As the car pulled out into the street, Casey leaned forward to turn on the radio. She highly doubted that they were going to have some heart to heart chat on the way and she wanted to listen to some music. Leaning back in her seat, she wondered what her new home would be like. It sounded like she would have a room of her own which would be good. She had been an only child and wasn’t used to sharing a room with other people. If she had to she supposed she could get used to it though. She hoped the place would be nice and not some dump. Given the way that Erik was dressed though she didn’t think it would be too bad.
Charles looked up as someone addressed him. “Oh, yeah…” he said, a bit startled to have the stranger speak to him. It was obvious that he had been holed up in his mansion for far too long. Perhaps Hank had been right about getting out more often. What use was it to have working legs if you were just going to mope around at home all day long? Perhaps Emily would like to visit the local museum, that would get them both out of the house for a bit and get her introduced to society. It would be a good part of her general education as well.
Studying the woman in front of him, he brushed some hair out of his face. “Well, to be honest, not really,” he admitted. “I’m sort of stranded here actually, as silly as it sounds.” It was kind of weird admitting it to a stranger but somehow it made him feel better. It was good to know that there were still kind hearted people in the world after the heartache that Erik had just put him through again. How wonderful it must be to be a normal human and never have to worry about anything more than their ordinary life. He had never admitted it to Raven but sometimes he did feel like he would be better off without his powers. And in fact he had been for a while, compliments of Hank’s special potions, until the other mutant had realized what was going on and limited his doses.

Erik didn't mind she put the music on in fact he wasn't in a mood to talk to much. course he could but still.....He looks over at casey and back to the road. He was taking them to a house. Not a mansion like Charles lived in thats for sure. It wasn't run down or anything...it was fairly nice for what it was worth and such. He drives for what seemed like a hour or so...not to bad from where they where at currently. Soon he turns right and goes down a small side road that had no homes on it at the moment until a few miles down and his home comes into view, "Welcome to the Brotherhood." The others where still inside the house waiting for Erik to come back home once again.
The girl quietly waits and shifts slightly from foot to foot and was ready to shift the over worn, faded, purple bag from her shoulder to pull out some aspirin. She pauses and looks back to Charles quirking an eyebrow slowly, "Stranded? Well, thats no fun..." She looks up and could see clouds rolling in now and looks back at Charles, "It's going to rain or so they say. Why are you stranded?" Pondering she sighs softly, "Come on lets go back to my apartment its not much of a walk...that way you wont get wet...and you can use my phone. Yea?" He didn't look dangerous...She shifts some hair from her face that was stuck together with plaster that had dried.
"Erm, I suppose I should say who I am.", she offers him a hand. "I am Jessie."

Casey tapped a finger against the armrest to the music as they rode. Normally she liked to sing along to music but she wasn’t going to grace Erik with her singing voice. He didn’t really seem like the singing type. Nor the talkative type really. He had been quite the whole time. The car had taken them out of her home town and off onto some country roads for a while before they seemed to find civilization once more. They passed on through though and eventually Erik pulled off the road and into a large driveway. The place was a bit secluded but not too far from town if she ever wanted to go off on her own. Not bad, she decided. “So this is the place, huh?” she said, opening her door and stepping out. She bent down to grab her bag before closing the car door behind her. It wasn’t too shabby, on the outside at least, and seemed big enough. Bigger than her parent’s house had been in any case.
Charles similarly looked up at the sky when the woman mentioned that it would likely rain. He did notice that it was getting pretty cloudy now that she mentioned it. Maybe he would go find a cafe to hole up in for a while. He blinked when she suggested he follow her back to her apartment. He wasn’t sure it was entirely proper but then again he had done some rather “improper” things in his life. It wasn’t all that long ago that he had frequented the bars near the university in hopes of taking a pretty girl home, though he doubted that was what this one intended. “That would be great actually, thank you.” Charles shook her hand before getting to his feet. “My name is Charles, it’s nice to meet you.” Shaking his head slightly he added, “My ride left without me,” he explained. It wasn’t exactly the truth but it was far from lying. And in any case he wasn’t ready to explain how his best friend turned enemy turned best friend had betrayed him once again over a girl with supernatural powers. That wasn’t likely to go over well.
((Do you want me to play one of the brotherhood people to show Casey around and stuff or do you want to do that?))

