Those would be cab air bags. Made by major brake companies like Bendix, these air bags are made of strong rubber, resemble short pots, and provide cushion and shock absorption by filling with air. Though not much different in size and shape, there are two more air bags at the rear of the tractor. Trailers, too, are equipped with the same type of air bags as the tractor.

Oh neat, Im learning! I was looking at it and.. they'd have to be so strong. I couldnt see any other point of attachment aside from the front. It was wild.
