I only recently learned that people like to bake with overripe bananas. We just throw ours out or say I can have 'em all. We aren't big on making things. Mother said we have a fabulous banana bread recipe that's not so simple to make.

It's had to find a really good recipe.

A lot of the time third or forth time making it is better because you've adjusted it to your tastes.

Brownies. We use a mix, but we have those babies perfected.

Where you and wifey twins separated at birth? She won't touch a banana after it gets a brown spot on it unless it is the one we used to get at the Asian market. Those still taste good even after they get a couple of brown spots, don't remember the name of them. they were just a bit longer than my fingers.
