"Jess come on man, don't go changing the name you gave her. Did she smile when you called her Radiant? If so then don't go messing up a good thing.And YES you are suppose to call her. The point of dating is to get to know the other. And before you say it the same apples to friendship. You have to put in the effort to know the other person for something to bloom.Sometimes yes you have to go out of your comfort zone. If you wont call her tonight I will and I'll set you up a date. So I suggest you at least text the girl and make sure that lunch tomorrow is ok. You should also put a time for her."Lex said as he looked serious at Jessie hoping that the man could see he wasn't kidding. He then nodded hearing Jessie's argument. "You have fair points and your right it was a stressful day for us. I will have to find something to buy for her.Besides you could always ask and see if your Radiant needs any help at her house. Remember they just got here from being away. It wouldn't hurt you to walk her to work now and then nor would it kill you to take her to the drive in movie.
And yes in one day I have found out more about this place than I thought I could. You would be surprised what you learn from filing reports. I didn't know you had seven stores in town. Really I thought you only had one. So your not as small as I thought."Lex said as he laughed and grinned looking back to Jess. " I tell you what if you make a date with your Radiant I'll cover your shift if Nancy allows it. I don't think the Sheriff is going to care honestly. I can always say it's a way to break me in with the locals.Besides we are in this together. I swear fate is trying it's best to stick us together. But who am I to fight with fate?" He asked as he laughed and grinned. "Now sit down and eat before your food gets cold young man!" Lex said trying to sound like a father figure.

Radiance smiled hearing what Faida said. " You surprise me Faida. I fell for my love of humans but I guess our understanding of them is different. I will leave you to figure out what Lex is to you. If I help you or tell you, you will learn nothing. But I will always be your friend and have your back. Besides it never hurts to have a friend with power over nature does it?" She said as she giggled and then looked at the house again and the paper work that went with it. " Honestly I don't know how long it would take. But if we chose it we could get help or we could learn to do it ourselves. You forget here we have friends and they can teach us or help us out by fixing it. The choice is ours. But please look through and see if there are any other houses you like. We can put this one over in the maybe pile for now if you like." Radiance said as she smiled.

Jesse shook his head and sighed sadly. "No, she actually frowned. She said she doesn't see herself as radiant. That's why I think I should call her something else." he answered simply and listened to what Lex had to say about the phone call. "Dating?" he repeated and blushed, they were already dating? Wasn't it too soon? "You want me to call her tonight?! W-what if she's busy or sleeping or something? I don't want to bother her either you know." Jesse stammered, freaking out. He was so new to all this, he had to trust Lex's advice though, it was all he had at the moment and he was sure that Nancy would agree with Lex if she were here. "I'll text her, although lunch is always at the same time so I don't think she'll need a time. If you think I should leave a time though, I will." Jesse answered quickly. He didn't want to make Lex angry, he had a gun after all. He was glad when the conversation wasn't about him anymore, and was about Lex instead. "You know, you should really take your own advice that you're giving me. You work with the other girl, you have more of a chance to talk to her and hang out. I don't really see Radiance other than breakfast and lunchtime." Jesse reminded softly. "M-make a date?! Me? A date?!" Jesse repeated, shocked. How would he even go about doing this? "I...I'd have to ask her what day she's free. I don't know anything about dates. Where do you take the person and what do you do?" he asked, obviously freaking out. When Lex playfully acted as the father figure, Jesse laughed softly and nodded. "Yes Sir!" he said and sat down, saying a quick prayer in his head before taking a bite of his food.

"I believe Lex and I are co workers. Possibly friends. I do not know, I will have to ask him when I see him again." Faida answered and looked at the various photos. "I enjoy having you as a friend Radiance, I really do." she said and smiled. Faida pulled out three photos with their corresponding paperwork and looked at Radiance. "This is my first choice just because it is pink. But I think it is too large for us, what do you think?" she asked and pointed to another photo. "This is my second choice. It seems big enough for us, but not too big like the first one. We can change the color too if you would like." she explained and pointed to her last choice. "This one I chose again for the color. It seems much too small though." Faida explained. "Which do you like the best?" she asked.

