So I go down to my local police station to report this credit card crime. And I'm sitting in the parking lot trying to get the courage up to go in the police station. And I watch this crazy driver zooming into the parking lot and I'm thinking it's a crazy deranged going to shoot the joint up person. And I want to honk the horn because it looks like he's going to smash right into the police car. And he does. He backs up into the police car pulls up a little bit turns off the engine gets out and picks up some pizzas and walks them in to the police station. And I can't go in now because I'm too nervous and upset of being a witness. I anguished about it for a little bit and then decided just to go back home.

THAT IS TERRIFYING WHAT IS HAPPENING OVER THERE.

Hummy...you should have taken a picture of the delivery car and waited till the pizza guy left, then gone in and reported the accident.
Not reporting an accident holds a hefty fine in some states...and I am betting that his auto insurance company doesnt know that he is delivering pizza, cuz that usually requires a special insurance that costs more.
You could have been (and, actually could STILL be) a hero for your local police department and your community!
Plus. ..you would have gotten your credit card fraud thing reported and you wouldn't be worried about it now.
