He Loved gambling so much he wouldn't stop for meals but rather would order His servants to bring Him sLices of beef on Bead. This portable meal became known as a sandWich afTer its inventor the earl of sandwich. Really! !!!

lol, I totally believe you, but only because I know it to be true. Sandwich is actually not that far from where I am right now. Kent, the county in which the place resides, is one of the bordering counties to Olde London Towne. also, Wellington boots were named after the Duke of Wellington. he didn't actually invent the old galoshers, but he did commission the cobbler who did. you'd be surprised at how many of the things people think of as everyday things come from old Blighty, television (scotish, but close enough), satellites, marines, subway trains, Canadians, lol, we invented them all. of course, we also stood at the head of the world's last true empire too, but lately we simple rule over the Commonwealth, were not greedy.. anymore ��
