I'm 5 foot 3. according to my doctor i should actually be something like 115. and I think 125 is a fair weight.

and according to a quick google search.

5' 3" Normal 107 to 140 lbs. Overweight 141 to 168 lbs. Obese169 to 220 lbs.

when i've had pineapple lately my head has gotten all fuzzy and i've felt like i'm not getting enough oxygen and i fall asleep.

according to the online BMI calculator I am using, 170 pounds for a 5 foot 3 inch tall person is obese but then, 169 pounds for a 5 foot 3 inch tall person is overweight

I'm currently sitting somewhere around 170. Last i checked i think it said 172, i was down to 160 but than i got sick and depressed and ate a ton of ice cream cause i was whiny. xD which... i don't usually do. I usually have one container of ice cream sit in the freezer for several months and i eat a cone here and there.

i'm short. and I'm not really to like "omg i'm so fat" because i also have a bunch of muscle. so the body fat mass ratio or whatever it is is quite off according to the doctors stupid scales since they never take into account muscle. just height and weight -.-

that is true that people who are muscular should not go by the BMI scale. Doctors take that into consideration

if you have a post-pregnancy belly, there are apparently specific exercises that can help with that.

yeah i have a baby belly. I've been trying to get rid of it for 5 years now. xD working on that slooooooowly. and i know i look good. But my doctors tell me I'm obese. I would like to look even better though. like flattening my stomach again. or... for once. xD its never been completely flat cause i love bread!

Why is my keyboard on Chinese?
/the Chinese keyboard has a Chinese mode and an alphanumeric mode
