"You will behave right? I don't want you to leave Jamil's side okay?" Rurik explained as he finished packing the things he would need. "Jamil, you already know what your job is. I expect to see Sylph perfectly healthy when I get back okay? I know you won't let me down." he said and gently pet Sylph. "Sylph is in good hands my lord." Jamil replied. Rurik nodded and grabbed his things before following Shiva downstairs where he said goodbye to his family and hugged each one of them, even Meleanie. "I'll keep in contact." he said and walked out to the carriage with Shiva. "I hope I can get some sleep." Rurik muttered softly as he stepped in with his things. "Come along Shiva." he said to her.

Shiva easily hugged Syrma and said goodbye to her and the royal family before helping Rurik with his things and went with him to the carriage. "You haven't been sleeping well Master? Have you tried tea before bed?" Shiva offered softly and a bit worriedly not liking that he wasn't getting the sleep he needed. Once they were at the carriage she went ahead and put up the bags for him and opened the door for him easily giving a slight bow as she did so.

Rurik stepped into the carriage and sat down while letting out a soft yawn. "Hmm? Oh right. No I haven't been sleeping well, I've been getting nightmares ever since...well you know." he replied. "I don't like drinking things before bed." he admitted softly. "Have you been getting plenty of sleep Shiva?" he asked curiously as he fixed his hair and relaxed in his seat.

Shiva got into the carriage next to Rurik and nodded in understanding before nodding a bit again. "I've gotten as much sleep as I can... but the thoughts that Miss Syrma could be related to something so evil just chills me to the bone... I thought angels were supposed to be really nice... not cold blooded and evil. I'm glad Miss Syrma is different and that we are far away from those evil people now." Shiva said shivering a little at the thought of what had happened to them both. "I hope in time we can both forget about what happened there." she said softly and tried to smile at Rurik as best she could hoping to comfort him a bit

Once they were both seated, the driver began to take them to the other kingdom. "Angels are never nice. They pretend to be but deep inside they arenas cruel as we are. I'm glad that we aren't there anymore though." Rurik replied and frowned. "I don't think I can ever forget what happened back there, but hopefully I'm wrong." he added softly and smiled back at Shiva before petting her and then looked out the window at the passing sights. "Thank you for accompanying me Shiva. I didn't think you'd want to come." he admitted and closed the curtain over the window.

"Maybe it's just that kingdom... I mean.... Miss Syrma's really nice... and she's your friend too now right?... but.... maybe that's just her and her kingdom..." Shiva said softly then purred a little as she was petted and listened some. "I... I don't want to be away from you Master... all that time... that we were there and that I was unconscious... it scared me so much.... I thought I would never see you again." Shiva admitted trying to keep the tears from welling up in her eyes as she spoke and it was clear that she had grown very attached to Rurik indeed, she was even still heartbroken at the thought of him marrying one of these women even though she didn't understand why.

"It's just who she is. I mean look at my sister. I never once saw her feed or lash out at anyone. Not all vampires are like that though." Rurik started and could tell Shiva was fighting back tears as she continued to speak. "Now now, don't start crying Shiva. You're not getting rid of me that easily you know." he said and smiled before taking her into his arms and just holding her to help her relax again and be happy.

It took quite a while before they finally arrived at the other kingdom, and when they did Rurik was already dozing off. The sudden halt of the carriage got him back up though and he peaked out the window at the castle. "We're here. Let's go Shiva, no use keeping them waiting. They waited long enough I'm sure." Rurik said easily.

Shiva nodded some then purred a bit more as he held her and she closed her eyes almost falling asleep herself as she leaned against him softly but woke up when she heard him and nodded before getting out then went and opened his door for him. She then helped the driver get hers and Rurik's lugadge. Once they were out of the carriage the doors opened on the large castle and the king, queen and the butler that had came to Rurik before all came out to greet them. "Welcome, you must be Prince Rurik, a pleasure to meet you, I am King Harem, this is my wife Queen Raven and you already know our head of staff Chiles, please come in my daughter and her cousins are inside waiting." Harem smiled and Shiva gave a bow but stayed quiet not knowing yet how they felt about servants talking to them and figured she probably wasn't expected to show up with Rurik, but he couldn't exactly stay far from his feeding source and that was kinda the same for her... besides after what happened she didn't want to be away from him

"Hello it's very nice to meet you all. This is Shiva my personal servant." he said and looked at Shiva. "Shiva, why don't you go with Chiles and put my things where I will be staying then go make yourself comfortable?" Rurik suggested and walked into the castle, looking around and admiring what he saw. "Lovely home you have." he said with a smile. He was actually nervous to meet the girls but he did want to get it over and done with since he really just wanted to try and get some sleep after the long ride here.

