how so?

lol, anyway, I'll use this opportunity to embellish you with another awkward moment, like when you take a leisurely stroll through the metal detectors at the airport,
and the damn things are set off by your 'abs of steel.' true story

lol, there's a classic, Peter Davison, episode of Dr Who on the telly box, The Resurrection of the Daleks. absolutely loving their Easteresque theme (lol, even if it is a trite askew). mint. its an iconic episode too, the one where his companion, Teagan, leaves the show *hankies all round* pity, she really had that 'scream factor' down pat. hmmmn, I wonder if that's a deciding factor in the whole Dr Who companion's audition process? haha, not entirelly unsimilar to the fabled 'bounce test' David 'the hoff' Hasslehoff once employed, back in the days of Babewatch, ahem, I mean Baywatch

moooorning, how-do, bonjour, gutten taag, konbanwa, and all that jazzle

today's Ghibli movie for the day, is Princess Mononoke. a firm favourite of mine, and a vast improvement on yesterday's Ghibli flick. probably because seventeeth century Japan of Mononoke beholds alot more imaginative magic than the Japan of the nineteen fourties of which yesterday's movie was set within. lol, guess I'm just a stubborn, set in my ways, fantasy buff, at heart

so, what are you up to on this fantastical Tuesday morn? eh? any takers? no? then I shall continue with my rhetoric

today, I shall mainly be being annoyed with CBS Horror. I mean, that channel broadcasts all the old shows that I love to watch with fervent nostalgia. Wonder Woman, The Increadible Hulk, Startrek the Next Generation, The Twilight Zone, Classic Dr Who, and a shed load of cult horror movies coming out of the wazzoo. but everytime the action gets a little bit heated, BAM! a commercial break explodes right in your face. come on, CBS. we all know you've got to pay the bills, and that commercials are the only good thing to watch on twenty first century TV, but please please please, put some programs on in between

I would do the same, but I feel it takes away from the whole TV experience. I mean, here in the UK, BBC channels don't broadcast commercial advertisements, and they have no need as their channels are subsidised by the British public via television licences for every home. but they do advertise their own shows, both current and upcoming. the thing is this, advertising on TV stations is a marketing strategy (scam) within a marketing strategy (scam). not only do they coerce the weak of mind into doing their bidding, be it buying the product which pays their bills, or being amped to watch the shows they choose (use) for the sole purpose of manipulating your viewpoint of the world outside, it also give viewers the chance to run to the kitchen for tea and snacks, before they come back after the break. true story, adverts here are usually three minutes, the average kettle usually boils in two. you do the math, because they certainly have. and that's consumerism in motion right there. how could I miss all of that?

My desktop sees the faces, but my laptop doesn't. Which defies logic. The laptop is newer.

then its probably either the processor or the graphics card. I don't know, everything I know about computers I could write on the back of my hand, and often do too

you know what's always bothered me, why do you never hear about the 'gruntled' workers?

My daddy is super computer smart, and therefore I know enough to not think that's it, either.

Think of computers as just really complex boxes, Boxman.
