It did get slow. The whole site did.

And as much as I'd love to try and revive it, since Hummy left RAK, it died like the rest of the site did.

I love this place and all the nutcases (plus the girlfriend) I met here, but time zones are the bane of my existence.

Can I just say...seven people replied to this thread after my last post in about one week's time. So it's not dead! RAK is still a wonderful place with lots of friends! Those friends just happen not to be posting immediately one after another

Hummy hasn't been here as often because she is one of the key negotiators working on a deal between the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and China to "buy" North Korea.

Every time I peek at mene it's almost silent, but I've also. Not been on in almost 6 months cause I moved across the country in January and had been busy saving money to so so, so... There's that.

been super busy trying to pack up my house and be my mothers slave. i mean... take care of the household chores on top of all the crazyness ect so that i can move out and live with my husabd again who both i and our girls miss desperately.

Not to bad, my sister is living with us again. She left the guy. I'm happy she's safe now but it's a bit hectic with them living in our living room.

cause kids are crazy. mine are growing up so fast.

The kiddo is 15. :)

They used to live with us then moved out for like a year and a half with this new guy but the he turned out to be a psycho after Amy moved in with him. He sold a bunch of her things without permission and bought himself a TV. Some of it was her sons stuff. He would make her do all the cooking/cleaning even though he didn't have a job through out their entire relationship. Lots of Emotional abuse as well.

oh god that's awful! Also, Amy seems to be a rather popular name all of a sudden o.o i keep 'meeting' more and more people with the name. Or at least hearing about them. Where as I think I've met in person...2?

I'm glad she's out of that situation now at least. And sorry I didn't remember the 15 year old if they'd been mentioned before. I have the crappiest memory lately, I can't even recall words i should know. Like 'investment' couldn't remember it for the life of me this morning.
