Kai sat loose in her hug his eyes seeming distant

"Kai?" Rose frowned brushing his hair from her face.

"Poor thing." Shiro held her close. "I got you."

Kai blinked a bit ,slowly snapping out of it."R-Rose?" he asked softly.

Yuki groaned and lost conchiousness as he pulled her close,he could then feel her burning up

"We have to get you to the village." Rose looked to the medical ninjas frowning when Shiro paled.

"Somethings wrong with Yuki." Shiro lifted her int his arms grunting.

Garra ordered some ninja to help get Shiro and Rose back to teh village,he then went for Shiro and ordered a ninja to take Yuki from him and looked to shiro."you ,rest and ride with me",he said calmly

"Alright." Shiro didn't argue and let Rose help him. He was tired and a little word but none of that matter if Yuki was hurt.

Rose took care of Shiro on the way to the village staring at the sand with a scowl.

Kai frowned."...they forced me ...to turn",he mumbled

Garra made sure everone was ready and made teh sand lift,taking them towards the village,he frowned at Yuki."her ice owers must have stopped shielding her",he said softly

"I know love." Rose kissed his cheek. "Rest know."

Shiro squeezed Yukis hand. "Will she be ok?"

Kai looked to her."did i hurt you?",he asked softly

Garra frowned unsure."i dont know,when we get her home,we'll get the four of you looked over"

"No" Rose assured him squeezing his hand as tight as she could trying not to cry.

'Alright." Shiro nodded.

Damien looked to her and rested his head against her chest."...I was trying to get you a surprise...to apologize for being an idiot"

Garra looked to Cal."you didn't have to come. ..you should have stayed home and rested"

"No I couldn't. I love her and it's my job to try to protect her and be there for her." Shiro sighed. "I'm doing so great." his voice dripped with sarcasm.

''You shouldn't be apologizing." Rose held him close now that the danger was over her fear of the heat and sand was creeping forward.

Garra smiled a bit."she loves you too,and would want you to stay safe',he said and was glad the healers were ready when they arrived."okay everyoneinto teh cool room",he said noding to his wife and smiled softly at them

Shiro smiled."i do...i love you so much",he said tierdly

"I know." Rose glanced away. "Sleep."

Shiro followed the healers frowning with worry.

Shiro smiled."you'll still be here right",he mumbled through a yawn.

The healers took Shiro and Yuki to separate rooms. While their mom went to Rose."Herr let me get that barrier going again",she looked to Shiro. "You young man go lay down"

"Of course I will." Rose smiled then nodded at his mother.

"Yes ma'am." Shiro went off to bed and collapsed asleep in second.

Kai nodded and finally let him self fall asleep

In the mean time Kai's mother smiled and started to get teh cool barrier around Rose going again."thank you for savinf Kia",she said softly

"It wasn't a big deal." Rose blushed. "I love him to much to let him get hurt."

She smiled to her."And he loves you,very much",she promissed."there that should do it"

"Thanks." Rose smiled at her then sat next to Kai gliding her fingers threw his hair.

Kai sighed softly and then blinked awake againa and smiled.'hey",he said happily

"I'm so sorry Kai." Rose looked away. "if I hadn't been acting the way I did." she trailed off.

Kai frowned and carefuly sitting up he gently stroked her cheek."this was not your fault"

"Sure feels like it is." Rose looked away. "I barely even made it out here...if I hadn't been drunk." she trailed off.

Kai blinked.'...you got drunk?why?",he asked worried.
