Damien growled a bit having been behinde Cal and Miyu."who knows,she wont talk to me at all,so why bother asing"

Miyu nearly jumped out of her skin,not hearing Damien come up behinde them."hmm ,ill head back to the dorm,to make sure things are okay",she said softly and then smile dta the boys."just relax ,okay?",she said before heading back to thier dorm

Lori who had shooed Armand away was sitting talking to a small girl who was wearing a pink dress. Her fangs and bat wings gave her away as a vampire but the bat like noises she made where confusing and random.

"So,this is whats going on?",Miyu said softly for the door way

They both jumped and the girl turned back to a bat hiding in Lori's hair. 'Oh Miyu...meet the bat that came to visit she was just telling me her message.' Lori smiled at her. "I was going to tell you as soon as she told me...she gets nervous around people.' she grimaced as the bat clung to her hair tighter.

Miyu smiled a bit as she sat on the bed."sorry,i didnt mean to scare you,you dont have to be scared i wont hurt you",she said softly.Then looked to Lori."is that why you gave Damien that look earlier?"

"No...It's for a lot more then that. I am immortal he is human we should not get close and as a princess someday I may marry someone like Armand." Lori sighed then smiled as the girl settled next to her staring at Miyu. "I don't want his hopes to get to high...he seems to like me very much."

Miyu jumped up."so Armand did say something to you",she said sadly."Damien doesnt care about that he cares about you and if its only a freidnshio that you want to have then he would be happy with that,Armand says one thing to you and you hurt Damien like that...."

"But he'll be dead long before me." Lori looked sick. "that would be just...I don't think I could handle losing people I love.'

Miyu frowned a bit."at least talk to him....you may be surprised....besides,if you end up loving him,and he wanted to be turned to stay with you,would you turn him?",she asked softly.

"No one wants to be like this." Lori swallowed and started to cry. "Oh princess." the girl frowned and squeezed her hand looking worried.

Miyu blinked a bit and hugged her."talk to him,you may be surprised",she said softly

Lori hugged Miyu holding her tight then pulled away. "I'll go ask him know!" she raced off to find Damien nearly running Cal and him over in her haste. "Whoa!' Cal managed to keep her from tripping over them."

Miyu watched her go and smiled softly.

Damien looked her over."yu okay?",he asked concerned.

"Perfectly fine. Let's talk." Lori pulled him to a corner. "Do you really want to be my friend? I mean you'll die long before me...I don't know if I could stand watching my friends grow old and die while I remain immortal."

Damien blinked following her."what?of course i want to be ...friends with you",he smiled."and if thats how it make you feel, you could always turn me...",he said thoughtfully.

"But...would you really want to be a monster?" Lori stared at the floor scared off what he would say.

Damien frowned."Lori,i don't think your a monster"

Lori snorted "that's what you say know. After the appeal seats off you would hate me for changing you."

Damien frowned and placed his hand s on her sholders."I would NEVER hate you.i give you my word on that"

Lori looked up at him tears filling her eyes. 'You don't know that...I hate me for what I am." she tore her gaze away. "I pretend like mother that we aren't that much different but we kill humans without a second thought." she wiped her eyes. 'I'm the worst."

"I know i would never hate you,and i would want you to turn me",Damien said carefuly making him look at her."I care about you Lori"

Lori sniffles and took a deep breath. "Why?" She asked eyes staring into his soul. "Why do you care about me?"

Damien smiled some."I don't know,it's hard to explain,but i just feel like i should care about you,it feels right to me"

"Your strange most people run when they learn I'm a blood sucker." Lori sighed then shifted. "It's not to late to still do that."
