Daylen just listened to Contessa, he shook his head weakly. He didn't feel comfortable drinking her blood though. Yes he trusted her and grew up with her but in some ways he felt like he was being unfaithful. "I don't like it, I don't feel comfortable drinking from her." He told Contessa plainly. "Having to sink my fangs into someone's neck, to get that close and immediate with someone makes me feel dirty. Like I'm being unfaithful." He honestly felt like he was going around behind her back. He slowly lifted his head and looked weakly at her. No matter how many times she said he wasn't a monster, he still felt like he was one. Everyday it just seemed to get worse. He just looked at her before looking down at the floor in front of him. He could tell something was different in her, like she knew something but he wasn't going to press it. Not after what he just did.

"I know you don't like it Daylen." she answered quietly and shook her head, she could understand what he meant though. In order to bite someone's neck you had to get pretty close to that person, that's probably why Claire offered her neck to him too. The thought upset her but she quickly got it out of her mind and focused on Daylen. "Daylen please, you two are very good friends and I'm okay with that. You're not being unfaithful, it's not like you're sleeping with her." Contessa pointed out and sat down on the floor next to him. She lay no name down on her lap and kissed his cheek quickly, not knowing if he would like that or not. "I know you might not believe me, but I'm being honest when I say that I don't think of you as a monster and I'm going to continue to say that until you believe me Daylen because I'm not going to allow you to think of yourself as a monster." she stated softly and continued to run her fingers through his hair while petting no name with her free hand. "I just realized that we both think badly of ourselves. You think you're a monster and I think I'm a useless and terrible wife." she whispered and frowned.

Daylen just listened to Contessa as she spoke some more. He rather just drink from the little packets then from someone and even if Contessa didn't class it as being unfaithful, he did. He was surprised that she kissed him even if it was on the cheek. Daylen just continued to stare at the floor though. "There is a difference between us Miss Contessa. We been married for a few days, you are not a bad wife. You are not useless, you just haven't discovered yourself yet." He just weakly smiled as he continued. "I truly am a monster. Not like in the novels you read but one slip, one mistake and I can easily take someone's life. I was so worried about ridding myself of my pyrokinesis that I didn't think of what else could happen. Without meaning to I turned into much something worse." He just sighed softly. "At least with my pyrokinesis I was able to control myself. This craving, it's going to make me hurt someone." He knew he would end up hurting someone. He had a feeling deep down he would.

Contessa sighed softly, there was no point in discussing these things with him. He would always think of himself as a monster for one accident that happened years ago and no matter what she said he would continue to think of himself as that. "Haven't discovered myself?" she repeated and nodded. What was that supposed to mean? Oh it didn't matter anyway. She couldn't stand to hear him talk like this about himself though, it was heart breaking and it angered her to know his opinion was never going to change. "It was one accident that happened years ago Daylen! It is not a sin and does not make you a monster!" she exclaimed without meaning to. She wanted to drop the subject and without meaning to she just probably made it worse. "Why can't you just see yourself as the good person you are? If you hurt someone then I hope it's Claire because I know you wouldn't even dream of hurting me even if you needed to.." she added quietly and sighed.

Daylen just plainly looked at Contessa. "Killing my father was my first sin but it's not my only one. I have forgiven myself to the most of my ability but I will never fully forgive myself. What makes me a monster Miss Contessa is that he wasn't my only victim. My little sister, several of my cousins, my friends. I barely saved Sirus when I was younger, lot of good it did if I couldn't save him barely over a week ago." He just looked at that the floor in front of him. "Not a day goes by that I can't look in the mirror and fight the urge to put an end to the monster staring back." He was rather irritated, not at her, she didn't know the whole story. It wasn't something he wanted to tell her. He just took a deep breath. "My family never mentions my sister, like she didn't exist." Daylen just hid his face from her, he was fighting the tears. Contessa had no idea how deep his hatred for himself went.

"Will you just-" Contessa started but sighed and raised an arm in defeat. "Very well then. I'm not even going to talk about this anymore okay? I won't mention it and we don't have to talk about anything until you want to talk. Until then I'll just keep quiet and let you do what you do best, work." Contessa decided. Maybe it wasn't the best way to solve this, but right now all she wanted to do was go to sleep or go buy some paint and lock herself in the master bedroom to work herself. "I think you need to go and get some sleep or something I don't know." she muttered and stood up. "I need to feed no name." she added quietly and walked to the refrigerator where she pulled out some milk and poured some into a bowl to warm up. Putting the milk carton back in the refrigerator, Contessa warmed up the milk and pulled out the eye dropper then started to feed no name in silence.

