinned knowing Red was out. " They will be over shortly. Though why are you out Red? I have been good and did as Jade asked. " He said as he looked at her chest making sure Jade hadn't ripped anything. Once he saw there was no blood he looked backed to the screen. He didn't mind if Red was out he honestly liked both sides of Jade. He was about to ask a question when he heard the door open. He jumped up pulling out a Glock from under the lid of the coffee table. He pulled the slid back instantly as he took his position. He held his breath ready to deliver a lethal shot sure to ruin any good day the person thought they had. He let out his breath as he saw it was Sweat Pea. He tried to smile at her as he saw how surprised she looked at him and then angry. He quickly put the gun away making sure it was secured safely away so no one could get shot by accident. He took gun safety seriously as he hung his head knowing Sweat Pea was about to go off on him.

"I thought we where past that stage of our relationship. " She said in a playing tone as she looked to Jade. She knew everyone was still jumpy after Victor appearing the other day. She smiled as she gently hugged Jade honestly happy to see her. She looked to Jasper as she wondered what to do with him. " I'd scold you but I'd do the same thing, only difference is I'd have shot first. It's my fault I should have called. " She said as she walked back to the door. She came in with a arm load of different bags. She placed them on the island in the kitchen as she Heard Nana coming. She smiled as Bo appeared bring in even more bags. He walked to where sweat Pea was and gently kissed her fore head before placing more bags on the island. Sweat Pea took Bo's hand as they walked out together. They reappeared with even more bags placing these in the living room and headed out once more. They came back in with another load of bags and this time with Nana. Sweat Pea along with the other two started to unpack all the bags. They set out all of the food first filling up the entire island, the dinning room table, and the coffee table in the living room. The food options where endless it seemed. Sweat Pea pulled out large blankets putting them on the couch and floor beside the couch. She next pulled out warn wool slippers for everyone. She walked around handing everyone their pair, before sliding into her own pair. She pulled out hoodies for her and Bo. One said,"I'm in love with the idiot." The other said,"I'm in love with the princess." Bo quickly put his own displaying it with pride as Sweat Pea could only shake her head. She pulled out some smaller boxes reveling some truffles, cookies, and assorted chocolates. She placed Jade her own stash of goodies near Jasper. It was full of different cookies and chocolates. She then walked to where Jade was as she smiled seeing Nana heading straight to Jade with a envelope.

Nana smiled as she entered the house. The improvements where needed and she approved of the new updates. She looked around for a moment before helping to unpack all of the bags. She helped set the food up before looking for Jade. She smiled as she saw her pulling out the envelope she had for her. "Ah there is my sweet one. " She said as she gently hugged Jade. She handed the Envelope to Jade as she grinned from ear to ear. "Here this is a picture of your new foal. He is at my barn waiting for you. " She said as she grinned hoping Jade liked it. " Don't worry he is safe there I have my stable hands with the horses. " She said as he looked to Jasper and hugged him. "Shall we eat?"
