It really is. I look at that stuff and I'm like… nope, can't do it. I see how Modern English came from it, and how it's tied to other languages, but… I can't fathom that system.

I knew someone who deiced to take a class on it and tried to read Harry Potter in old English with a mix of Latin
I don't think it went well.
I think he gave up.

Im writing a story where all the weapons are created by the fairy people and the ships are designed by wizards.

When you start to see yourself in your characters, that's when writing really gets fun.

Bah. Almost time to get ready for work. I feel like I didn't get amy thing done today that I wanted to get done.

I practice witchcraft occasionally,
Right now, I don't do it as much as I did in the summer...

But now I am doing it only a little. It's hard to practice the craft while moving... I don't have my alter set up anymore and I had to take down my tapestries and my candles and everything. I can't burn sage... but I can vape. :D

I like writing characters that are nothing like me.
However a lot of the time I get lazy and eventually stop being so 'strict' with the character's mannerisms/etc because I get bored.

Ava likes to write characters that are both nothing like her and also somewhat like her.
Most of her characters come from a part of her that she doesn't see or explore a lot,
But most of them are the opposite of her.

But she also writes a lot of fan fiction about horses and Loki
