The racial arguments only work if they r exclusive to one race. No one likes to talk about Englands sale of Irish citizens into slavery in America.
I went to a inter city school in Detroit that was mostly black. Later we moved to a suburb. The only change I saw in abuse of others was the excuses.
Daddy was from the wrong side of the tracks. He didn't let that stop him.
He worked in the factories W Black, yellow and Brown guys who also refused to let their childhoods hold them backIt Shames me to know that there r so many white bigots in the US. But they can only hold u back if u let them. Vote, vote, vote. & look to those who have succeeded present and past..... OK. I'll Shut up now.

I don't dabble in the politics of things....
I've lived in the low income end of town...was the manager of some apartments.
We seriously had to evict farrr more white folk than families of color!
The colored families (all colors other than white) were good on their rent and usually kept to themselves...
The white renters always had problems coming up with rent money and always left the apartment in filthy condition when they left!
I also think that people of color are somewhat conditioned to believe they are inferior....that after a while, it seems useless to even try to better their lives...
Its really sad when ya watch a little kid of color grow up in a very loving home and then that kid turns to gangs because they think that they don't deserve better!
In my mind, trees and flowers and animals all come in different colors and we don't think twice about it,...so why should we think or act any differently toward humans?
(I hope all that made sense! Lol! ....I'm trying to rush cuz Hope is on her way home! Yay!)
I hope everybody is having a terrific Tuesday!

Politics and science make me bored. Realism stuff. Ugh. Why can't I just be a fairy?
/science bores me 'cause it's how stuff works, and I don't want to know that
/politics is about taking sides, and I don't take sides

I hate that in America it's either all or nothing.
There is no inbetween.
Democrats are the total opposite of Republicans.
The sad thing is, both have good and bad ideas. But they are like, "NO WE'RE OPPOSITES" so they separate themselves and force the public to chose a side. :|
Why can't they combine and we just have one political group and we judge our candidates based on their own feelings rather than the feelings of the party?

because then it wouldn't be a democracy, it'd be a dictatorship. how hypocritical would it be for western countries to become one party countries after all the countries they've shunned or invaded on that same premise? Iraq, Afghanistan, Uganda, Libya, and Cuba to name a few. all countries that had either one party, or may as well had one party because their voting system was biased. what they should do, is strip the party leaders down to their skivvies, throw them into a pit, release a hungry bear, and the survivor wins. or is that a reality TV show already??
on a lighter note, my cat came in this morning, pooed on the floor, then meowed to go outside again. its fun having a pet

Well, Ava, there are a few ways to unclog a toilet...
There's the trusty Plunger Method....pushing the plunger down and up in the drain area of the toilet until the clog comes dislodged.
If the plunger doesn't work, you may have to remove the toilet from the floor and run a plumber's snake down the line, then you must remember to buy a new wax ring to seal the toilet to the plumbing and replace the toilet.
When we were buying a house, we had toilet problems during the first year we lived there...
We wound up having to dig up the sewer line in our back yard...all the way from the house to the alley...to replace a crumbled sewer pipe!
The following year we had to dig up the front yard to replace a leaking water pipe!
Plumbing work sucks!
I hope your potty gets unplugged easily with the plunger!
*leaves Ava a 5 gallon bucket in case nature takes its course before the toilet gets unplugged*

that must have cost a packet digging up the pipes like that. you should be able to use a toilet snake without removing the toilet, depending on how modern your plumbing is and how bad the clog is. shouldn't cost too much to buy at any local hardware outlet. just feed it down the u-bend, wind it up, and hope for the best . I had a similar problem a few years back and the fiver I spent on the snake saved me the few hundred quid a plumber wanted to charge me to jet wash the whole system out. sometimes, those guys write their own cheques by doing unnecessary work

Actually, the big cost for us was renting the backhoe...cuz we did all the work ourselves.
I wasn't sure if a snake could be used without removing the toilet as we always removed the toilet to prevent damaging the porcelain.
We borrowed a big electric snake....which turned out to be messy and dangerous!...but our clog was far beyond the snake's reach and the crumbled pipe wouldn't have been cleared by anything anyway.
No...because we did the work ourselves, it really didn't cost so much...but we never caught back up, financially, to afford repairing either yard, so our's was the "yard with a dirt seam down the middle" cuz we were under water restriction & couldn't keep grass seed moist even if the birds DIDN'T eat it all!
We lost the house to foreclosure at the same time that the BF's mom died, so we made the worst mistake ever by moving in with his very ungrateful father....
Sorry!....got a little off topic, there! Lol!
(Its hard to stay focused when the 3 year old keeps wanting me to make monkeys out of playdoh! Lol!)

You guyyyyyssss....
I own this beautiful prairie dress. It looks like this except it's blue.
But when I bought it it won't zip passed my bust. It gives me such a beautiful shape and I hate to cover it, but that's all I can do because my small boobs are apparently too big for this awesome dress. :C
I think it's vintage, so did people back then like... not have any boobs or something?!
It's a gorgeous dress. I will have to take a picture of it sometime. It's so awesome and pretty. 8D
I'm wearing it because I watched Jane Eyre the other day and I was so inspired to pull out this dress and try it on again. I half hoped that maybe it got bigger in the time I didn't wear it. But nope. It's still too small. :C

aww that is a wonderful dress, Ava the Vampire. Is the zipper on the back? I know I have seen pictures of when other people's dresses did not zip up, and then they just sewed some stretchy or extra fabric between the two zippers. Hope you understand what I mean. I will try to find a picture

Yeah the zipper is in the back.
I tried to Google some ways to alter the dress to make it fit, but I feel like that makes it not as cute.

I loved the 2011Jane Erye!
I tried wearing my prairie dress with a corset underneath, buy it didn't make my chest small enough to squeeze into the dress. D8
I'm going to have to make alterations.

People used to like snail boobs. Dr Galen of Greece proscribed exercises for breast reduction.
