((Sadly fanficts writing gets boring for me? I have done them.....never finished any...I do like to read. But I don't have much money to get a new book right now))


Raven slides off the bed and starts for the door, "Indeed. I am sure he is done. He eats fairly fast or bought it to his room since he hasn't been home the past few days." Raven wasn't to hungry ethier but it was better to do this now than later. Also, if they did have to go shopping it wasn't TO late to do so.

She looks back at Casey and motions her to come along. Still lost in her own thoughts about her. Not bad...not in the least. But she had her reasons of course. Course too some place in her heart wanted her to leave Erik. Not to go back to Charles....even if a part of her did miss him...

((I love those figurines but I don't actually own any of them. It seems like all of the ones I would be interested in each have some little thing that makes me not want them. Oh well, saves me money and space in my apartment. I have plenty of other nick knacks and no place to put them, LOL! Headed to bed for real this time. Goodnight!))

There are others I want but not easy peasy to find around me....:/. HAHAH I know my desk alone looks like a craft store and a nerd convention puked on on it.OK night! I replies btw :). Angel nodded. Erik tended to not be around a lot. Unless he wanted something from them, he would be off doing his own things or holed up in his room. Still, he did take time to help them focus on their training. It was more for him than for them but that didn’t bother Angel. She had lost her faith in men a long time ago. Motioning to Casey to join them, she headed out of the new girl’s room and back down the hallway in the direction of the kitchen.

Casey got up and followed the other two girls out of her new bedroom and down to the kitchen. Indeed Erik was gone. She still didn’t know quite what to make of the guy. She supposed she would learn more about him tomorrow. Leaning up against the counter, she looked around more than she had when they came down the first time. The place wasn’t really clean the way her parents has always kept the kitchen in their house. There were dust bunnies in the corner and dirty dishes in the sink, crumbs on the table, coffee rings on the counter. None of this really bothered her though, it was always the way she had sort of imagined her own place would be when she moved out on her own. She was tempted to look in the fridge and the cupboards to see what there was but decided to leave that to the other two girls. It felt sort of like she was intruding, even though this was her new home now.

Raven pads down the hallway first and down the steps first as well.She was glad to see that Erik had gone to his room once more. Though she wasn't surprised in the least about it. Erik....she sighs inwardly and heads towards the fridge not blinking an eye at the mess the kitchen was in. It was a loosing battle....nobody seemed to wanna keep it clean...even if one cleaned a bit it was back to mess quickly. They sure where the polar opposite of the mansion. Shaking her head at those thoughts she opens the fridge. Sighing she looks back at the other two girls, "We have the following.....an onion, some left over chicken from gosh knows when, um....ketchup....bout it...." She closed it to open the freezer and calls out what was in there too. Not much stuff like a few frozen veggies, ect. "Time to go shopping I suppose. Though we buy for us this time....", she looks at Angel to have her agree.

Casey leaned forward slightly and watched the interest as Raven poked her head into the fridge. The pickings sounded extremely meager. She seriously hoped that they weren’t going to try to make a meal with whatever was in there… Thankfully Raven seemed to be of the same opinion and suggested a shopping trip. She looked over to Angel to see if the other girl would agree.

Angel sat down at the kitchen table and propped her head on her hand as Raven did inventory. Sure enough there wasn’t anything edible. What were they going to do with an onion and expired chicken? Yuck! “Yeah,” she said, sliding out of her chair, “Let’s go.”

Vivifiend:

Raven nods and ponders, "We could always snag some fast food first or something. Maybe it would be better....I am tired of making food." She closed the freezer door and heads off towards the door. Her skin changing it self into the blond woman once more. "Maybe some ice cream too...." She snags her keys off the hook by the door lost in thought once more. Heading out towards her car knowing the others would fallow.

“Whatever is fine with me,” Casey said as she followed Raven. There weren’t many things she wouldn’t eat and she especially didn’t want to be picky on her first day there. If they went to the store maybe she would grab some granola bars to stash in her room for breakfast or in case she got hungry. If not then no big deal, she could walk to town on her own free time if she wanted to.