((If you wanna snag someone else too go for it :). I don't mind who I can snag another. I am not sure who you wanna be so I will leave Erik for that for NOW. Lol!))
Erik nods and gets out of the car and locks it without using the key. Keys where boring indeed as he walks to the front door unlocking that as well from where he was as he walks. "yes, the others will be home and one will show you to your room." He looks over at her, "You can rest for today if you want. Tomorrow is training and plotting." He opens the door and walks in calling they where back. Also, that they had a new member which was a GOOD thing indeed! He heads off towards the kitchen to snag himself some food leaving Casey to explore if she wanted...he already knew if Casey tried anything stupid Emma would let him know.
"It's just a shower but its still gonna get all wet again.", Jessie states looking up again. It was improper yes...however she had no want for doing anything to him but offer him a place to use the phone. Yea, he was cute but that wasn't her in the least. "Nice to meet you Charles." She smiles kindly and takes her hand back allowing him to stand, ect. Shifting the bag on her back she frowns more, "Well, that an asshole of a person isn't it?" She starts off towards her apartment which was around the corner from the park, it was super small barley anything in it but it was home...mostly art supplies, art, ect that filled it. "Why where you left? You don't need to answer but." She walks slowly and rounds the corner once out of the park heading to the building and doorway to get in shifting to pull her keys out.

Casey looked back at the car as the doors locked automatically then followed Erik up to the house. She stopped just inside the entrance of the house as the older man wandered off, leaving her alone. Training, okay, that might be fun, but plotting? What the hell was that supposed to mean? Casey sure hoped that she hadn’t gotten herself in over her head this time. If this Erik guy turned out to be some power hungry psycho she wasn’t quite sure this would be the place for her. In the meantime though, she was here so she might as well make the best of it.
Angel used a finger to slide the curtain back and look out the window when she heard a car pull in. Erik, easily recognizable, stepped out of the driver’s side while another girl got out of the passenger side. She could only assume it was a new recruit. Sliding off of her bed, she went to the door and opened it. When she heard Erik shout that he was back, she slipped out of her room and closed the door behind her. Walking confidently down the hallway, she took the stairs about halfway down until she could see the new girl. “Come on up,” she said, motioning Casey to follow her. There others were about. They would either join them or continue doing whatever it was they were doing, she honestly didn’t care.
Charles was a bit surprised by her language. “Well, uh, yeah…” he said. Without further commentary he followed her out of the park and around the corner. They only walked for a minute or two before the woman slowed to a halt in front of a door at street level. “Change of plans I suppose,” Charles answered generically. It had been a change of plans of sorts. “I’ll probably just call a taxi and be on my way…” If he called Hank or any of the others it would be hours before they would arrive. It would be another expensive taxi ride but then again he had inheritance to burn so it didn’t much matter.

Raven could hear the car pull in and the doors closing. 'So he managed to steal one from my brother than?', she thinks to herself shifting to look out her own window. Course she didn't feel all that bad about leaving Charles. Maybe a bit...whatever...she arches an eyebrow seeing a new female coming out of the car and smiles inwardly. Well, least she was a girl and not a guy....though females seemed to out number the guys around here and she did wonder how long that would last.
Slipping off her bed she pads out of her room in her natural form. Here she felt confident enough to do so. If not in public she still changed herself to blend in from time to time. Waiting she heard Angel move to get the new girl to come on upstairs. She picks to wait leaning on the wall lost in her own thoughts. Some on Charles, some on Erik...some on this new girl Erik managed to rope on in and wonders how he managed to pull that off.
Jessie looks over and shrugs, "Sorry I can curse like a sailor if I want to. But, still they are for leaving you even if it was a change of plans." She unlocks the door, "just my thoughts on the matter." Not like it mattered..who gave a crap about what she thought? Was what went threw her mind as she shuts herself back up. She opens the door and heads up a flight of steps to another door that was painted a neon purple. Shifting she unlocks it and goes inside, "Sounds fine." She nods and pops the keys in a clay dish but the door that was sitting on a neon aqua painted book case that was over flowing with papers, books ect. She points to the very tiny kitchen, "Phone is in there."

