Shiva had fallen asleep a bit later and slept through the night but moved a bit as she heard Rurik moving around. She yawned a little before turning over and going back to sleep staying like that until morning where she awoke at her normal early time. She easily got up and took a shower before getting dressed and took a deep breath before walking out of her room and wondered some if Rurik was awake yet or not, she probably needed to check his bandages.

The following morning, Rurik splashed some cold water on his faces and dried if off then let out a breath he was holding in. He walked out of the bathroom after turning off the light and made sure the bed looked neat before checking his hair again and decided it was time for breakfast. "Oh I have a house tour today...I hope I can make it." Rurik said to himself before walking out of his room.

Shiva looked over at Rurik when he came out of the room and gave a weak smile. "G-good morning master... how are your wounds? Do they need bandaging?" she asked rather worriedly hoping that he was okay but was still feeling kinda bad for the night before.

"I don't know. Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Doesn't really matter." Rurik muttered and yawned. "Well I hope you got plenty of sleep, I know I didn't. That should be no surprise though right? Of course not, nothing new." he added and sighed softly as he rubbed his eyes. "Should we go check if breakfast is all ready?" Rurik asked tiredly. "I need wine. Lots and lots of wine." he said softly.

"Do you need me to change your bandages?" Shiva asked worriedly then gave a tiny frown but nodded. Why did he need wine? Was he thirsty again? but he had just fed... was he feeling stressed? Was it her fault? "Oh.. um... l-listen Master I'm... I'm really sorry about last night... p-please... forget I said anything... I... I don't want to be a burden." she said softly looking away a bit but would wait before she started to walk to see if he wanted her to go ahead and patch him up

"I cannot and will not forget what you said. Don't worry about it, I just need to wake up right now...I need something very cold. Come then, I know you want to fix me up so come in." Rurik said as he walked back into his room and yawned again. "You shouldn't call yourself a burden. If you continue that kind of behavior you will be punished." he warned easily and waited for her.

Shiva was surprised at this and flushed a bit pale when she heard him and wondered if that meant that he was mad at her or not. She quickly got the medical supplies she had brought with her before going into his room and shut the door before blushing a little. "U-uhm... I'm going to need you to remove your shirt so I can replace the bandages." she said trying to hold back the blush that wanted to come to her cheeks.

Yawning softly, Rurik nodded and removed his shirt before neatly placing it on his bed and did his best not to blush. He had never removed his shirt in front of anyone before, so if someone walked in on them like this they would probably get the wrong idea."I should probably call home and see how everyone is doing. Besides, I'm sure you want to talk to Syrma." he said softly.

Shiva blushed a bit more before checking his wounds noting that they had been bleeding a bit and looked like they were irritated. "This might sting" She warned softly before putting some rubbing alcohol on some gauze and started to clean his wounds before gently bandaging them making sure she the bandages weren't too tight. "Is that better?" she asked softly hoping it was.

Rurik winced when Shiva started to rub the alcohol on his wounds. He bit his tongue to keep from making any sounds of pain and sighed softly when she had finished. "Yes it is, Thank-you Shiva." he answered with a tired smile. "Oh Shiva, if you think I'm mad at you, I'm not I promise. I have no reason to be." he explained.

Shiva looked up at Rurik and was surprised and confused. "B-but... then... wh-why did you say... you wouldn't forget what i said?" she asked softly and curiously wondering what other reason he would have for wanting to remember such a statement.

"What you said is very important, and I don't want to forget such an important piece of information." Rurik answered and pulled on his shirt again. "It's for personal reason Shiva, don't worry about it." he said and looked into the bedroom mirror before opening the door. "Come along then, we should be going." Rurik commented.

Shiva was a bit more surprised to hear this but nodded and walked with him down to the dining room where the others were gathering quietly all seeming to just be waking up more

Rurik still wasn't used to this new family he had to eat with, but he guessed he'd get used to it eventually. He had to anyway. Quietly, he took his seat and said nothing as he just waited patiently.

"Good morning Prince Rurik, I hope you slept well." Harem said softly before breakfast was served and they all started to eat. "If you don't mind I would very much like it if you spent time with each of these beautiful ladies to get to know them, and if you like we could have activities scheduled with each of them so you can spend time alone with each and get to know them before you leave." he explained giving a bit of a smile.

"Good Morning your highness. Ahh yes, I slept very nicely yes." Rurik answered and listened to what the king was suggesting. It sounded like the perfect plan, but this meant that Shiva would be alone and that was not really a good idea but he really couldn't do anything about it. "I would like that very much your highness." Rurik answered and began to eat his breakfast.

Shiva hid her frown when she heard that Rurik would be gone by taking a bit of her food and stared down at her plate. "That's wonderful, and don't worry there is plenty to do around here I'm sure there must be something that Shiva can do while you're out." Harem explained before eating a bit more and Triva smiled at Rurik easily. "So what would you like to do? If it's okay I was going to be the first to go out with you." she said softly still smiling

Rurik nodded and continued eating as he listened to Trivia. I would rather feed and go to sleep. Rurik thought to himself but only shrugged. "It's up to you really. I don't mind what we do." he explained politely. "I will have to feed before we go though." he said seriously.

"That is perfectly fine, whenever you're ready please just tell Triva." Harem explained with a smile but Triva frowned as she noticed the ever so slight blush on Shiva's cheeks that vanished quickly as she continued to eat and was soon finished.

"Of course." Rurik replied and continued to eat his breakfast until he finished. When he was done, he excused himself and headed up to his room after motioning at Shiva to follow him. He knew she was going to have a hard time with this but he didn't want her to act like a child either. There was nothing either of them could do.

Shiva had also finished by the time Rurik was done and fallowed him a little surprised he needed to feed already but didn't really mind. "I'm kind of surprised you need to feed already... are you feeling okay master?" She asked a little worriedly once they were at his room

"I lied, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for doing what I have to do. I know you don't like it but we both know that I have to do this and that there is nothing either of us can do to prevent it." Rurik explained and pet her gently. "Stay out of trouble while I'm gone. Maybe you can call back home and talk with Syrma if you'd like." he suggested as he looked at himself in the mirror and made sure he looked presentable. "I should go now. I'll be back soon I'm sure." he said.

Shiva listened and gave a little frown but nodded quickly giving Rurik a hug before he would have to leave. She really didn't like this... but no matter how she felt or what they thought of each other he was still her master and she still had to fallow his instruction... that didn't mean she had to like them

Rurik hugged her back and smiled at her before heading downstairs and wondered where Trivia was. What was she going to have him do? He didn't know but he didn't think he was going to like it very much, he had to pretend that he did though.

"Ah your highness Princess Triva is in the garden if you are looking for her, just out those doors." A butler explained when he saw Rurik then gave a bow and went back to work. Triva was sitting on a bench looking at the midnight roses and was letting her wings stretch and gently bat the air seeming rather relaxed. However as she thought about Rurik feeding off of his servant and how the girl didn't seem to know her place a few of the roses started to wilt and suddenly turn to dust blowing away in the gentle breeze. If she could get Rurik that girl was going to be a major problem
