Shiva smiled and purred happily as she was petted and smiled easily. "I love having you as my master, you're very nice and so good to me." She purred easily and happily. "We'll be heading back soon, so why don't we just enjoy being somewhere new for now? can't hurt right?" She pointed out with a gentle smile.

This comment made Rurik blush slightly. "Well I'm happy to hear that Shiva. I'm not always nice but I do have my moments." he admitted and hugged her gently. "You are a joy to have as a personal servant and as a friend too you know." he said to her gently before petting her. She was right; they would be here for a few days so they should just enjoy it. "You are absolutely right. Might as well enjoy the new scenery. Oh! We could look at the shops too! I can finally get you that gift I promised." Rurik commented.

Shiva smiled and purred happily nuzzling Rurik gently as he hugged her then looked up at him and was a little surprised. "you really don't have to... and besides I'm sure you'll be busy wanting to get to know those girls right?" Shiva said trying to hold back the feelings that she had as much as she could... she just really didn't like the idea of him with any other girl... but she didn't know why.

"They don't seem very talkative. Well that might actually change during dinner. You shouldn't worry though Shiva, I promised to get you a gift and I tend to keep my promises most of the time if not all the time." Rurik replied easily. "That will wait until tomorrow. I just hope that I can get some sleep tonight, and I hope you get some sleep too. We both haven't fully recovered you know." he reminded politely.

Shiva nodded as she listened to him then paused. "by the way are you okay? Have the burns healed or the spot where you got shot? I hope I didn't do too much damage when I pulled out the arrow." She asked worriedly hoping that he was healing up fully

"Well...they only hurt when touched but that's it. They're not bleeding anymore...I don't think so anyway." Rurik replied, hoping that answered her question. "Oh, and they itch too sometimes" he added, remembering that he would scratch them on occasions. "That's not a bad thing is it?" he asked. "I did bring bandages and stuff in case they did start to bleed again though. I don't have a nurse here though, so I'll be taking care of that myself." Rurik added.

"That's good... and it's good that they itch, just don't scratch them, itching means they're healing." Shiva explained softly then couldn't help but blush some at his next comment and looked very meek for a moment. "If you need help I can help you, miss Syrma used to get cuts when she was playing all the time... even in her fox form so I know how to bandage someone pretty well." she offered softly.

"Oops, I tend to scratch them all the time." he admitted and blushed at her offer. "Well to be honest, I'd feel better if you did it rather than have me ask someone that I do not know very well." Rurik said. He was pretty nervous at the thought of removing his shirt in front of her since she was his servant, but she was also his friend so that made it less awkward. "Shiva...may I ask you something?" Rurik asked.

"Whenever you need me to I can." Shiva said softly giving a little blush. "Of course, you know you can ask me anything." She smiled easily but wondered what had gotten him so nervous

Rurik smiled and nodded. "I'll be sure to let you know then." he said and fixed her hair carefully. "Shiva, when you worked for Syrma, what was it like over there? They were an angelic Kingdom right?" he asked.

"Miss Syrma's family? Oh they were very lovely people, so kind and caring but a bit busy. I was actually surprised to learn they were angels at all, they never had their wings out and they had what I believe were vampire guests quite often. They were very close to the king and queen of that kingdom too... they might have even been related but I don't remember. I think they raised me actually... Miss Syrma says that we grew up together but I'm a few years older then her I think... so... from what I've heard and remember... everyone there was really really nice... the king and queen seem to have liked them too." Shiva offered softly but then frowned. "I'm sorry... I don't really remember details... you might ask your parents or miss Syrma about them." she offered still giving a soft frown that she couldn't tell him more

Rurik listened in silence and nodded in understanding. "No that's all I really needed to know. I'm glad that they weren't cruel like the others, at least you were safe there. The moment you arrived to my kingdom all I got you into was trouble, and I deeply apologize for that Shiva. I truly do." he said softly and frowned. "I promised that I wouldn't let anyone hurt you...and you got hurt anyway." he muttered sadly.