Daylen just sighed roughly. He opened up to her a little but it seemed to be a mistake. "I'll sleep in my study." He briefly told her before turning into several bats, however they just flew out of the open skylight. He still had a few hours before sunrise, though with the storm it might not even peek through. It didn't take him long to get to his destination, however it was at a place far beyond the maze. He just sat on the muddy ground, he didn't care. He was dripping wet and cold to the touch. The place was overgrown with plants and crystal like flowers. They just surrounded a pound that lead into cave. There was a small patch among the crystal blue flowers, those were blood red. He just stared at them as he went into thought. Maybe it was easier just to stay locked up again. It seemed for the better.

"Goodnight, sleep well." Contessa replied plainly as she continued to feed the warm milk to no name. When she was done with that, she easily washed the bowl and the eyedropper then set the bowl on the rack to dry. "Are you hungry too?" she asked no name and smiled weakly. This day could have been a lot better, she knew he wasn't looking forward to today but she never that this was how today would turn out. "Should I go check on him?" she asked no one in particular and shook her head, "No, it's best that I just give him his space." she answered quietly and poured herself a glass of water before sitting at the table and set no name down on her lap. What am I going to do? What should I do? she thought to herself as she sipped her water.

Daniel just walked in hearing the Daylen left. He lifted his his hood before going to the fridge and taking a white packet out then left the the mansion. Even with the heavy rain and hail he could track Daylen's scent. Raymon and the other's just peeked into the kitchen. Grim just walked to the kitchen window and watched Daniel faded into the storm. "It seems I will be leading a soul into the afterlife tonight." He told Raymon. Raymon just looked at Grim. "What?!" Not Danny or Daylen, right?" He asked him softly. He just looked out the window. He didn't want to really know who. He folded his arms over his chest. Grim wasn't going to leave until he needed to. He just hoped It wasn't Daylen or Daniel. "Didn't Daniel ask you not to call him that Raymon?" Amell asked curiously, she was trying to take their minds off the soul comment. She was sure if it was Daylen, Grim would kill whoever it was attacking him.

Well I know what I want to do tomorrow. Gonna buy art supplies and a change of clothes to wear when I paint. Need to paint the room and get it furnished before anything else. If I really am to have a child, it can be the child's room instead. I'd have to talk to Daylen about that though....and I really don't think talking to him is such a good idea right now. Contessa thought to herself as she looked out the window at the rain. Was Daylen really upset? Or had it always been raining? She couldn't remember. Hearing talk about a soul being taken tonight, her eyes widened, Someone is going to die?! she thought to herself. "Who...who's dying?" she asked the group who had gathered in the kitchen. She had almost forgotten that they were still here, making here feel stupider for the way she acted.

Raymon just looked at Contessa. "We don't know who but if Grim says a soul will be taken, then one will. He is a angel of death after all." Raymon just smiled at Grim when he looked at him. "Just explaining it to her." He said defensively. Raymon just smiled sweetly at Amell, Daniel more like ordered him not to call him that but he still did. He just laughed lightly. "I like it when he is angry at me. I get goosebumps." All three of the girls shook their head at Raymon. He was a weird guy. Raymon's eyes widen. "Wait. Is that why you came here tonight?! You knew this whole time?!" He asked Grim just realizing that Grim had came to a party, he never came to parties. Grim just looked at him and smiled before turning back to the window.

Daylen just sat in silence he wasn't sure what to do at this point. He was turning into a vampire that needed real blood. Even if he used Claire's blood he was stronger than her. That point was clear since he needed the blood and the fake and tonics worked for her. If Sirus had taken the potion, would he have the same problem? He just sighed in defeat, the storm was growing worse with every second.

Contessa frowned and looked out the window at the storm that was slowly getting worse. "Oh dear..." she started and frowned. She really hoped that no thunder or lightning started happening because she really didn't want to start freaking out right now. "I hope Daylen's okay.." Contessa said to no one in particular. Part of her wanted to go check up on him in his study, because he was obviously very upset judging from the storm happening outside right now. She didn't move though, she couldn't just leave the guests and she was a little hungry anyway. She just hoped that Daylen wasn't the one that was going to die, it couldn't be him though he was safe in his study right now. Was he even in his study? Now that she thought about it, Daniel had left outside with a packet in his hand which meant that Daylen had lied and actually left outside. Was he really that upset?

Daylen just rubbed his temples, he was starting to burn up in temperature again. The cool rain wasn't lowering it at all anymore. He just heard someone walking towards him. He slowly turned to see Miaror. He didn't need this right now. He just ignored the man, he just turned back to face the crystal flowers. This just made the man in black even more upset. First his mistress willingly offered her neck to Daylen, she always preferred him and now he was a stronger vampire then him. His anger just rose towards Daylen.

