That's like a kilo of sugar in just those though, right? I'll shut up about that now, I've picked on you enough >< (just about the sugar in your coffee, nothing else!)

Headaches and caffeine, hmmm...I had to have a lumbar puncture, and those can give you the worst headache in the existence of mankind, caused by the vessels in your brain collapsing (fun, right?). Caffeine dilates these vessels so I was ordered to consume a lot to try and offset this hideous head-exploder. I had to try and drink up to ten caffeine beverages, every day, for a week... Yeah, that was FUN...

I did avoid the headache though, so I'm not complaining. I did ask if I could just eat lots of chocolate instead of having to drink caffeine beverages, but the nurse said no

I want to make some but I'm actually really bad at it. I don't know how I get the grinds in it at this point. I've almost completely switched over to tea in the mornings cuz it's easier and can have the same or more of caffeine in them.

I used to make ground coffee occasionally for a guy I lived with, no idea if it was any good I just used a cafetiere that I'd got for free. Really not a good idea to make something for someone else without ever testing it yourself ><

For me it's because I was raised around instant coffee. Which after you turn 29 and have your first real cup of coffee is mind blowing. I didn't know that's how it tasted so much nicer. T.T

The whole of the UK drinks instant coffee >< I suppose because we're a nation of tea drinkers so real coffee had always struggled to get a real foothold. More people drink it now because of the influence of Starbucks etc. But I'd say the majority of coffee drinkers still drink instant.

My sister got me into instant coffee this year, and I got so used to it that I forgot how good real coffee tastes. I've developed a soft spot for the instant stuff though, I like the flavor now, as it's own thing.

I have a jar of instant espresso, which I use in muffins occasionally, or spike cocoa with, or make into coffee using just hot milk. I've had it years xD The joy of freeze dried coffee, that baby's never going stale!
