Nephi, I didn't share my art with them. We were actually talking about TV shows. These people were being insanely critical. Well, I say that as someone who never criticizes others. These people weren't any more critical than everyone else I talk to.

I've never gotten bad feedback on my art, but I've seen people talk about things they thought were bad too many times to risk it. Even if no one says anything, I get afraid someone's thinkin' it. The only time I'm aware of flaws is when something is mine. Then my inner critic screams complaints at a mile a minute.
My closest friends have seen my art. They say it's really amazing, but they know it's hard for me to see it that way. They don't get upset with me if I say, "I'MMA SHOW YOU SOME AWESOME ART!" and then at the last second I'm like, "Oh God, wait, no, I can't show you this; it's horrible."

I made that post as I spam a collection of songs that are absolutely perfect in every way in my eyes. I don't want to share them with anyone because I'm quite convinced no one will enjoy them as much as I do.

In general, there are some things, mainly songs, that I don't plan on talking about with anyone because I don't want any other perspectives to spoil mine. I'm not even talking about a negative perspective! I want to see some things purely the way I see them, and that's how I enjoy best.
I also don't want to share only to get an "I don't like it" and get stuck thinking about what they didn't like. Seriously, the thoughts take over and it gets so hard to enjoy the thing from then on. I, like… secondhand don't like it anymore. It's like I need someone to flip my "Critic of Others' Work" switch, and once it's on, it's ALIVE!

OMG this refridgerator is stupid. We bought another one cause it wasn't cold enough and this one keeps freezing things in the fridge bit.

Just poured milk in my cereal and there's ice in it! Is that bad for me? xD

There should be a knob within easy reach that allows for temperature control. Simply turn it up a notch and this should eliminate the icy milk issue.

Yeah it goes numbers 0 - 7, i had it on 3 and it was still icy so it's on 1 now xD Any lower and it's off!

At least it works i guess O_O