Grim just made his way to the door as the clocks in the house chimed out. The clocks all froze, breaking as frost began to instantly cover the glass. Even the windows began to frost up. "Its time, I will see you ladies and gentleman later." Grim faded as he walked out into the storm. Raymon and the girls just watched the frost and Grim disappeared. Raymon was the first to speak. "Well that's eerie." He was talking about the frost and the chilling air that swarmed about Grim when left. He looked at them and softly smiled he wasn't sure what to do. All they really could do is stay put, the storm was too harsh for even Amell to bare.

Contessa reached out to touch the frost covered windows and glanced over as Grim left. This can't be good. Why is this happening today? Out of all days it had to happen today. she thought to herself and sighed. "Very eerie." Contessa agreed with a nod of her head. "He really shouldn't be out there in the rain. I know it probably doesn't affect him but still, he should be in here." she commented and looked over at Raymon. "May I have another drink please Raymon?" she asked softly. She figured she would at least enjoy a special drink while they all waited. "Feel free to sit down, no need to wait standing up." she pointed out and cradled no name in her arms who had closed his bright yellow eyes. "So sleepy aren't you?" she whispered and smiled as she gently kissed the top of its head.

Raymon just smiled and nodded. He just went to make her another drink, it didn't take him long to finished her drink. He just set it on the counter for her. The three girls just looked at Contessa, they didn't mind standing while the waited for Daylen. Saria just went over to Contessa and smiled sweetly. "Oh darling, I completely agree." She lightly patted her shoulder gently. They were really sure what to do but they knew Daniel could handle it better than them.

However after a few minutes of silence Daniel came into the kitchen. He was covered in rain running blood. He tossed the full packet onto the counter, he was queasy down to the core. They girls just looked at him, but he could held his hand up to silence them. He had thrown up several times on his way back. Raymon just looked at the packet then to him. "What happen?" He was worried. Daniel just shook his head. "Daylen." He was trying to find the words to say but it was pretty hard to describe what he had seen. It was just so horrible. Raymon just looked at Daniel even more worried. "Danny!?" The werewolf looked at him. "He is fine." He told him plainly. He didn't want to tell them what he saw.

Contessa smiled at Saria and thanked Raymon for the drink before starting to take small sips. Seeing Daniel walk inside, she wondered why Daylen wasn't with him. Noticing the blood, she started to feel sick to her stomach and downed the rest of the drink quickly, placing the empty glass back on the counter. "Yes what happened?" she asked and raised an eyebrow in confusion at Daniel's answer. "What about Daylen?" she asked. When Daniel said Daylen was fine, she didn't believe him. If he was fine then why wasn't he here? And what was with all the blood? Daylen are you okay? Are you really okay? D-do you want to be alone right now? Do you want me to go over there? I want to go check on you, Can I? she asked mentally though she wasn't sure that Daylen would read her mind since there were times when he wouldn't.

"Danny, we'll need more information than that." Raymon told him plainly but Daniel just glared at Raymon. "Very well." He looked emotionless as he spoke. "By the time I found Daylen, he was fully transformed." Raymon just looked at him trying to understand. "Miaror had angered him, he turned into a creature I only read about." Daniel said plainly. "I barely had enough strength to rip Daylen off of Miaror. Pieces of him scattered the ground. The only reason I know who it is, is by the scent of the blood. That is how violent the scene is." He just folded his arms over his chest. "Daylen isn't a vampire. He is worse." Saria just gasped. "Oh dear. Is he, was he a humanoid like bat?" Daniel just looked at her. He nodded. She placed a hand on her stomach. "My bloodmother told me of vampires that could transform. Oh the poor darling." She whispered softly, she felt bad for Miaror but he did have it coming.

"We can't just leave him out there, someone has to do something. He needs blood and I'm going to try to give it to him." Contessa said seriously before placing no name on the floor and picking up the blood packet from the counter. "I will be right back, I promise." she said and quickly ran out of the house immediately getting soaked by the rain. Where was he? This was a stupid move, right now Daylen was dangerous but how could she just leave him outside in this weather? "Daylen?!" she called out and started heading towards the maze thinking that he was probably visiting Sirus. "Daylen? Daylen are you here?" Contessa asked as she reached the maze. "The flowers..." she muttered and looked up at he flowers, wincing when some rain fell into her eyes. "White flowers are the good flowers...I think." she said to herself as she began to traverse through the maze. "Daylen!?" she called out once more.

