Damien let himself be oulled along ,looking back at Miyu worriedly.He held her hand tightly."are you okay",he asked softly,ignoreing Armand as well.

Professor Dumledoor looked up from Miyu and to Cal."i think so,we'll be taking her to the infirmary , you and your friends can check in tomrrow",he said as Snape and Quwerl, came over with a carry streacher. "for now, go back to your dorm..."

"Ok." Cal still looked worried but he trusted Dumbledore. He headed to his dorm lost in thought hoping Miyu was ok.

Lori was about to respond when Armand pulled her away from Damien. "you may have been saved this time but I have all summer and the rest of the year." he smirked as she paled then pushed past Damien as Lori stood there shaking.

Damien growled and looked to Lori going over to her he pulled her close."wh-what did he try and do to you?",he asked softly.

"When a vampire marks someone no one can touch that vampire and he or she feels love for only that vampire forever.'' Lori snuggled against him shaking harder. "It's a horrible thing that makes you basically a slave.''

Damien frowned."we shopld tell dumble door"

"No it would only make it worse because mother would get involved...if something happens again then i'll tell him." Lori stared up at him. ''I can't be left alone with him though so will you stay to protect me?"

Damien blinked and blushed slightly."absoluetle...",he said softly and hugged her a bit more tightly."I'll protect you"

"Good." Lori squeezed Damien tighter. "Lets head to bed." she sighed. "It's been a long day."

Damien nodded.;right,and we should check in on Miyu in the morning"

"Agreed." Lori smiled then swallowed as she noticed how close they had gotten.

Damien looked down to her and carefuly moved away."sorry"

Lori gripped his shirt. "It's alright...I like having you close...is that weird?"

Damien stopped and tried not tp blush more."no,its not weird",he said sofrtly

"Ok." Lori laughed. "I'm not so good at human stuff."

Damien smiled."yourdoing fine",he said as he lead her to the couch.

"I am?" Lori blinked. "I'm glad you can tell." she chuckled and sat down holding his arm tightly.

Damien smiled softly."you should get some sleep"

"OK...I'm not really tired though." Lori sighed. "Plus we have homework."

Damien blinked."right ,homework",he looked to her and smiled."then we shoudl get started"

Lori pulled it out her homework and settled against him as she worked threw the mountain. "Is this alright?" she blushed.

Damien blinked a bit and smield."sure,i dont mind",he said as he finished up one load,then started on the next one

Lori feel asleep leaning on his shoulder her pencil sliding from her hands and onto the floor.

Damien blinked but smiedl as he threw a blanket over them

Lori mumbled and snuggled under the blanket.