Casey looked up when someone shouted down from the stairs. It was a relatively short young woman with dark hair and tan skin. She was wearing a tank top and Casey could see the killer tattoos on her arms though from this far away she wasn’t quite sure what they were of. “Hey,” she at last. Adjusting her bag on her shoulder, Casey started up the stairs. “My name’s Casey. You must be one of the ones that Erik was talking about…”
Angel waited for the other girl to start up the stairs before turning to lead the way to the top. “Yeah. They call me Angel,” she said as they reached the top. Catching sight of Raven leaning up against the wall she decided to make introductions. “Raven, this is Casey, Casey, Raven,” she said motioning back and forth. She wasn’t always on the best of terms with Raven but in general they got along quite well. They often had girl time together. It was fun, sort of like having a sister really.
Charles just shrugged, “I probably won’t be talking to them again any time soon if it’s any consolation to you.” Charles raised an eyebrow after they made their way up the stairs and stopped in front of a bight purple door. It was obvious that the woman was either a bit crazy or an artist, perhaps both. As they walk through the door, he looks around. Though all the different colors are a bit jarring it actually works in it’s own way. “Do you have a phonebook?” he asked, heading into the kitchen. He didn’t know of any local taxi companies.

Raven watches as Casey comes up the steps and lets Angel introduce herself first. Shifting off the wall once they where both closer she nods and flashed a quick smile, "Nice to meet you Casey." She had a million questions rolling threw her head but she kept her mouth shut for now on them. Those would come in time thats for sure. "Come on we will show you to a room and welcome to the Brotherhood. I am sure Erik told you about us no?"
She looks at Angel like shall we show her to a room and explain more than? OK they didn't have a great relationship but still. New mutant in the fold especially a female...well they could do this part together at least right?
"Well, it is none of my beeswax. Sorry, I tend to speak my mind too. Which ethier works in my favor or not. But, I think your better off." She flops down on a older, saggy couch that was a bit oddly patch worked over the years. She bobs her head, "Top cabinet on the left." The kitchen was just as brightly colored here and there but it did all work in its own odd ball way. Shifting she looks at the window and shakes her head it was raining again. Better than snow but still annoying.

Casey had to do a double take at the top of the stairs. There was a blue woman standing there…naked. Apparently her name was Raven? It didn’t seem fitting to her but Casey wasn’t one to judge. “Nice to meet you,” she said genuinely. Even if she was a bit baffled it was cool to meet other people like herself. “He mentioned a bit, not much though,” she said, hoping maybe later the other girls could help fill her in a bit more. She was still a bit concerned about this “plotting” thing. As Angel and Raven led the way, Casey followed a bit anxiously. She hoped her room would be nice.
Angel smiled at Casey’s reaction to Raven. It had taken her only a short time to get used to the blue woman walking around in just her skin. It didn’t bother her any more but she could see how it would be startling. Angel shrugged at Raven’s expression and motioned for her to lead the way. Once Casey had been shown to her room they could show her around and help get her situated.
Charles made a noncommittal sound in the back of his throat as he entered the kitchen and looked around. Apparently the phone book would be in the top cabinet on the left. Opening the cabinet door he rummaged around until he produced a beat up version of the yellow pages. Setting it down on the counter he thumbed through it until he found the T section and then taxi. There were a number of services so he decided to dial the one with the largest add on the page.
It didn’t take long for someone to pick up on the other end. He explained that he would need a driver for an extended trip, hoping that the company would be able to accommodate his needs. Fortunately they agreed and responded that someone would be over to pick him up shortly. After hanging up the phone and replacing the phone book, Charles wandered out into the living room. “Someone should be by shortly,” he said, taking a seat in a beat up looking armchair.

Raven looks at Casey's reaction a bit amused and a touch annoyed. It wasn't against Casey but it wasn't easy on Raven to stick out like a big blue thumb all the time. Especially a naked one at that. However, Erik had been right and she should be mutant and proud to be in her own skin...not blending into the drab crowds of life. "Like wise. You will get used to it...", meaning her look. "Oh, many things to fill you in than once you get settled and have a tour."
Raven walks down the hallway and opens one of the doorways to a room that didn't have anyone in it at the time. It was a basic room painted a light minty green nothing special. A small twin bed, dresser, side table with a lamp and a few other small furnishings to it with no closet. Also, a small window that faced the backyard, "Here you can have this room. Bathroom is a few rooms down its shared."
Jessie stayed put allowing him to use her phone pulling her gaze away from the window. She pulls her legs up and puts her chin on her knees lost in her own thoughts and feelings as he talks on the phone to the taxi company. It was kinda nice to have company....But that wasn't always to be. Would she say something oh HELL no...pity isn't what she wanted.
She looks at Charles as he comes back into the room and nods, "Fair enough. Feel free to stay until they come. It's raining now." She lays her chin back on her knees, "So, what do you do Charles?" She was trying to make small talk but again didn't force it. It was up to him. "As you can ethier tell or not...artist here. Or nuts...or both."