Radiance smiled and laughed as she heard Faida. "Well only time will tell. And as for the house I really like the first one of the ones you picked. It looks like it is move in ready. And the price isn't that much. Not that money is a worry for us thanks to the kind people. That means we can fix the house the way we want. And we can go shopping for it. Of course if that is the house you really want." Radiance said as she smiled and looked up seeing the time. "We should hurry up and choose so we can go check it out and maybe get some food from the dinner before it closes to take with us." She said trying to be thoughtful. " Besides we will have to learn to drive soon or walk. This is a small area to cover but even with feet it is a little much." Radiance said as she thought about their options. "Or I guess we could see if Lex would mind picking you up and dropping you off. Today has been stressful and I'm sure he is just regretful for how things ended. " Radiance said trying to bring up some good points for Faida to think about.


Lex ate his food as he thought about what Jesse had said. Once he was done he got up and cleaned up his dishes along with all the mess he had made from cooking. He then walked back to the table as he sat down. " The reason you need to text her a time is both of you work. She needs to know when to ask to take her lunch break. If she is just starting they wont have her hours set yet. I think you should have more confidence in yourself Jess. Radiant is the name you chose for her so keep it. As for a date why not let her come in early and help you get ready at the dinner sometimes. She was there early today. So maybe for now just spend time with her or look for excuses to. I don't believe Nancy will mind the help and besides she looks better in a waitress outfit than you do. Who wouldn't want to buy something from a cute girl? " He said as he grinned trying to joke a little with Jessie. " Yea your right besides I did promise to take her to dinner tonight. So I guess maybe I should try and call to see if she still wants it. I am a man of my word or I try to be." He said knowing he needed to keep his promises.

Faida nodded and stared at both maybe photos. "They are both lovely homes." Faida started and frowned. She always hated making hard choices but she was used to it now. "Faida really likes this house Radience because it is pink. If you prefer, we can get the other though. I do not mind." Faida answered honestly. She didn't mind which house they lived in, she was going to have fun fixing it up with Radiance. Listening to her, she nodded in agreement. They couldn't walk around for ever, they would get tired to quickly since they weren't too used to it. "You make a good point." Faida said and smiled. "Perhaps, we will see how the day goes tomorrow. It was a stressful day today, so maybe he was just tired." Faida commented. She really hoped he wasn't mad at her, she enjoyed speaking to him at work. He was a nice guy even though he had an angry side to him, but everyone did.

Jesse easily ate his food happily and watched as Lex got up once he had finished. Jesse just continued eating happily while listening to what he had to say about texting Radiance. He made a good point and he felt stupid suddenly, why didn't he think of that? "Wow, I feel real lame now." he muttered quietly and took another bite of his food so that he wouldn't talk and listen. Yeah the name she doesn't even like. I'm totally confident right now... he thought to himself as he swallowed and sipped his drink. "I know, and I'm sorryy but this is just new to me and I find it hard right now." Jesse explained honestly and frowned. "I promise to talk to her whatever chances I get, and I'm not sure she'd want to...well help me clean. She doesn't particularly like that I focus too much on work." Jesse explained and blushed, wondering what she'd look like in a waitress outfit. "Yo man, stop putting images in my head!" Jesse said, blushing brightly now, flustered. "Better call her before it's too late sir." he reminded Lex and finished up his food, taking the dishes to the sink and washing them.

Lex paused as he looked at Jess not expecting him to freak out. He couldn't help but chuckle as he laughed shaking his head. " You have never really had such thoughts about a girl before have you? Oh you must really be sheltered." He said as he just roared with laughter. He couldn't help himself knowing this wasn't helping Jessie. He finally was able to stop momentarily as he stood pulling out his phone looking at Jessie. " Don't worry I'll ask Radiant for you. I'll see if she'll wear the outfit. So you can see what she really looks like. I doubt they will make her work to hard right off the bat. They might do half days with her for now. " He said as he called Faida's phone hoping that she would pick up the phone and wasn't that mad at him.

