you mean Basil?
if you're feeling ill, the best thing to eat is dry toast and dring lots of water. the toast absorbs the toxins which bring on that sicky feeling and the water rehydrates you, replenishing all the liquids you lose in sweat etc. even if its difficult to get down you should try to eat atleast one slice.

the toast must be dry (no butter, no anything) or it won't work. also, that way its less likely you'll bring it back up. though, even if you do bring it back up, its better that bringing up the lining of your own stomach (the 'carrots' people puke when they haven't even eaten carrots). the other thing to try is thinly sliced green apple (it doesn't work so well with reds), there's an acid in them which settles the stomach, and they hydrate the mouth too.

Does it have to be toast? Can it just be bread?
I hate plain things

bread doesn't work as well, because it swells up, toast is better, but bread is better than nothing.

I threw up a bunch of asparagus one time. It was really gross and if I hadn't thrown up already it would have made me throw up. I tried to but I couldn't.
I don't throw up much. I have a cast iron stomach.

When you really need to you should do it. You can keep from dying by throwing up sometimes.

I always cook my lasagne from scratch. fresh meat from the butcher, freshly chopped herbs (I chop them myself), fresh tomatoes etc, home made white sauce from fresh ingredients, the only thing I use that's not fresh are the pasta sheets, but only because it takes too long to dry them out (and I don't have a pasta roller), and of course the cheese, I haven't tried making cheese from scratch yet. I can make it without cheese (thinly sliced potatoes in its place) but its always tastier topped with a strong cheddar. its much better cooked from sctatch, healthier too. no additives, no preservatives, no processed crap, no nonsense. just natural, wholesome ingredients. my lasagne is legen.. wait for it.. dary.
oh, and I found a great video all about Hamberger Helper which you may find interesting, it had me laughing all the way through.

not the way I make it, not when made with all natural ingredients. lasagne isn't supposed to smell of cheese, infact there is barely any cheese on it, only the topping is supposed to have cheese on. the white sauce between layers hasn't got cheese in it. and most cheeses have no lactose. the process of making milk into cheese turns the lactose into lactic acid, which has a totally different chemical composition. only fresh cheeses have any significant lactose, like mozzarella. feta has almost none, and hard cheeses like parmesan have no lactose at all. maybe you have a milk allergy instead.

I like cheese lasagna.
But I don't think it's made with a block of cheese?
The white stuff is more like a bechamel, right??

béchamel is exactly what it is. you can use a cheese sauce, but it steals from the general lasagne aroma. its mainly made from milk flour and butter, but you can substitute cow's milk for soya milk, and won't notice the difference because the sauce loses its smell after oven cooking. i
