Kind of had this feeling that I not only killed a butt load of threads, but even possibly a forum, which I understand takes skill. One it would seem is in my possession and was unknown to me.

And the afternoon has officially started to drag by. Ugh. My only interruption now is the A/C kicking on and off, preventing me from completely sweating through my under pants.

haha!
I think its just activity is so dysfunctional during the weekday, you dunno whatchu gonna get ~

Mene really only picks up during events.

Has it been a boring day for you???
I worked out for 1hr today and 1hr yesterday, so my energy is -0% right now xD

Ugh, the A/C is my enemy unless its SUPREMELY hot outside.
I can't stand to have it on constantly because I freeze ; ^ ;

Living here in the desert you have two kinds of people: 1. The freaks that love the heat and complain when it is cold if it drops below 70 degrees Fahrenheit 2. The ones like me that prefer a normal temperature so we don't puddle into the ground. Cause sweat stains and wet spots are SMEXY. Blegh.
Truth be told it's not AS bad for me as it was the first year we lived here, I've become acclimated better to the desert heat.

We're going back to the gym starting Monday morning. Working out in the morning before work is best for me, lots more energy during the day and falling asleep at night isn't terrible or hard.
Speaking of sleep, my eyes are feeling super heavy right now. Damn two o'clock feeling.

Hasn't been boring, just happen to get all my stuff done earlier than expected.

ehh... I can understand that mess. I don't understand why they love heat so much, unless they lived in a cold climate for so long. lol I would be #2, definitely. I like neutral/cool weather more than roasting alive. But I'm glad you've adapted! Not adapting woulda driven you bonkers ~

I personally think it's crazy for people who love the heat so much that they drink hot beverages when it's already hot out... Makes my throat feel scorched just watching them *bricked*

Ooo, congrats!!! I wish we could use the cardio center here. They've only gotten as far as building up the front wall frames and the roof. I think it may be another month or so until they're finished??? Unless they get complaints from neighbors from peeps working out in their apts. xDD

They can be! I can't work out if its under 11am, though.
and if its a gym/center, I rather go at 2-3pm so no ones around.

ah, yeah when you get things done fast - it's hard to keep yourself busy. lol
if you are sleepy, then you should get some sleeps! (if you can stay asleep even if its early)

We were working out at Planet Fitness, then my job changed and getting to the gym wasn't easy anymore for awhile and now that I am at this new job I can definitely commit again to the gym. Plus afford to go to the gym.
Most people cringe when I say what time we get up and go to the gym. Early mornings aren't for everyone and there are hardly any people in the gym when we go at that time.

Feeling sleepy is courtesy of the impending girl time, it always messes with my sleep regulation. Drives me batty.

Now as odd as it is, if you are warm/hot, taking a shower that is hot as you can stand does help drop your body temperature. When you get out of the shower the outside air feels cooler. It's a marvelous thing. My mom taught me that trick, it's how I survived my first summer here.

The thunderstorms here in the desert are unreal. The lightning that jumps from cloud to cloud, how the thunder can roll for a minute or two and you feel it. Having those makes living here more bearable.

With work we operate with the expectations of being interrupted constantly while trying to get things done. Today was not a busy day for the extra little questions and requests.

Changing my schedule isn't tough for me, just a matter of getting into the habit of actually going to bed at a set time and getting up at a set time. Building that routine to make my life healthier.

That's what they say, but let's face it, there are times when staying up and sleeping in are fantastic for the soul. Although, getting up early makes me feel more accomplished throughout the day.

@ andais;

ah, I've seen the buildings for Planet Fitness. I don't believe in paying a place to lose weight, lol. I either will use my body/outside. But it's just lucky that there's a free cardio center here where we live (they've reconstructed it, which is why its not been open). I mean, you have to use a code for the keypad lock to get it but that's about it. c:

I'm happy that you can get back on the ball again, though!
I know how hard it is to keep weight off or to get rid of weight you didn't want. Ugh, I wish it was easier to lose weight

Very true! :D

I've never been a morning person. I had to take showers the night before school because my mom had to go to work early and drop me off at the early daycare-ish thing in the school gym before school started. I remained asleep while my mom dressed me, did my hair and put me in the car. I'd have to wake up to walk with her into the school building but once I was inside, I curled up and fell asleep on the gym floor until the bell rang. That was back in 3rd grade, though.

Later on, I've missed the bus a lot and skipped school a few times.
Didn't have anyone to take me or pick me up, so it was like oh well.

aww! Yeah, it definitely does.
Rain tends to make me really drowsy besides the fem stuff.

lol Not for me. I'm glad it does for you!

Once I get cold, I stay cold. Taking cold showers during warm weather works for me.
I have low blood sugar/body temp naturally, which is horrible in cold weather.*

Oooo, I'd love to see tons of thunderclouds like that. We actually had a thundercloud that did that and I recorded it with my sweethearts phone. In the movie "The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials" - they have a scene with low-hanging thunderclouds and it's scary but beautiful at the same time. <3

aha, yeah.
Those kinds of days is where you can hear a thread snap when things become too much to handle.

the only reason why I'd wake up early sometimes is because I have to pee xD
but I go back to bed immediately after if I can

I don't stick to a routine, though. I do it when I feel like it. I have to feel the dance in me.
/this one time, I lamented about my family ordering pizza when I didn't want pizza
/"I have to
FEEL the pizza in me"