Raymon and the girls tried to stop Contessa but they weren't fast enough. She was out of the house before they could even get a word in. However Daniel just followed her out, he wasn't saying a word. He went up to Contessa, grabbed her by the bicep and forced her to look at him. He just studied her face before speaking. "Inside, now." As much good as she was trying to do. Daylen wasn't himself. He knew that Daylen wouldn't want her to see him the way he was right now. Daniel wasn't even sure if he could protect her from him if needed. Daniel just blocked her way, even is she tried to teleport past him. He would forcefully stop her, not hurt her just stop her.

Contessa stopped when she felt a hand on her, holding her in place. A frown was on her face when she saw Daniel standing there. "You want me to just leave him out here? He probably needs blood right now more than ever and you just want me to leave him alone?" she asked and sighed in defeat, she wasn't going to fight Daniel. He would probably drag her over to the manor with ease. Contessa stared at Daniel before staring at her own two feet. "Very well then, I'm not going to fight you. If you think I should leave him alone then I will." Contessa muttered. "How long is this going to last? All day?" she asked him curiously. What was she going to do now? What was everyone going to do now? They would have to wait up with her while this passed. It had to pass eventually right?

Daniel just looked plainly at Contessa. It was best if she didn't go near him, the scene getting to him wasn't pretty. By now all the blood was washed from his cloak, he just removed it and put it over her with the hood up. "It is best if you do leave him alone for the time being. He is not himself." He told her plainly, it was more to protect her then anything. Daylen was in panic after he pulled him off what little was left of Miaror. "Daylen transformed into a creature not man nor human nor vampire. Legends have it that it's an ancient form. Human body, traits of a bat, lust unquenchable. Return inside. It's safer." He told her once more. He wasn't sure how long this would last but he would be keeping an eye on Daylen, making sure no one else got killed.

Contessa frowned but had to believe what Daniel said since he probably knew how to handle Daylen better than anyone else. Daylen had turned into something that few people knew of, and it was only then that Contessa realized just who it was that she had married. She had not just married a well known tonics maker, she had married a powerful sorcerer. One that was almost as powerful as his ancestor and now he was a very powerful vampire...or whatever he was now. Now thanks to Miaror's persistent annoyance, Daylen basically lost his calm demeanor. "I'll go inside then, I promise I'll just stay there now." Contessa promised and sighed softly, feeling stupid for wanting to help. Daylen would probably just get upset with her again if he had seen her. "Keep your cloak Daniel, you need it more than I do. I'll be fine." she commented softly.

Daniel just never moved from the path, he was just watching her plainly. She was stubborn it seemed. He just narrowed his eyes, his face plain as ever. He just grabbed her arm once more before leading her through the maze, he lead her to the path at lead to Daylen. "You insist stay outside even say you will return, follow the path. You will not like what you will see." He folded his arms over his chest, she would find Daylen. She could follow the path or turn back and follow the flowers. However he would not lead her alone with him. Daylen really wasn't safe in this form. The werewolf just watched her. He had his weapons on him just in case he had to cut Daylen down.

Contessa widened her eyes and stared at Daniel. "I said I was going inside. I'm going inside the manor Daniel, you don't want me to see him and I really don't want to end up getting scolded or something by Daylen later on for trying to do the right thing okay?" Contessa started and removed the cloak before easily folding it and placing it on the floor with the blood packet on top. "J-Just in case you want to give him that." she explained and frowned as she hugged herself and looked at the flowers. making sure to follow the right path back to the manor. She wondered what everyone was doing, probably the same thing she was doing, worrying about Daylen and hoping he'd be okay soon. Reaching the manor's front door, she yawned softly as she walked back inside and smiled tiredly when no name ran up to her. "Hello again." she said quietly and looked at everyone else. "Well I'm back, Daniel ordered me back here and I really don't want to upset anyone right now." Contessa said. She knew everyone was probably glad that she was told to come back though.

The girls just ran over to Contessa. Saria just hugged the soaking wet Contessa then just pulled away. "Are you crazy?!" She scolded her more than actually questioning her. "Don't get me wrong daring, I know you're worried like we all are but Daylen isn't himself right now." Raymon had gone and returned with a towel for her. "Perhaps you ladies can scold her later. Miss Contessa needs to change form her wet clothes and warm up." He told them all softly. "Perhaps you ladies should all retire for the night. I will have all the rooms prepare and then I'll start on something for you to eat." He told them all, no one really had a chance to eat due to Daylen's hunger. He would make something for them all so they could sleep on a full stomach.