Radiance just laughed as she smiled at her friend. "Then it's the Pink one." She said as she gently took the paper and walked to the Sheriffs office as she told him that was the one they wanted. The Sheriff made the calls and got everything in order for them. He knew the keeper of her bank account and would have the money by sun up. The man gave her the keys to the house as he looked at her. He wanted to make sure this was really what she wanted. He spent several hours making sure she knew what she was getting into. After a while he let her go with the keys congratulating her. He was happy for them but concerned. But they had his number and would be close if they needed him for any reason. Radiance walked back out as she held out a key for Faida.

"Here the Key to our house!" She said happily as she smiled. However her eyes widen as she looked down at Faida's phone not sure if Faida knew it was ringing. "Faida I believe someone is calling you." She said surprised wondering who had Faida's number already. She looked to see if the Sheriff was playing with her but the man looked busy in paper work.

"Sheltered....yes I guess you can sat that." he said and widened his eyes at how Lex was reacting. "It's not very funny you know. Kinda sad if anything." he said but smiled slightly, at least Lex was happy now. "Are you...well alright have fun with that Lex." he said and blushed, he didn't want any images in his head. They weren't even official, it just seemed odd to him to be picturing her in a waitress outfit, it seemed wrong.

Faida grinned happily as all the arrangements for their house was being handled, and when Radiance held out the key for her she cousln't be happier. They finally had their own house and she couldn't wait to see what it looked like. "I am sure it is a lovely home. It will be fun shopping for things for the new house. I wonder what we should get first." she said and thought for a bit before snapping out of her thoughts when Radiance spoke. Faida looked down at her phone and yawned before answering. "Hello, Faida is answering who is this?" she asked curiously.

"uh....Hi Faida it's me. I promised to take you to dinner. I am sorry for my behavior. I was hoping that we could start over and just be friends. If your still up for it. I promised to dinner. Also if Radiance is there Jessie could use some help in morning if she doesn't mind. He promises to make it up to her and take her out to the drive in movie after work." He said calmly letting Jessie hear what he was saying. He knew Jessie would be ready to have a heart attack but it would be ok. He had a feeling that Nancy wouldn't mind if he helped Jessie out and if Radiance borrowed a waiters outfit for a few hours tomorrow. "Faida I am sorry and I hope you don't mind if I take you to dinner?" He said hoping that she would take his olive branch.


Radiance listen to Faida as she smiled taking notes of everything Faida had said she wanted. She slowly walked away wanting to give Faida some time alone and privacy. Her eyes fell back on the paper work for the house as she wondered what it would be like. She wondered if Jessie had a house and what his house would be like. She wondered what it would be like to live among the humans for once. Not being hidden by them.

Faida was surprised to hear Lex's voice and watched Radiance walk away. "Oh...hello again Lex." she answered and listened to him. He sounded nervous for some reason and she wondered if everything was okay. "No I do not mind. Is everything okay? You sound nervous." she noted and looked at Radiance, wondering what she was thinking about. "I will tell Radiance about this Jesse and the movie and the help. I think she will be happy to help in any way she can." Faida added warmly and smiled at Radiance.

A drive in movie?! I never agreed to that! Do you even know what happens at drive in movies? I heard about it and I don't think I can do it Lex! he thought to himself, panicking since know he apparently had an official date with Radiance and he still didn't know what to do. Jesse wanted to say all this to Lex but wouldn't because he was on the phone, so he had to hold back for a while.

