Don't you just hate it when you have a nightmare about someone you look up to?
Like, I just had a horrible nightmare about Tom Hiddleston. I know in reality he would never do the shit he did in my dream, but still. I was sleeping so soundly and now I'm like, super awake and scared to fall asleep again because like.., geez. I mean, I hope I never have that situation happen to me in real life.

lol, that's just about the only thing Facebook is good for, keeping in touch with people you usually would never have seen again

And when would that be?
I'd say I have the ability to discuss a wide range of normally heavy topics with a light heart, so when everyone else wants to abandon them and change the subject, I'm like, "What? I am not done!" They detect bad vibes. They think we're arguing. I'm not, though, so I'm like, why you runnin'?
Serious posts are gross. Such an energy suck. Nothing to pull you out of a great mood and discourage people from posting like those. That's why I decorate mine with emoticons, jokes, and *actions* so people know I'm not speaking in a solemn tone. In fact, this very post is starting to look a little gross. Gotta watch it with long posts.

I rarely have nightmares, let alone ones about people I look up to. I think about them way too much for them to make it into my dreams. That's how my mind works. I could make a long post about my dream influences. That sneaky little seacow.
I do have dreams where I meet people I miss, and then I wake up and get really sad.

Haha, but it wasn't Loki, it was Tom Hiddleston. :(
Tom Hiddleston is super nice when he's not Loki, but in my dream he was NOT nice!

*sneezes*

I can add "He needs a mane longer and more glorious than mine" to the list of reasons I'm glad I never want to marry.

lol, now I'm just a teensy bit curious as to what exactly it is that old Thomas H did to you in this dream of yours? (and did he have a thick and glorious mane when he did it? )

It was actually really stupid because it's something that would NEVER happen in reality.
I don't know why I always have messed up dreams of people that I love. :(

It was a dumb dream. Let's just say, I was being hurt. That's all I'll say. x.x

Oh, no one will ever have a mane more glorious than mine. I look like a lion! 8D
I couldn't marry someone with better hair than me. >8( I'd get so jealous!

Once I had a horrible, horrible vivid dream about being… publicly humiliated, let's count it as? And I woke up and was so stressed out, and then I realized it was a dream and said aloud, "Oh, thank God!" I've never been so relieved in my life. It was one of my greatest fears. I could not afford for that dream to be real.
The point of me recounting that is that it wasn't realistic. It was impossible. No one would even do what what been done to embarrass me in that dream. That's the power of dreams, baby. That's one of the sources dreams pull from. The fears consuming your being, consciously or subconsciously.

While doing image searches to find drawing reference, I have learned that they are out there and I want to know one.
/and if he has a long and glorious AFRICAN mane…
/NYAAAAA

Yeah! I was the same way when I woke up from my dream, I was like, "WTF. Why am I scared?! This will NEVER happen in reality!" First of all, I will NEVER get THAT close to Tom Hiddleston to allow him to do that to me, and second of all, he's probably such a nice, caring person he'd never hurt anyone. SO WTF, BRAIN?!

Dreams are so weird. Why do we have such messed up dreams?!

I hope I never meet a man with nicer hair than me. I'll get so mad. I'll throw my grannypanties at him! And don't let them have a better afro than me! OH HELL NO! IT WILL BE WORLD HAIR 5EVER IF THAT HAPPENS.

I have this time after waking up where I don't see any logic flaws in the dream and I'm legitimately so glad it didn't happen.

That's where I'm different from most. The beautiful ones don't make me angry because they look better than me. They make me angry because my eyes weren't built to withstand such a beautiful sight.

The main thing I hate about dreams is when there is something going on in the dream, and you wake up and immediately roll over, trying to go back to sleep to see how the dream ends, but you've lost it. Why is my own brain leaving me in suspense like this?!

Who is the author of Jabberwocky? It sounds like the name of that dance crew that was on that reality television show by Randy Jackson. I don't remember the name of the show, but it had JC Chasez from NSYNC.

lol, I see you picked up on my frabjous quip. twas Lewis Carroll who wrote The Jabberwocky, in his 'through the looking glass and what Alice found there' waaaay back in 1872. here it is for all to see...
Quote:

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe.
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!"

He took his vorpal sword in hand.
Long time the manxome foe he sought.
So rested he by the Tumtum tree,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in uffish thought he stood,
The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,
Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,
And burbled as it came!

One, two! One, two! And through and through
The vorpal blade went snicker-snack!
He left it dead, and with its head
He went galumphing back.

"And, has thou slain the Jabberwock?
Come to my arms, my beamish boy!
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay!'
He chortled in his joy.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe;
All mimsy were the borogoves,
And the mome raths outgrabe.

Ah. I see. I think he made up more words than just the "frabjous". I have never heard of Lewis Carroll, which makes me feel as though all those English classes I have taken in my lifetime have somehow failed me.

lol, but you have heard of Alice in Wonderland, right? he was the author. all of the literary greats invent their own words, Shakespeare was the king of such practices, as was Roald Dahl, and Dr Seuss

I have the Jabberwocky memorized.
I used to tell it to people as a monologue for acting workshops back in the day....
(Like... five years ago. xD)

It's funny because I said I'm glad it's not five years ago yesterday when I was looking at glorious manes. I would have done something embarrassing. \o/

Some days, I would like to go back in time to five years ago. I miss living with my mom and my brother and life just being more simple and easy. But on the other hand, I would not have met my husband yet and have him in my life.