Casey followed the pair down the hallway she glanced at the other doors they passed. Some had been decorated, others were blank. She could only assume that the decorated ones were taken. As Raven opened the door to her room, Casey peered inside. It was relatively nice, she liked the minty green color. If she liked it here she would make the room her own soon enough. Rearrange the furniture a bit, put some posters up on the wall… For the meantime though she just threw her bag down on the bed. She didn’t have anything terribly important inside, just some clothes and personal things. “Nice,” she said, uncertain whether or not she should sit down or stay standing in case they planned on doing the tour right away.
Angel followed behind Raven, content to let her take the lead for now.
Charles frowned slightly when he saw Jessie’s posture. She looked…down. Though he didn’t want to invade her thoughts, it was clear that she was a bit lonely. When she mentioned the rain, he looked over at the window. She was right. It wasn’t raining hard but he would have quickly gotten soaked if he had remained sitting outside. “I’m a professor,” he said, there was no harm in saying that much. He did earn a degree after all. He laughed lightly at Jessie’s comment. “What sort of art do you do?” he asked politely. She didn’t seem like the portrait type. Maybe landscapes? Or abstract? Charles appreciated art in his own way though he had never bothered with collections and the like as his parents had sometimes dabbled in.

Raven nods, "You can do what you like to it of course. For now its just a basic room." She looks at Angel and back to Casey, "So, come on lets give you the grand tour shall we? Also, have a chat to get to know each other a bit better?" She waits until Casey was ready and starts down the rest of the hallway down the last bit before they had to turn around. Telling her what each room was and who was in it IF there was someone inside it. Letting Angel fill in spots if she wished to.
Jessie didn't mean to look that manner. It wasn't something she WANTED to blare out and show. That wasn't what she was about anyway and to top it off she was used to it. "Really? Of what? Hrm, tried teaching today Don't think I wanna do that again...kids.....to not sure what to say to that. Not in a BAD way but not my thing I suppose." She tilts her head, "Well, they do say that about artists no? That we are nuts in our own way. Hrm, this that and everything else. Try it all...give up what dosn't work out or fit right."

Casey left her new room for the grand tour. It didn’t take too terribly long. There was the bathroom and everyone’s bedrooms (Raven’s and Angel’s included), the living room (which was a bit messy), the kitchen (where Erik had disappeared to) and the rest. Angel had snatched a bag of chips from the kitchen and eventually the three of them ended up back in her room. Casey sunk down on the side of the mattress na moved her bag over for the others to sit down a well. “So what can you do?” she asked. Erik had explained a bit but she figured the girls would be better at explaining their own abilities. She would of course show her own as well.
Angel opened up the bag of chips and put on in her mouth before passing it over to Casey. The girl was probably hungry. Erik didn’t always think of other people’s needs. They were mostly left to fend for themselves, except for when Erik wanted things done. “I think it will be easier if I show you…” Angel said. Standing up, her tattoos peeled themselves off of her skin and formed themselves into a pair of wings which she used to hover a few inches off of the floor for a moment before floating back down to the floor. She folded her wings and sat back down on the edge of the bed. “Hence my nickname—Angel,” she said proudly.
“Science,” Charles responded without a thought. It had been his field of study and in his mind, genetics and mutation all really boiled down to science. “I understand, some people just don’t have the patience or disposition for teaching. It’s not easy… Do you sell your art?” He knew being an artist was usually a hard living. Perhaps she would allow him to buy one her pieces in exchange for the favor she had done for him allowing him to come by and use her phone. It wasn’t much but he liked to help out where he could.

Raven take a seat next to them both and didn't want any chips at the moment having snagged some food before Casey and Erik arrived back to the house. "No thanks on the chips. Besides dinner soon enough or at least dinner for anyone who picks to make it for themselves or possibly for all. If your lucky." The second bit didn't happen to often thats for sure. She waits until Angel shows off her own gifts before changing into a few separate people before once more changing back into her blue skinned self. The last being Casey herself as a show off example, "That is what I can do. So, how did Erik get you in with us?"
"Very nice.", Jessie nods. Science was always fun. Well, sometimes it could be. Other times boring or annoyingly hard as hell to understand. "Nope, but I figured I would give it a go anyway. And maybe plaster casting was a poor life choice to teach them....think more plaster ended up on the walls, them and ceiling than in the molds. Course looked kinda cool but the parents sure didn't think so.." Pondering she shrugs, "Sometimes. Mostly no...not a easy thing to sell. Most people want things on the cheap scale of life. They don't get why things cost the way they do if they are hand made."

Casey was grateful for the chips. She was indeed quite hungry. Taking a handful out of the bag, she began to munch on them as Angel showed off her powers. It was a pretty cool trick. “Wow, it must be so awesome to fly,” she commented. She had always wondered what it would feel like. At the same time though she supposed Angel had to be careful not to get caught. Normal people wouldn’t understand, that was for sure. Next was Raven’s turn. Casey stopped with a chip halfway to her mouth when the other woman transformed to look like here. “Wow, she said, “That’s more useful than my trick in some ways…” She wondered if the other girl could transform into other things, like animals or things.
Finishing the last of the chips on her hand, Casey stood up to show off her own power. She simply stood there looking at them for a second before stepping to the side. When she did so, there was another girl that looked right like her standing beside her. She did it again and then there were three. “Neat, huh?” one said, “Though not as cool as transforming,” said another, “It’s kind of hard to keep up though,” said the last one as they all stepped together and became one Casey once again.
Sitting down on the bed, she took a few more chips and popped one into her mouth as she thought over Raven’s question. She chewed and then swallowed, “I don’t know really. There was this other guy Charles with him. I thought they were working together but in the end they were sort of fighting over me. When I asked Erik about his team, you girls seemed cooler than whoever the other guy’s got so that’s what made up my mind.” Casey shrugged and bit down on another chip.
Charles chuckled softly. Plaster wasn’t really the first thing he thought of when he thought of art but it could be useful he supposed. “Why don’t you show me some?” he asked. He wasn’t forcing her, it was simply a suggestion to pass the time before the taxi arrived.

Raven watches Casey do her tricks and smiles softly, "Very cool." She looked at each Casey in turn as as they go back into the original, "I am sure it is." Raven listens intently to what Casey had to say over how and why she picked Erik over Charles. She sighs inwardly and wished honestly she picked the other. "I see." Was all she said lightly lost in thought again. "Well, its your choice to make.", she finally states after awhile of quite.
((I miss plaster casting day :p. It was messy as all hell but FUN! We would sculpt in plastasine clay and than cast with ethier alginate (the stuff they use on your teeth to make impressions or a plaster cast. Than fill with another specile type of plaster.....fun times lol! Miss that professor very much :())
Jessie ponders and shrugs, "Alright than." She gets up off the couch and moves motioning him to fallow since the art was here and there and every where. Mostly in her bedroom that was a mess as in bed not made, something thrown here and there...nothing like undies but shirt, tops, ect. Some where paintings of different mediums of paint from water color to oils of landscapes, abstract, animals, ect. Drawings in caracole, pencils, pastels of subjects of nudes, to anything...same for photography and a whole mess of everything..she truly meant she was willing to try anything even it was just once. There wasn't enough time to show him everything thats for sure.

((Sounds pretty involved. I haven’t done anything with plaster since grade school when we made masks. XD))
Angel smiled when Casey showed off her powers. That could be quite useful indeed. She could see why Erik had brought her. She could be good at anything really… Intel, fighting, distractions, it was a good power to have and he would no doubt teach her how to use it effectively. He wanted his team to be the best of course. She listened in on Casey’s reply to Raven’s question. It was quite interesting that Charles had been with him. She hadn’t heard that they’d gotten back together. She sort of missed him. It had been fun while it lasted but Charles was just too weak of mind. Too goody goody. She wanted to be where the action was.
Casey frowned at the way Raven answered her. It almost sounded like she wasn’t sure that Casey had made the right decision? Only time would tell she supposed. Finishing off the rest of her chips, she wiped her hands on her pants. According to Raven, dinner would be soon, though it sounded like she would have to make it herself. Casey wasn’t the best cook but she would survive if there was food in the house that she could work with. She didn’t imagine that Erik would recruit people just to let them starve. “I guess I won’t know for sure until I see what this is all about,” she said at last. “Erik mentioned something about training…and plotting tomorrow? What’s that about?”
Charles followed Jessie down the hallway and into the bedroom. Her room looked about as messy as his probably was at the moment. He did his best to ignore any personal affairs left here and there and looked over her artwork. A water color painting in particular attracted his eye. It was a rather rough painting of a river and forest scene but the movement of the pencil lines and the bright colors of the sunset behind the trees spoke to him. “How much for this one?” he asked, pointing to the piece of art that had attracted his attention.