"I'm fine just a bazaar day is all. I'll see you shortly. If you don't mind us meeting at the dinner." He said and hung up the phone. He turned as he could see the panic Jessie felt. It was write all over him. " Calm down it isn't a date. I plan on taking Faida as well. All you have to do is enjoy the movie I believe you can hale that. You said you don't have much time with Radiance so now you do. We are just making friends with them so there is no reason for you to freak out. I'm doing you a favor rather you know it or not. You need to widen your social circle. I doubt you have ever really been to the drive in movie so this will be a new experience for you. The movie starts at 8 so you should be off by then and the girls. Don't worry I'll figure out transportation for us." He said as he smiled at Jessie. " Just calm down and try to enjoy yourself is all I ask. If you want I'm sure the two girls will sit together.

Radiance left her thoughts as she found a magazine taking great interest in it. She sat down as she flipped through the pictures trying to find something that she liked. She had never got to pick her own things before. She liked the black and white themes. She loved lights but her favorite was anything with nature in it. However she couldn't seem to find the room just right for her. She had a feeling it was going to take a while to find her perfect room.

"Faida will be right over." Faida replied and hung up then walked to Radiance. "Radiance, Lex has told me that a Jesse will be taking you to a drive in movie tomorrow as reward for helping him tomorrow." she explained and shrugged, obviously confused. "Lex promised to take me to dinner." she started and gasped. "Oh No! The house, what about the house? Oh I feel awful Radiance...but he had promised to take me to dinner and I do not feel well saying no to him. He will be at the diner, I am sure this Jesse will be there too. Perhaps you can talk to him to see what this movie is that he proposes?" Faida suggested.

Jesse felt his heart race in his chest as he listened to Lex, "I know... I can't help but be nervous though since I've never done this before. I know it's not a date but it sure feels like it, I mean, I think you and I are friends but we don't go see movies or have dinner together." he said and remembered that they had just had some dinner together. "Well we did, but you know what I mean." he muttered and chuckled nervously. It was just a movie, he was pretty sure he could handle it, at least Lex would be there to keep Jesse under control.

"It's ok Jess and why can't we go see a movie together? It's because you are still thinking about her in a waitress outfit aren't you." Lex said as he grinned and laughed enjoying picking at Jess. "Don't worry at least she hasn't come in with a bikini or a attractive nurse outfit for you yet. You have what another three months before Halloween." He said as he grinned and became serious for a moment. "I am just teasing you. Please don't look to hard into this. Don't be to hard on yourself. All you are doing is going to watch a movie. If it makes you feel better just sit with me and complain about it and how you could be working or cleaning." He said simply as he looked at the door. "I am going to the dinner to buy Faida her supper. Do you want to come with me? " He asked trying to be nice.


Radiance just smiled as she laughed hearing how concerned Faida was." Don't worry, I'm glad he called you seem a little happier. A movie really? That sounds interesting. Are you sure I should come with you? " She asked wondering if Lex just wanted to take Faida. "It's alright it is our house after all. It will take us a while to get everything the way we want it. So no worries. Just gives us time to look for things we want to go in our house." Radiance said as she smiled warmly at her friend. She wondered what Jessie wanted help with.

Jesse was about to speak when he was silenced by Lex's relentless teasing. "No I was not, I am now though thanks to you." he replied and covered his eyes as if that would get the images out of his head. "Well I didn't know you ever wanted to watch a movie with me Lex." he said, answering his first question and let out a soft breath. "I think I can handle seeing a movie, and I promise not to complain about cleaning or working instead. Besides, I promised her I would do fun things so I guess this falls under that category." Jesse reminded quietly. "Yeah I'll go with you, I want to talk to Nancy for a bit, grab some coffee or something while I'm there." he answered and smiled softly.

"Please do. Perhaps this Jesse will be there and I am sure you both will be happy to see each other again.." Faida smiled. "I am happy, he does not sound mad anymore. I believe he was just very stressed, and that is understandable." she said and looked at Radiance, a smile on her face. "We should get going, it is not very nice to keep anyone waiting. Oh and Radiance, how should we decorate our house now? I am sure we will probably want to change a few things when we see it." she guessed. She loved the color of the house from the outside and she wondered what it looked like on the inside.

