I am basically in simple mode I got to feed five people on a broke budget and the two boys are super picky so I been doing (throw everything in one dish meals) last night was beef stew and tonight is enchiladas and tomorrow is homemade pot pie but mine is a family size pot pie with cornbread on the top instead of the normal pie crust ^.^

I donate platelets since I have a high count. But I have 19 donations right now and my plasma loss is too high. So I am deferred until September 2nd. After that I can donate again.

The only thing I hate about giving plasma is when they return the red blood cells with the saline. It feels like your whole body is being injected with ice.

oh i know that feelign that's happened when th ey've had to hook me up to Saline because i was dehidrated so badly they wanted to rehidrate me..

yeah i was missing fighting an infection in my leg, and they had me on some stuff that dehydrated a person pretty fast..

star doesnt' bruise easily and hwen she does bruise she never notices..she also has a good pain tolerance.. she jus thas a looot of health issues.

oh.. i do that to. like i had a bruise on my knee once and i coudlnt' figure out where it came from. i didnt' remember hitting anything hard enough to cause a bruise.. and yeah.. poor immune system, tends to do that and then i have people going on how i should do this this and this, when i don't get all that much money. heck my sister mary goes 'you should be able to live on a hundred and fifty dollars a month' its like 'uh mary, what about laundry, dish soap , laundry soap, toilet tissue so forth so on, not to mention th eoccasional new top or pants so that i have decent clothes to wear... and then of coruse POOR IMMUNE SYSTEM and whats she want me to do? get a stomach operation so i drop weight.. uh no thanks if i wanna die i know quicker ways to die then to get an infection in my intestines..

$150 a month?! Is that just for your personal care? I know you can't afford rent or any bills on that. And yeah, personal care items can get up there in cost.

Stomach operations aren't always that successful, but they are risky. I'd rather stay fat or lose weight the old-fashioned way.