Raven looks at Angel and back at Casey, "You do know what the Brotherhood does and stands for right?" Maybe Erik hadn't explained fully. She kept her tone without emotions in it totally neutral. "Yes, we will have training tomorrow and plotting for Erik's next thing he wishes to do."
Jessie blinks and looks at him arching an eyebrow slowly, "E....excuse me?" That was a first on that thats for sure. It wasn't easy for any artist who didn't sell much to price. "Erm, I have no no idea....just....just give me what you want for it." She was just plain stunned he wanted to buy anything let alone LIKED anything.

((Wow, I definitely never did anything like that in my art classes. Then again I focused more on ceramics than anything. >.< I started crocheting a scarf last night and just realized that I’ve been doing it wrong this whole time. Ack! And it’s not a kind of yarn that I can undo and reuse. Oops…))
Casey stared blankly at Raven. “Erik didn’t really explain much of anything at all. It would be nice to know what he’s dragged me here to do though if there’s something more to it than he said. All he told me was that we would be doing some training and that it would be interesting…at least more interesting than if I went with that Charles guy.” Casey swallowed, she sincerely hoped that whatever Erik was plotting to do wasn’t something super dangerous. Yeah, she liked to have a little fun and take advantage of the law from time to time but things like killing weren’t really okay in her book.
Charles similarly raised an eyebrow. Apparently the woman wasn’t really used to selling her art. He was about to make an offer when a loud honking could be heard from below. Pulling out his wallet he removed a pair of hundred dollar bills. “I hope this is enough,” he said, pressing the bills into her hand and picking up the paining. “I believe the taxi is here, I should get going. Thank you for your hospitality.” Charles hung back a moment longer in case what he gave her wasn’t enough but he didn’t want to keep the taxi waiting for long.

((I was an art major lol. :) I did ceramics in high school :). Was fun too! OOPSE! Thats annoying!))
Raven looks at Angel and back at Casey again, "Not surprised. You will find out soon enough. We all did..." She shifts a bit on the bed to stretch and ponders. "Maybe we should start dinner. ow I am starting to get hungry." She could tell Casey what Erik was about. But, she had picked this on her own. She would find out in the morning. "Trust me...you will find out and quickly. One way or another."
Jessie blinks surprised and looks at him nodding. Yea, that was fine in her eyes she wasn't used to this in the least. He really had no idea what she was going threw ethier nor would he find out probably. She finally nods and thanks him faintly. She nods again slowly, "You are welcome....anytime. If your ever back this way feel free to stop by again." She didn't stop him from leaving...but she wanted to in her own way. Company was nice, ect...She shifts to open the door for him quietly.

Angel shook her head in agreement. She was tempted to explain but Raven was right; it would probably be better for her to find out on her own. It would be up to her then if she wanted to stay or go. No doubt Erik would make it difficult for her to leave if she changed her mind though. “Dinner sounds great, assuming Erik is done in there.” Angel didn’t mind Erik and his quirks but sometimes it was just easier when he wasn’t around.
Casey fidgeted with the strap of her bag. She didn’t like that answer, which was basically no answer at all. It didn’t make things sound promising. Hopefully her imagination was just blowing things out of proportion or something. If it didn’t turn out to be her thing she could always just leave she supposed. It would be easy enough to walk into town or hitch a ride somewhere. “What do you want to make?” she asked, hoping that the topic of food would prevent her from thinking too much about whatever it was she would learn the next day.
Charles smiled, “Thanks again,” he said as he slipped through the door that Jessie was holding open from him. She still felt sad but he had a number of problems to deal with at the moment and unfortunately it didn’t seem like something that he could easily fix for her. Heading down the stairs, he jogged through the rain and got into the taxi. He gave the driver the address and sat back for the long ride.

Raven shrugs and looks at the door, "Not sure what is down there. But, I am sure we have something. if not time to go food shopping." She left Erik bits alone. She does nod though they should wait until he was finished in the kitchen (I miss typed kitchen as chicken lol tastic). "I am sure he wont be to long and will be going to his room." To plan for tomorrow. Casey would ethier make it tomorrow or run away screaming. She wouldn't blame her if she did run for it...it wasn't for all mutants.
Jessie nods, "You are welcome." She stands watching him go allowing him to go. That was all she said. It took some time before she finally closed the door once more to go back to her own life. Glad she had allowed him to use her phone. Shifting she pulls out her bottle collection of orange prescription pills popping a few and re-hiding them. Wondering why she bothered he was the only company she had....ah well....
