Jason took the paper then raced to Alfred with Damien behind him grumbling about girls.

Gemini chuckled and drove home, after making sure Rosemary was buckled in properly.

Once home, Rosemary started on her homework. She finished quickly and went to write in her diary.

Jason entered with Damien and Alfred. "We're home." he frowned at the silence. "Bruce, Lori?" Alfred went to cook supper smiling a little and Jason blushed a little. "Honestly those two." he sighed and opened the door when someone knocked. "Oh hi Mr. and Mrs. Archer." he greeted Lori's parents. "Oh Jason you can call us grandma and grandpa if you want." her mother hugged the boy. "And who's this?" Jason looked to Damien. "Oh uh..." a few minutes later the whole town heard that screams of WHAT!

Upstairs, Bruce heard the shout and jumped up. "Oh, no. That sounded like your parents. I have a bad feeling about this." He said, looking at Lori.

"Your dead." Lori giggled dressing carefully. "Lets go meet them." she hurried downstairs and hugged her parents. "I'm happy your here."

Bruce followed at a slower pace, nervous. He had pulled himself together by the time he faced Lori's parents. "Mr. and Mrs. Archer, what a lovely surprise. What brings you here?" He asked, all calm composure.

They both glared at him with death in there eyes while Jason looked innocent trying to hide his smirk. Damien wondered off to find food while Lori looked a little nervous. "How dare you hurt are little girl!" her mother pulled Lori to her. "I bet she forgave you too. Our sweet little angel how could he do something like that." she pushed Lori's hair from her face.

Bruce had the good sense to look ashamed. "I have no excuse. My only defense is that I myself was unaware of the situation until recently." He said. "I will be apologizing for the rest of my life."

"You better apologize." her mother huffed then she noticed the ring on Lori's finger. "You can't be serious after what he did." Lori blushed "I love him so much mother...I know what I'm doing." she smiled then blinked at the look of pure murder on her fathers face. "Let's have a talk." he lead Bruce to a closet. "Oh boy." Lori giggled.

Bruce followed after Lori's father, looking like a man on his way to the electric chair.

A few minutes later a small explosion came from the closet. "What the?" Lori blinked while her father came out of the room hand covered in flour.

Bruce followed a moment later, looking shaken but otherwise unharmed.

"Are you alright love?" Lori squeezed his hand. "I'll see you two tomorrow so we can go to the dress shop to pick out the best dress of my life.''

Bruce nodded. "I...I'm okay." He said numbly. "Oh, don't forget to bring Gemini dress shopping with you. I'm pretty sure she'll explode if you don't."

"True." Lori laughed then took the paper Jason held out. "Oh look Gemini sent the designs over." she showed them to Bruce holding his hand.

Bruce looked over Lori's shoulder at the designs. There were five in all, and all were ridiculously underpriced considering the amount of work that would have to go into each. "The choice is yours, but personally I like this one." He pointed to a simple looking three-tier cake which, upon closer inspection, was decorated with intricate, whimsical designs. "She's kidding with these prices, right? Twenty dollars for this is way too low."

Lori pulled one of her infamous faces of annoyance. "I'll beat her later." she scowls. "I'll tell her this one tomorrow when I can strangle her." she sighed and called Gemini to arrange a dress date.

Gemini, covered in cookie dough from her impromptu baking session with Rosemary, picked up the phone on the second ring. "Hello, Starr residence. Gemini speaking."

Suddenly the air turned cold and Gemini saw a penguin walk by. "You are in so much trouble Gemini Starr." Lori's voice dripped icicles. Suddenly the cold was gone "How ever I need you for tomorrow while the kids are in school so we can go dress shopping." the cold returned and this time the penguin was sitting on Gemini's head. "It's not a choice and your still in trouble."

Gemini quirked an eyebrow. "What did I do this time?" She asked, truly puzzled. "Ooh, dress shopping! I can't wait! But seriously, what did I do?"

"I'll tell you when I see you tomorrow." Lori hung up then went to help Jason and Damien with there homework grumbling in annoyance. The next morning she waved as the boys went off to school reminding them to get Rose even though she knew Jason would have never forget. Finally she kissed Bruce's cheek then took his credit card and slipped away to pick up Gemini, Pamela and Selina.

Gemini stared at the suddenly dead phone and shrugged before putting it back. She had to get Rosemary to bed. The next morning, she gave Rose her backpack and kissed the little girl on the top of her head. "Be good, and remember you're going home with Jason and Damian today, okay?"

Rosemary nodded. "Got it! You have fun, too. And don't let auntie Lori kill you, 'cause I still need you around." She said, giving her mother a hug.

Jason and Damien walked with Rose. Jason talking with her while Damien stayed quiet.

"Hey Gemini come on." Selina called from Lori's car when they pulled up. "Let's party."

Rosemary chatted happily, trying often to draw Damian into the conversation.

Gemini hurried to the can and hopped in the back. "Alright, let's roll out!"

Lori glared at her threw the rearview mirror. "I thought you should know we picked the cake." her voice was sugary sweet. "And if you don't give me an actually price for it I will lick you and then poke plus every other annoying thing I can think of."