Lex just laughed as he smiled at Jessie. " Come on then." He said as he headed to the front door opening it and heading out to his bike. He knew that Jessie would prefer his own means of transpiration. He put his helmet on as he started up his bike. He wondered what tonight was going to hold for them as he started to drive away. He tried not to think to hard on the day he had. He honestly just wanted to start over and have a good evening with his friends.

Radiance just laughed as she smiled at Faida. "When you find something you like you will know how to decorate the house. Lets just go have fun for now. The house is ours to do with as we wish. I'm just not sure what I wish to decorate my room with. But there are a million options. I'm sure I'll figure out something just as you will." She said as she stood and headed to the front door of the station. She lead the way to the dinner enjoying the walk. She took her seat at the same table they had ate at since walking in. The dinner seemed to be a little deserted. It made her wonder if something had happen. She picked up a menu as she looked over it looking up now and then. She really wasn't use to seeing the place so empty.

Jesse smiled and followed Lex out of the door, Grabbing his own keys and cellphone as he walked out. "I'll meet you there." he said to Lex and watched as he started up his bike and left. Sighing softly, he climbed into his car, buckled up and drove towards the diner. As he drove, he wondered what he would tell Nancy, and what sort of advice she would say. He would probably talk to her about letting Radience help him out so that he could leave early and have some time to take her to that movie Lex promised her. "It's just a movie, you can handle it." he said to himself, letting out a breath of relief.

Faida smiled and nodded as she followed Radiance out of the police station and walked by her side over to the diner. It was nice to walk even though her legs were still somewhat sore from the obstacle course today. "I will have a lot of fun decorating the house. I am sure we will love it when it is complete. Perhaps we can invite the boys over sometime." she suggested softly. She wondered how Lex would react when he saw her house all completed, she hoped he liked the pink color.

Radiance looked up hearing what Faidà had to say. She thought privately on the matter. A soft smile appeared on her lips as she thought of the possibilities. " It would be nice to see them. I wonder if they would come to our home? I don't wish to scare them away. I amsure they wouldn't like us inviting them over often. Though it would be nice to have them." She said as her smile grew larger. She wondered if the guys would like the new home the girls hoped to buy. The thought of a new home excited her but also scared her. She would no longer have the safety of the mountains nor her people. She could never be herself. Or her true angel self. Her appearance was horrifying to most beings.

Lex hurried to the cafe once again. He drove carefully not wishing to have a repeat of his first day in the town. He couldnt help but think about his near death experience upon entering the town. The weather had been so strange that morning. He was glad it seemed to have vanished but he wondered if it would return. Honestly his adventure in the strange town he found himself in, looked to be one of his best. Her he met Faida. She was amazing and he honestly enjoyed her. There was also Jessie who was amazing home lf in many ways. Lex felt lucky to have found the small little town. He road in silence enjoying his thoughts till he reached the dinner. Confidance was replaced with fear as he parked.

"Oh Radiance, you are not going to scare anyone away. Besides, you are forgetting that this Jesse has taken a liking towards you. I am sure he will be happy to visit you in our home." Faida commented softly, trying to cheer up her only friend. "We can always visit the mountains whenever you want, I know you will miss it so we should visit whenever we can." she added quickly and became confused. "Why do you think they will not be wanting to visit us often?" she asked curiously. Perhaps they would get tired of them quickly if they did visit a lot?

When Jesse reached the cafe he noticed Lex's bike there and chuckled. He killed the engine and stepped out of his car, then walked over to Lex and raised an eyebrow. "What's wrong Lex?" he asked and smirked. "You're not nervous are you?" he asked. "Come on, it's not like you haven't seen Faida before. Besides, I'm sure she's not mad at you and is looking forward to seeing you. You wouldn't want to disappoint her would you?" Jesse asked honestly.

Lex smiled as he heard Jesse and turned looking at him. "I might be but your right." He said as he headed to the door. He held it open for Jesse. Lex saw the girls and headed back to the table where they sat. "How was your day?" He asked in general wondering how "Princess" day had been. He took his seat beside Faida as he looked to her and gave her a soft smile. "I'm sorry." He said softly to her.


