I Actually love it with chili sauce and ketchup and Mayo all swirl together. Don't judge me try it first. I love Hellman's mayonnaise Heinz ketchup and Maggie's chili sauce all swirled together. Once you try it you will never go back to playing catch-up. It's not a Gob of mayonnaise it's just enough to cut the spice that hurts my stomach.

I love ketchup and chili sauce together but it gave me such bad heartburn.
I was told mayonnaise would cut the spice and the heartburn...it does!
it's great for French fries and chicken tenders and even on hamburgers, too!

I realize that tomato + capsicum gives some people a bad time with their stomach.

For some reason, it has never bothered me. Nothing spicy or hot ever hurt my stomach. However, dairy products do, which is why I don't like creamy sauces. Most of them have some sort of cream in them that my stomach can't handle. And I just don't like the taste of mayo.

Tried mayonnaise when I was young, didn't like it, actually it made me feel ill, so I have no intentions of ever trying it again.
Don't eat sour cream either, why would someone want to eat something that is spoiled.
Under doctors orders no spicy food, no salsa , no peppers, & no chilies. I'm not really supposed to eat tomatoes or chocolate either, but life with no chocolate is unbearable. Now I really limit how much of it I have. One block off of special/dark bar is enough for a few days to a week.

Ideally, I eat a Hershey's chocolate bar (of the Cookies n' Creme kind, baby) one rectangle at a time, sometimes with weeks in between bits.

Is it the spice or the acid from the tomatoes?
Too much acid in food gets me, try adding a little bit of brown sugar to stuff like spaghetti sauce it cuts the acid from the tomatoes.

Sorry haven't been able to post much today, I'm deconstructing a dress. Crap I didn't even think about how long it was gonna take to get all the beads off this dress.
I've had a dubbed anime playing while I've been working on it.

I didn't really like that kind because it was so sweet.
If I try to eat a crunch bar I can't make it last, usually end up demolishing it in a day. It is one of my weaknesses.

The Cookie Layer Crunch thing in mint is one of my new chocolate faves. Maybe. But Cookies n' Creme anything… I'm a sucker for those li'l shawties.

My husband gets bad heartburn from the acid in the tomatoes as well and yes, adding a teaspoon of sugar into anything with tomatoes in it should help with neutralizing the acid, as sugar is a base, so it counteracts the acid.

Ever since I started doing that, hubby suffers no heartburn from Bolognese sauce or alike. ^_^