Shiva nodded before excusing herself and fallowed Chiles to where Rurik would be staying then was shown a room just a door down that would be where she would be staying. She easily put Rurik's things in his room and unpacked some of her stuff in hers having brought the bunny that Rurik had given her and the dove that she always had with her. She then laid down and curled up on the bed closing her eyes as she relaxed and waited until she heard Rurik coming so she could see if he needed anything before she went to bed.

The king and queen easily lead Rurik inside to a sitting area where four women were sitting and chatting but easily quieted and each stood up when they saw the king coming in with Rurik. "Prince Rurik this is my daughter Princess Triva and my three nieces Usaly, Diea and Silvia who are all my brothers daughters." the king introduced and the four kirtsied easily. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you." Triva smiled kindly

Rurik bowed politely, "The pleasure is all mine." he replied with a smile on his face. There was an odd feeling bubbling up in the pit of his stomach at the thought of talking to these girls when Shiva was in the same house too. He felt as if he was cheating her in some way and that surprised him. Looking at the four girls, they were all lovely girls and deep inside he hated himself for thinking that. Out of the four girls, Trivia was the one that stood out the most to him and he wondered if these four girls would start trying to fight for his attention. He hoped not but girls were unpredictable, and if they all wanted to marry him then he knew there would be some sort of fight for attention from him.

"Well then shall we show you around or would you rather get some re? I'm sure you must be tired after such a long trip" Harem offered kindly

Rurik nodded and offered a smile anyway. "I would love to see the rest of your lovely home, but I'm afraid that will have to wait until tomorrow since I am very tired." he admitted. "I also have to unpack my things in my room." he noted.

"Very well then, are you hungry? Dinner should be ready soon if you are, oh and what might your preference in blood be? Or do you not drink during meals?" Harem asked curiously wanting to be kurtious

"Quite actually." he admitted and listened to his questions carefully. "Well, I like to drink before or after dinner. If I must drink during dinner I prefer to drink water or red wine. You need not worry about what blood to give me, I already have my source. Shiva." Rurik answered politely.

The four women seemed stunned and confused by this the three cousins even looked at their uncle in disbelief "you... feed off of your servant?" Harem asked seeming surprised and confused

Rurik smiled happily and nodded. "Yes I do, her blood is delicious and the only one I like." he answered honestly. He didn't see anything wrong with this so he wasn't sure why they all looked so surprised to learn this. Was it really such a bad thing?

"Ah well to each their own" Harem said before motioning for Rurik to fallow him to the room he would be staying in. "I hope this room ifis to your liking, and your servants room is right next to yours." He explained opening the door for him. Shiva had already neatly placed Rurik's belongings on his bed and was just waiting for the king to leave before she would check on him

"Thank you kindly. This room is perfect, I really do appreciate it." Rurik replied as he walked into the room and started to put his things away in their rightful place. He already missed his home and wondered how everyone was doing. At least he didn't have to deal with Mel, they didn't speak when he was brought back from hell and recovering. That was probably because she was busy with other things, it didn't matter anyway.

"You're welcome, I'll send someone to get you when dinner is ready"Harem said politely before leaving. A little bit after he left Shiva came out of her room and knocked gently on the door frame "Master do you need anything?" She asked softly

Rurik looked over at her and shook his head. "No I don't. Not yet anyway." he said as he continued putting his things away. "You don't need to hide from these people you know Shiva. They aren't going to hurt you." he commented and finished putting away his belongings. "Dinner will be ready soon, you should eat as well you know. I'm sure you're hungry and maybe you can eat with Chile's unless we all eat together here." Rurik suggested.

"Oh I'm sorry Master, I wasn't trying to hide I was just resting my eyes a bit. Are you sure you don't need to feed though? Remember the doctor said you need to feed every two or so days to make sure you fully recover." Shiva pointed out softly just wanting to make sure that he stayed healthy and didn't grow weak from not feeding enough, she was doing allot better so she could handle it... but she couldn't handle one of his blood lusts right now so he needed to feed regularly.

"Yes I know that. I promise to feed right after dinner Shiva." Rurik answered and smiled. He was happy to see that Shiva actually was reminding him of all this, it was adorable really. "Do you like the room that you were given?" he asked and chuckled. "You know, they all found it odd that I feed off of you. I don't understand why but we're all different so it's understandable I suppose." he commented softly.

Shiva nodded some then smiled a bit. "Yes it's lovely... but not as comfortable as my room, you've made it so nice since you gave it to me." She smiled easily then was a bit surprised at this. "Is it odd? Lady Meleody fed off of her personal servant too right? Of course I never knew anything about vampires at all before I met you... so it seems perfectly normal to me." She said softly giving a bit of a smile.

"Who? My sister?" Rurik asked and shrugged his shoulders. "I honestly haven't got a clue. It wouldn't surprise me if she did though." he answered and pet her gently. "Well to be honest, I miss my old room too. I'm glad you like your old room though, I tried to make it as comfortable for you as possible. It is one of the good things of being the personal slave of someone like myself." he explained with a smirk. He was already missing his home but he knew he would be back there soon enough.