Radiance smiled hearing Faida and nodded maybe she was right. " Thank you for your kindness I'll try and keep that in mind." She said softly as she sat there. She was going to speak again but saw Lex coming into the dinner. She sat back as she smiled warmly at him as he approached. She smiled as she was going to speak but saw that he turned to Faida to apologize to her. Radiance slowly got up excusing herself as she walked to the counter requesting waters for her and Faida trying to give Faida and Lex some alone time to work things out.

Faida looked up at Lex and smiled. "My day has been good I am guessing. What about yours? Was your day a good day too?" she asked and frowned softly when he apologized. "Do not be sorry Lex, It was a stressful day and we could not help but get mad at each other. We do not know each other so we must work on talking well to have better days at work. We are work partners so we have to get accustomed to one another, truly know one another in order to keep from upsetting each other like evil beings." she explained.

Jesse burst through the door just as water was being handed to Radient. He blushed immediately and looked over at Nancy who waved and motioned for him to come over. Hesitantly, he walked over to her and noticed he was right next to Radiance. This was a trap, Nancy planed this and gave him an apologetic smile. "Can I get a caramel frap?" he asked and handed her the money. Nancy nodded, "Extra whip?" she asked. When Jesse nodded, Nancy took the money and left to get him the frap he had ordered.

Lex smiled as he nodded honestly impressed with what Faida had to say. "I swear if you keep talking like that I'm going to think your a old Chinese master. " He said as she smiled at her. " Your words are full of wisdom. Really though where do women like you come from?" He asked wondering if there was a town that breed women to be amazing as Faida was and even Princess. "I just felt you should know that I was sorry. And I promise to try and have many more better days with you. Though for a first day I thought you did amazing. So what do you feel like eating? I promise it's my treat so get whatever you like. I made supper for Jesse and myself earlier. Sorry if I get up set I have to do something. I use to go and drink. That isn't a option here so apparently I'm going to cook. " He said as he laughed thinking about how stress came out in him.

Radiance jumped as she heard the door burst open. She froze in place as she saw Jesse walk in. She wasn't sure what to do as she tried to gather the waters. Her heart was slightly racing something she didn't understand. There where many things around this one human she didn't understand. She finally gathered her courage as she reached over Jesse to grab two straws for her and Faida accidentally brushing against him. "uh....sorry and I'm surprised to see you here. I thought you would be at home enjoying your evening. " Radiance said as she smiled warmly at him. She looked out of the corner of her eye at Faida and Lex before looking back to Jesse. " Sorry sometimes I feel awkward. I had hoped to get some dinner but I think maybe I should try and find the new house we bought and get something to eat else where. It looks like those two might need some time alone. " She admitted as she looked to Jesse and smiled. "Sometimes it feels like a set up you know. " She said as she looked to the waters. " I am happy to see you though. I hope my babbling didn't scare you away. If you aren't comfortable with talking with me I understand. Don't feel just because Lex is enjoying time with Faida you have to try and do the same with me. I am aware that people have lives to lead. But I do enjoy the time with you. I find you very interesting. " Radiance said as she smiled softly looking down at the drinks. " Oh, I guess I better get these back to those two before I try and sneak out, and stop babbling." She said honestly not sure if Jesse really wanted to be stuck with her. She hadn't expected to see him though honestly it made her very happy to see him.

Faida raised an eyebrow but smiled. "I am thinking that is a good thing?" she asked him. Faida laughed happily and shook her head, "Lex you are quite the funny person! Thank-you very much. You know, when I saw you run the obstacle course I was very intimidated. I did not think I would do a good job or an impressive job like you did Lex. You definitely deserved the pizza that day." she said and now wanted pizza but she didn't think that they served pizza here. "Thank-you for coming. I did not think you would because I thought you were very upset with me." Faida confessed and looked at the menu. She still thought menus were odd but they were also interesting. "I understand Lex, we all deal with things differently. If I am ever upset I like to walk and try to clear my head in hopes of analyzing the problem much better." she explained and offeres a small smile. "Broccoli, chicken, and rice?" she repeated and read the short description. It sounded interesting. "What will you be getting?" she asked.