Shiva shook her head before smiling some at Rurik. "I'm always thinking about the day that you came into that shop, how happy I was later when you asked if I wanted to be your personal servant, I was honestly afraid I would die if I stayed in the shop keepers care much longer, he didn't like me you know? I wouldn't change anything that's happened even if I could... well except for what happened almost a month ago, I would change that if I could so you wouldn't be hurt." she explained then smiled even brighter. "I have my two favorite masters and they've both allowed me to be their friends, what more could I ever possibly ask for?" she smiled happily and you could tell just how much she valued and cared about Rurik and their friendship

Rurik smiled and just hugged her while laughing softly. "Oh Shiva, you are the best personal servant and friend a vampire could ever ask for. You know that right?" he started and sighed softly. "You always manage to cheer me up even when I'm feeling terrible. Not everyone can do that you know." he added and hesitantly let her go.

Shiva smiled and purred loudly as she was hugged and hugged Rurik back before smiling up at him happily once she let go. "I'm happy that I can cheer you up." she smiled then looked over when she heard a knock. "Prince Rurik dinner will be served in ten minutes." Chiles said before bowing and left. "I'll let you get ready for dinner then." she smiled softly before going to get cleaned up for dinner and asked Chiles about where she was to eat and he told her that she was to sit with Rurik as their guests.

Rurik nodded when Chile's informed him about dinner and looked at Shiva leave before he himself cleaned up and looked at himself in the mirror, making sure he looked presentable. When he was ready, he let out a soft sigh and headed out in the direction which he assumed was the dinning room. If he got lost, it wouldn't surprise him since he didn't want a tour yet.

"Ah Master it's this way." Shiva offered since Chiles had given her directions she easily lead Rurik to the dining hall. The women were easily chatting at the table where two extra places were open for Rurik and Shiva to sit and eat. Each of the royals had crystal glasses filled with a ruby liquid, well except for Rurik who had said he didn't drink blood with meals.

Following Shiva in silence, they both walked into the dining room which Rurik found impressive. He felt rather poor compared to them but he still preferred his old dining room. He was happy to be sitting next to Shiva though and wondered if this was going to be a quiet dinner or a noisy one. No doubt his parents were having a noisy dinner right now, he just hoped that they weren't talking about him.

"Ah so this is your personal servant, sorry my cousin's stared before. In this kingdom unless we feed off of our family or lifemate we don't drink from one particular person since it's been seen as a rather intamet act." Triva explained softly causing her cousins to blush and her parents to chuckle a little.

Shiva was surprised at this and thought some, she could kinda understand what they meant but she didn't see it like that really.... though she had found herself enjoying the feeling a few times... and loving the closeness.

"Well one shouldn't drink from their parents after a certain age. That's how it is in my kingdom, and I see nothing wrong with feeding off of Shiva." Rurik said, trying not to lash out. Why did they even care who he fed off of anyway? It was none of their business. "If you want to see it as an intimate act then go ahead and see it as such, it won't change anything." he added calmly.

"Our deepest appologies if we upset you" Silvia said and the others nodded before looking up when the king cleared his throat once the food was served. "Prince Rurik, would you mind telling us a bit about yourself?" Harem asked calmly and politely.

"A bit about myself? Well alright. Is there anything in specific that you'd like to know?" he asked politely. He could go on and tell them everything about his life, but usually those conversations bored people.

"Your likes, dislikes and hobbies would be good to know." Triva offered before going back to eating. "I think we would all love to know what you look for in a wife, if that'st not too forward." Usaly smiled some

Rurik took a few bites of his food as he listened to her speak. "Well my likes are simple really. I enjoy peace and quiet. I like being able to spend time with Sylph without being bothered, unless it's something very important. I like taking walks through the kingdom, usually by myself but sometimes I bring Shiva along and we buy my mother some gifts." Rurik answered before thinking a bit. "I dislike parties with a passion. I dislike meeting strangers, and being told what to do. Especially when I know very well what I'm supposed to do, sometimes I just do things when I feel like it. I get things done eventually. My hobbies... well I used to love reading but I haven't read a book in about two or three years really so I have to get back into that. Now I just enjoy watching the clouds change shape with Sylph at my side, it is very relaxing." he answered and was surprised to hear the last question. "Oh...well I suppose I want to marry someone who loves me for me. I don't want to marry someone who wants me for my money or status, I really don't need that kind of person in my life." Rurik answered honestly and went back to eating his dinner.

"May I ask who Sylph is?" Diea asked since he had mentioned the name several times but had glanced over at Shiva when her name was mentioned. Triva thought some as she glanced at Shiva for a second and took a bite of her food after looking away. This girl may pose a problem if he chose to marry one of them... it seemed that she might need to be snuffed out. "It sounds like you are a unique and laid back prince... it's refreshing." Triva said with a slight smirk
