Are you trying to upload something off your phone or the web? It should work to upload something from your phone's photo album and/or downloads.

I had to use my kids phone to upload guess my phone isn't supported here

I was just able to upload two images from my phone with no problem. What kind of phone were you trying with? I have an android supported razor.