Angel slipped her feet into a pair of shoes by the door before heading outside behind Raven and Casey. She had a car back when she was working in the strip club but she hadn’t brought it with her. It had probably been impounded at this point. It wasn’t really worth keeping up with to be honest. Sometimes she would hitch a ride with Raven or borrow her car on rare occasions. And if those two options backfired it was never difficult for her to hitch a ride when she needed to.

Vivifiend:

Raven looks back at Casey and nods, "Good it makes it easier." She heads to the car and opens it knowing Angel didn't have her car anymore. That was fine she didn't mind using hers or lending it to the other girl. As for Casey she didn't mind for now. But she might have to get her own ride if she stayed with them after awhile.

She waits in the drivers side having started the car up and was still lost in her thoughts. She also had no idea ice cream might just be a bad idea. Well, not bad so much as painfully awkward...

((Yay, cage all cleaned and ready to adopt a piggy. Unsure when it will be but its ready to go))((BAH! The weather is terrible! o.o I know its winter but aint fun to nearly fly down cement steps on ice! Also, I have the plans to possibly have the girls run into Hank and Emi at the ice cream place lol Mwhahahah, awkward!))

Casey hadn’t noticed the second car in the driveway when Eirk pulled in but as she exited the house she noticed that there was indeed another car off to the side. She followed Raven to the car, wondering if she was planning on walking into the grocery store looking the way she was. Perhaps the people around here were used to it but she highly doubted that. A naked blue woman walking the streets wasn’t something you saw every day. She thought about asking her about it but deided against it. The other woman might think it was rude and she didn’t want to alienate herself from potential friend material right away. Once Raven took the driver’s side, Casey opened her door and got in the back seat, figuring that Angel would probably want shotgun.

Angel took the front seat, glad that Casey had left it for her. Leaning back in her chair, she waited for Raven to start the car and drive them to town.

((I think so too thats why I was thinking of throwing it in lol! Very nice. Baking is fun....was at a surprise party for a friend. It was freezing rain early in the AM. I am sitting the dog next door and we both almost went flying (well he sorta did but not hard or far) now its raining....))

Raven starts off the minute everyone was in the car and ready to go having already started the car up. "OK, so...what does everyone want to eat? if not we can hit up the diner.....and than head for ice cream....than head to food shop." That was her game plan and would stick to it. Why not welcome the new girl with some ice cream? Or at least SOMETHING! SOMETHING was better than nothing. Diner at least they had quite a lot of options food wise....so thats why she suggested it.

((I’m making madeleines! I made eggnog ones and Herbs de Provence ones. They turned out very yummy, I’m super happy. They’re from a recipe book that I bought with Christmas money. Also yeah, you didn’t mention that she had hanged which was why I brought it up, LOL!))

Angel looked out the window as the trees flew by. “Why don’t we just go to the diner? That way everyone can have what they want…” It was a good idea, easier than figuring out something to agree upon.

Casey just shrugged in the back seat, “I’m fine with anything, really.” Ice cream sounded really good though, she would have to save room for desert if they went to the diner like Angel had suggested. She wasn’t sure if they would split the bill or not but she had her wallet in her pocket just in case. She didn’t have a whole lot of cash but definitely enough to cover dinner and ice cream at least…

Raven nods and smiles, "Sounds good." She heads off towards the diner than...not only that it was a lot of food and for pretty cheap too. They would all probably have some left overs to take back too. Which was a GOOD thing. "We will figure the bill out once we get there...." Her stomach growls in agreement. She was hungry and not sure what she was in the mood for....

Angel looked over at Raven when her stomach growled loudly, “Hungry?” she asked with a laugh. Fortunately it would only take a few minutes to get there and the service was usually pretty quick. They didn’t eat out all that often so it would be a nice treat to go out. She wondered if maybe they should have asked Emma and Azazel but decided against it. They were both adults and could fend for themselves. Angel did her best to get along with everyone but Emma tended to rub on her more than anyone else and Azazel wasn’t always the best company.

