I picked the 29th, because it's my brother and sister's birthday.

My husband believes breast is best as well, which is why we probably will try breastfeeding. He usually gets his way. And if it's best for my child, I'd be willing to at least try.

Thinking breast is best isn't weird. It's natural. It's the reason we even have breasts. I plan on breastfeeding. Usually from what I hear most moms give up after the first couple tries, because it does hurt at first and then sometimes babies don't latch properly. Just gotta keep trying. ^^ I'm hoping I'm going to be able to breastfeed but we will see soon.

The braxston hicks contractions really haven't been that bad, it's just like period cramps for the past month on and off.

SPEAKING of baby, I think my water may have just broke *it's not always a gush like in the movies* it either broke or I peed myself. Lol Called my midwife she told me to see if there is anymore leakage or if contractions start. If neither happen it was more than likely pee. Lol

Is it crazy I got like super excited and anxious all at the same time? Lol I'm not scared of labor, I trust my body, also I've been to a ton of natural births and helped out through labor and everything so I know what to really expect.

My friend said it felt like she peed herself when her water broke. I would say check it out. How exciting if your water did break!

The nipples have to soften and it does take a few feedings before they do that.

Queen; Oh I know! I'm a bucket full of emotions. Lol have been for the past couple weeks. Like it's really starting to sink in that I'm going to be a mom. I'm totally happy about it but my anxiety and everything is just like whoa.

I called my parents who were on their way home anyways from the movies, and so we're just all seeing if this is the real deal. Lol usually the doctor/midwife has to break your water after contractions start and everything, but after your water breaks the baby is gonna more than likely be here within 24 hours.

We're thinking it's the real deal since I've been having crazy Braxston hicks *or what we've all thought maybe* contractions all day. we assumed they weren't the real deal because they weren't evenly spaced or anything. Which they still could of been the "false" contractions that triggered labor. :P Just playing the waiting game.
