I kit you not. for all I know, everybody in the world doesn't even exist. or maybe its me who doesn't exist? lol, this could all be the matrix and socks lost in the laundry is just a glitch in the system, like déjà vu, or people who wear berets because its 'fashionable'

Déjà vu always gets me at times I least expect it.
Then I freak out and go, "OMG I'm in a loop!" And I do something frantic to break it.
You guys know that feel?
I realize that a lot of my feelings of déjà vu come from dreams and then me experiencing what I felt in the dream in reality.

I've had that happen. I dreamed I was working on a project with someone. When I had that dream, I don't believe I knew them yet and I wasn't in third grade yet.
/project material, conversation, everything—BULLSEYE
/I told the person when it was happening, and I remember some of that conversation, too!
/I'm being so generous with slashes today
I also, increasingly lately, start to remember something from a dream, but before I can get it sorted out, it's gone.
Try to stop déjà vu.
Creates more déjà vu.

UGH.
This is kind of to do with déjà vu, kind of... but not really.
Have you ever listened to music that you used to love like, years ago and your mind is just transported right back to the first time you heard that music??!?!?!?!
I'm stuck on my Jodha Akbar soundtrack and now I'm like... UGH. In tears because I miss my Indian family so much... And my miss my cousin who gave me the soundtrack.
WHY AM I DOING THIS TO MYSELF?!!LD:SHFKDSAHFKSLAHGdkfal

I know what you mean, Ava. When my sister lived in Canada for 9 years, sometimes, I would hear a song that reminded me of her, and it would bring tears to my eyes.

I hate songs that remind me of being a kid...
A part of me hates it because parts of my childhood were awesome (or maybe my memories are warped because I can only seem to really "remember" my childhood being really, REALLY unnaturally awesome and amazing) and other parts really SUCKED. There's no inbetween, either my memories are amazing and awesome and like a dream because they were so amazing, or they're really scary, dark and horrible and when I listen to certain songs from my childhood, I am caught between feeling a terrible longing to be a child again because the song reminds me of that awesomeness, and feeling a terrible soreness in my chest because parts of my childhood were really, really awful and then I get depressed because it feels like that shouldn't have even been a part of my life.

I get really upset because there will never be a time in my life better than my earliest years. Seriously. All dem kids wanting to be 21 forever (lul Forever 21; good store, also!) while I want to eternally be three.

Being three forever would be great. Except, if you're having a good time one day, then the next day you won't have any memory of it because three year olds are very One-Mindfully in the moment ALL THE TIME. So they cannot live in the past, (worry about the past) or live in the future (worry about the future) they just live in the now all the time.
I guess that could be a blessing or a curse. I would hate to experience something really amazing and awesome and then the next day not even remember it or think about it.

Most people can't remember their lives before 5 years old.
I can barely remember things before five, but not enough to know how I acted or what I thought about the world at that age.
To be honest, I don't actually remember a lot of my childhood. All I can remember is incredibly amazing, beautiful times in my childhood, or incredibly horrible, awful, disgusting periods of time. I think it has something to do with childhood trauma, as apparently, it's more common for people who have had traumatic childhoods to only remember the good times in their childhood and sometimes their memories are actually quite exaggerated.
I'm not a psych major or anything. I've just spent over 6 years of my life in therapy...
