How are you?

Name's Blue, and gaming's my thing, though art's another thing of mine. Speaking of art, I like the cat in your sig. RPing's also a thing of mine, though that's something for a later discussion, after I get to know your things.

I, too, really like that cat!
It kinda reminds me of the dragon in How to Train Your Dragon! Lol!

Since you mention sims, have you played games like Dwarf Fortress or Gnomoria, where you build a village from scratch until you inevitably fail due to a game event? Basically, how long can you get your civilization to live?

Dwarf Fortress is easy enough to check out, as it's a free game, though it's highly advised you look up some playthroughs of the game as it's highly complex and the UI isn't the friendliest thing to the newcomer. Or even some veterans of that game. Gnomoria is a not-so-free game which some might even call Dwarf Fortress Simplified, as it's much friendlier to interact with and learn the ins and outs of, but expect to fail a few times before you get to points where your colony lasts for several in-game years.