Casey nodded. That didn’t really answer the question but they’d figure it out later. “So what do you do around here for fun?” she asked to start up a conversation. Surely they didn’t just sit at home all day…

"Indeed I am hungry.", raven chuckles. "Guess I didn't eat enough this morning.", course there wasn't to much TO eat. She was glad to just be the three of them. They could have asked the others but she wasn't in the mood. Why bring more? Why kill a girls day? Course Emma was a female but she could be a bit to cold, ect. Also, she didn't want Emma to read thoughts she was having anyway...

She looks back at Casey and shrugs, "This and that....depends on the day. Mostly do work and train and such." She looks back foward once again. Giving a vague answer on purpose.

((There are so many different recipes in the book that I got. There are traditional ones and then different desert ones or fruity ones or chocolate ones and then there are also ones to go with dinner with cheeses and herbs and stuff. They're very good and quite easy to make!))

"We should get some cereal or something when we go shopping," Angel commented. Things seemed to disappear pretty quickly in the house. If you ever wanted to get something special for yourself food-wise you had to keep it in your room to make sure that no one else ate it. Mostly Angel didn't bother, it was a losing battle.

"Oh, what sort of job do you have?" Casey asked. That explained how Raven had the car and money to spend. She wondered if she would also be expected to get a job or if Erik was planning on paying her. She probably should have asked for more details before jumping into this. Oh well. It would either work out or it wouldn't.

Vivifiend:

((Yum! I dun bake to much for people anymore. nobody appreciates it))

"Hm, yes and make sure we hide our food better so Azazel wont just pop in and steal it. Though, we all know thats pointless.and others sneak around...", she sighs. Oh well, they would get food at least for a little while. "More chips...some other things too I think." She nods and turns left towards the diner.

"Erm, well....you do what you can to earn money.", she looks at Angel and looks back ahead. Erik sure as hell rarely if ever paid them. It was you work for your pay however you could or steal, ect.

((LOL, I made them for me. Since there's too much for me to eat alone I take them to the office and share. >.<))

Angel nodded. She didn't mind buying for the house once in a while, if the others pitched in too, but as it was they were the ones doing most of the buying, which got old after a while. It was the same way with cleaning. She mostly just gave up trying anymore. The bathroom was pretty nasty. She usually spent only as much time as she needed to in there then retreated to her room to finish getting ready in the mornings. The nice thing was that they never really needed to be anywhere early so it was easy enough to fit everyone's bathing schedules in.

The dark haired woman looked over at Raven after Casey's question. She didn't know much about the younger woman so she wouldn't pass judgement, yet. Just as she hoped that Casey wouldn't be too judgmental when she found out some of the things that Angel did to get her money. Her only real job had been in strip club after all... No need to scare the other girl off just yet though.

Casey raised an eyebrow at Raven's comment and decided it would be better not to ask for any more details at the moment. Fortunately she saw that they were pulling into a parking lot so it seemed she would be spared trying to think up what to say next.

((I have not to many people to share with. I do sorta when I make stuff for the fair in Aug to enter....I cannot eat all those cupcakes. Last yr I entered 3 flavors and a cookie too....to much food! Cause they need 4 cookies, 4 cupcakes))

Raven pulls into a parking spot after she turns into the parking lot of a small, local diner. It was pretty busy and hoppin but it was sooooo worth it. She stays quite on the topic of jobs now too and knew what Angel did for money...She knew what SHE did for money too. Casey would have to figure out what she wanted on her own.

Raven hops out of the car once it was parked and shut off. Waiting the other two. Once Casey was out she smiles a bit, "Come on good food. Worry about the other stuff later." She tries to take a positive spin on things for Casey.

((Sorry, having an apartment crisis, I'll get back to this in the next few days hopefully.))

((Huh? Erm, okie?))

((We had a huge issue with our ceiling last year. It started leaking and then like a week later collapsed. I had to run around for months begging the landlord to fix it. Finally the fixed it but it just started leaking again. I'm concerned it will collapse again and really don't want to have to go through another 6 months of not being able to use that room. I'm going to fight nail and tooth to get this shit taken care of ASAP but it's so complicated trying to deal with the management company. V_V))
