Clint just held her, content with having her there. Her scent was nice, and he enjoyed having her cuddled up to him.

Jasmine didn't move until she had to. Then she shifted a bit, grimacing briefly as she realized her feet had fallen asleep.

Clint noticed the grimace, and pretty much knew what it was for. Grinning, he picked her up, holding her securely.

"Where to?" he asked.

Jasmine yipped when he picked her up, startled. Then she let out a startled laugh, looping her arms around his neck.

"Somewhere with food?" she asked, rather hopefully. "I'm kind of hungry."

"The kitchens it is," Clint said, grinning. He headed in that direction, carrying her easily.

Jasmine was kind of impressed and really kind of wooed at how easily he carried her. So she snuggled into him a little, nuzzling his cheek a bit.

Clint grinned and let her nuzzle him. He carried her into the kitchen, setting her down on the counter.

"So, what can I scrounge up for you?" he asked.

Jasmine blinked. "I can do it," she offered. "If you don't want to." She was used to Alphas expecting certain things, and he was different.

"Really, it's okay," Clint said. "You just chill there, I can get it. What're you in the mood for?"

"Something sugary?" Jasmine shrugged, looking at him. "I dunno. Nothing specific, just something sugary."

"Sure," Clint said, rummaging through the cabinets. "Pancakes, cereal, or ice cream?"

Jasmine considered that for a few moments, watching him rummage. It was a nice view.

"Pancakes and ice cream?"

"Coming right up," Clint said, grinning. He pulled out the things he needed for pancakes and set the griddle to heat.

Jasmine grinned and settled in there, content to watch him for a while. It even looked like he could cook.

As soon as the pancakes were done, Clint went to the freezer and doled out some ice cream. It was only vanilla, because Tony, of all people, was a flavor purist, but it was still something. Once it was ready, he handed it to Jasmine.

"Order up," he said, grinning.

"Thanks." Jasmine smiled and took the plate, taking a bite. She blinked and then nodded. "Pretty good, wasn't expecting that."

"Hey, I'm no chef, but I can cook a little," Clint said, grinning. "Phil has this super awesome cocoa recipe, though, I still have no idea what's in it."

"Best kind of recipe is a secret," Jasmine said with a grin. "There are a few recipes I've never shared before."

Clint grinned a bit.

"Those are always the best kind," he agreed. "Didn't think people had many 'secret family recipes' anymore, though."

"Not many people do," Jasmine said with a shrug. "Although it does help a bit when I develop the recipes myself, don't have to worry about faulty or incomplete information."

"You came up with them yourself?" Clint asked, a bit impressed. "Are you a chef or something?" Legitimate question, really; he had very little information on who she was and what she did before the whole Hydra problem.

"No, not a chef. I just like to cook in my spare time at home." Jasmine shrugged. "I do better at baking, really. Sweets tend to agree with me."

That made Clint really grin.

"What a coincidence," he said. "Phil can tell you, I've got a massive sweet tooth."

"Well then, guess I'll have to bake you something." Jasmine grinned and finished off her food, stretching a bit to put the plate in the sink without having to actually move.

"Anytime you want to, just say the word," Clint said, nodding. "Anything you want to make."
