Yeah, it's the collarbone. Little guy just wanted to cuddle with me all day long. He's 2 and usually pretty affectionate but today he just wouldn't let me put him down.

Oh, the poor boy!
It just breaks my heart when little kids get hurt!
Me thinks he needs a special hugging toy to stand in while mom goes potty and stuff!

Lyric (Kasumi's little boy) is doing OK. He got all kinds of new snugglies to keep him company and he has a lot of energy now.

I spent time with a sick friend yesterday so I may get sick soon
But hopefully not too bad. I think she was smoking too much and spending too much time around children (she works at a "science center" type thing that has school children coming in on a daily basis). & they won't let her take time off work for being sick so she's basically going around and around in a circle of being sick and being okay for a couple days, then being sick again. :( I think she's not fully healing so she's just getting ill.
Half her coworkers are sick too and it just seems like a bad thing. I hope the kids aren't getting sick from all the sick employees too. :/
Seems shameful they won't let people take time off for being sick, but its not a protected right here.

I hate how you're expected to come to work sick in the US - especially in the food industry!

So, the grocery store I work at started carrying a few new brands of ice cream and there's a double vanilla bean and a strawberry cheesecake ice cream that are totally worthy. So good.

He is probably so scared and just wants to be by you so you protect him. How long till he's all healed up?
