Exactly. Like, I used to be really vague about things and everyone around me would get really confused and sometimes really insulted if they thought I was making fun of them. Honesty has been, so far, the best policy, even if it turns out to not be what people want to hear. And, I mean, if someone doesn't like it, well that's on them honestly.

Definitely. There's a big difference between honesty and rubbing something in someone's face. Sadly a lot of people only see the latter one.

I prefer the route of blunt honesty myself. It's very hard to misunderstand a blunt person.