Jesse looked over at Radiance when she spoke and smiled, "No need to be sorry Radiant. I was going to be home but I decided to accompany Lex here to make sure he actually talked to Faida. He was so worried you know, so I had to make sure he actually went through with it." Jesse explained and hoped he wasn't boring her with his chatter. "I'm sorry, I should let you get some dinner. O-Or we could have dinner here. I had dinner at home with Lex but I could always eat something light like a salad." he explained and was surprised when she mentioned a house. "You both have a new house now?" he asked and grinned. "That's wonderful! I'm sure it's a lovely house too." he said, he was honestly happy for them. They seemed to be adjusting fairly well to living here now. "A set up?" he repeated and chuckled just as Nancy returned with his frap. "Thank-you Nancy." he said and easily grabbed a straw for his drink. "It does feel like a set up but I honestly don't mind, I enjoy talking with you. Really I do." he admitted and blushed softly. "Your 'babbling' isn't scaring me away Radiant, I'm really happy to see you too. " he said and looked at her with his purple eyes. "You find me interesting?" he repeated and chuckled, "Well thank-you, You're a very interesting person too Radiant." Jesse answered truthfully.

Lex just smiled as he laughed hearing what Faida said. He looked over the menu as he saw what she was looking at. " I'm not sure honestly maybe I'll just have desert. " He said as he looked through the menu again trying to see if he saw anything that Faida might like. " Well they have some other options you might like. They have a Philly-cheese steak. They have spaghetti, lasagna, salads, and I'm sure if you asked nicely Nancy may be willing to fix you what you are craving or what you would like if you don't see it on here. I don't really know her all that well, however from what I have seen she seems to be a really nice women. " He said as he put his menu down. " It was really nice what the Chief did for us. And I need to know where he got that Pizza it was honestly some of the best I've had. I would love to have it again. You know if the drive in movies are a regular thing here, I might pick up pizza for all of us if we decide to make the movies our weakly get together. It's good for all of us to hang out side of work. Besides I don't believe there is much more to do here for fun. " He said as he smiled.


Radiance smiled as she heard him feeling better that he didn't mind being with her nor talking with her. "You don't have to eat again if you don't want. But the drink there looks intriguing." She said as she smiled at him. "Well should we join the others or do you think we should take another table? " She asked as she looked over to Faida and Lex the two seemed to be getting alone again. "Yea I was worried for them. I'm glad however that they seem to be laughing again. " She said as she turned back to Jesse." Your eyes are really beautiful Kai. " She said meaning it as she leaned in to get a better look at them. "You know they say the eyes are the windows to your soul. If so yours must be very beautiful." She said softly as she slowly moved back." Faida and I just bought the house. I'm afraid there will be a great deal of work for the house but it should be a good learning experience. We had talked about inviting you both. However we weren't sure if you would feel awkward or not." She said softly as she felt herself starting to blush thinking about how close she had been to Jesse just moments before.

Faida smiled and listened to him read off some other food options. "What is this philly cheese steak?" she asked curiously. It sounded very delicious though, she grew to love cheese thanks to that pizza. "I do not wish to trouble her though a custom order. Besides, that would cost more would it not?" she pointed out and grinned. "I agree, that pizza was very delicious, I think we should ask the sheriff where he got it from and go get some for us." she agreed and then listened to his suggestion. A drive in movie? What was that? She didn't know but it sounded very interesting and she was sure that she would enjoy it. "A drive in movie and pizza?" she repeated and clasped her hands together happily. "I admit that it sounds like a wonderful idea Lex!" she chimed happily. "This town is rather small but I am sure it will grow bigger over time and perhaps it will have more fun things to do." she commented.

