Yep, as Neph said, they made it so you have to pay. And the only "membership" option that lets you share, is the $399/year option.
Imgur takes FOREVER to load on my phone. I don't know hw long exactly because I gave up after waiting around 30-ish minutes.
Photobucket had their app, which worked really well on my phone. Nothing else has.

Yep. Actual money. A lot of people can't even access their pics right now. Thankfully, I still could, so I saved all the important stuff (oc art, references, and old avatars from sites that are no more for the most part) and deleted everything.