"The frap?" he asked and smiled. "It's really good, very sweet and it's coffee. That's two things I like, coffee and sweets." he said and chuckled softly. Looking over at Lex and Faida talking he thought for a second. "Well I don't want to interrupt your time with her." he answered and looked at Radiant. "It's normal for any couple to have it's bumps along the way, nothing is ever truly perfect you know? It's good to see them happy again." Jesse answered and blushed brightly when Radiant leaned in closer to him just to see his eyes. "O-Oh...w-well thank-you. I'm the only one with purple eyes in my family...well besides my mother." he explained and nodded at what she said. His soul was far from beautiful, it was beaten down from being picked on all the time but it was slowly recovering. He hoped so anyway. Listening to her, Jesse nodded and smiled, "Well I would be happy to see the house someday. Oh! I could even help you two in cleaning it!" he gasped excitedly. He was probably the only person who enjoyed cleaning that much. "I wouldn't feel awkward at all, why should I?" he asked and chuckled.

Lex nodded hearing what Faida had to say. "You make good points on all accounts. " He said as he smiled at her and just seemed to beam with happiness. He turned as he wondered where Princess had vanished to. "You two can come sit over here. I don't bite and I"m sure Faida doesn't. Worst thing we'll do is just pin you to the ground if you break the law." He said as he smiled and then looked back to Faida. "Well I hope that the drive in movie will be fun for us all. And philly cheese steak is a sandwich with cooked meat onions peppers and cheese. How about I order one and you can try it.?" Lex offered trying to be thoughtful.


Radiance just laughed as she heard what Jesse said. "I just thought guys minded being at girls houses. Sorry I'm not use to interacting with others much. " She admitted as she turned hearing what Lex said. "You and your cleaning. At least we all know anything you touch will be clean. Should mean you have little germs and should stay healthy." Radiance said as she smiled and headed back to her seat as she put the water down for Faida keeping her own and drinking it.

Faida laughed lightly at what Lex said and nodded. "Lex is correct. We will only take action if we must." she agreed and looked at Lex, "Well I think that the idea of a movie is a fun one. I am looking forward to it. I have never watched a movie before actually." Faida admitted. "I heard about movies but I never watched one before, mostly because I didn't know what they were, were to find them, and had no one to watch them with." she explained and listen to him explain what the meal was. It sounded rather delicious and she was curious to find out how delicious it really was. "Alright then. We can do half for you and the other half for me." she explained with a smile.

"Well maybe some guys do, but I don't and I don't think Lex would mind either." Jesse answered loving her laugh. He had made her laugh somehow, he wasn't sure how but he was happy that he did. When she had mentioned his cleaning, Jesse only smiled. "How many guys do you know that love cleaning as much as I do?" he asked and chuckled. "Well yes, I like clean places. Cleanliness is healthy, less bacteria and germs to get you sick." he noted and walked over to the table to sit down.

Lex smiled as he heard what Faida said. "Then maybe we'll have to find the movie store together or see what stores are around here. I'm new here still but with our jobs I'm sure we'll learn this town better than most." He said as he looked over at Princess and Jess. He was happy to see the two happy and impressed with how cool Jesse was now. Maybe Jesse just needed time he seemed to be doing fine on his own with Princess. He shifted his eyes as he saw Nancy appear at their table ready to take there order. He was about to give the order when he shifted his eyes thinking that he saw a grin on Nancy's face. He could have swore she was enjoying this.

Radiance laughed once again hearing what Jesse said. "Your right Kia not many do enjoy cleaning. "She said as she smiled and laughed some as she picked up the menu again trying decide what she wanted to eat. After a moment or two she looked over to Kia as she smiled at him. "What do you suggest? I honestly can't make up my mind. "She said hoping that he didn't mind her asking him for his preference. "I think it's ok to splurge tonight we are all celebrating first here. Today was Lex, Faida, and My first day of work. And today was your first day of spending time with us like this." Radiance said always trying to find the silver lining in every situation.
