Gemini raised an eyebrow and looked at Ed. "He's really a prince?" She asked him, deciding to ignore the others. "How did you end up stuck with them?"

"I don't know if it helps, but I still think you look better than anyone else here." Roy said with a smile.

"Your suppose to say that because if you thought another girl looked better then me I would hurt you." Lori glared at him over her menu then smiled at the waiter giving her drink order.

"Unfortunately he is. To make a long story short we rescued him and he found out about what we are looking for and decided to tag along so he could get it for the Emperor of Xing." Ed sighed.

Roy pouted slightly. "I said it because I meant it. But thanks for completely invalidating my compliment." He said.

Gemini snorted. "You'll need to be more careful about who finds out, or the whole world will be tagging along." She said.

"I wasn't even on purpose. Creepy grandpa over there heard us talking and told him." Ed scowled a little then waved to Al who was coming around the corner. He smiled at the girl and waved at her.

"Sorry." Lori blushed and leaned across the table. "I was always love when compliment me." she kissed his hand and settled back in smiling softly.

Gemini's expression lit up when she saw Al, and she waved exuberantly. "Al, hi! Where have you been?" She asked as he drew closer.

Roy smiled again. He briefly wondered how she could change his mood so easily, but didn't think about it too much. "Now, get whatever you want." He reminded her.

"I was giving the cat I found to a little girl. Ed says I have to stop or I'll wind up killing a cat." Al nodded then froze as his suit mewed. "Uh..." Ed twitched but didn't say anything.

Lori ordered what she wanted then sat playing with his hand. "Are you sure you want to be out and about together? What if someone sees us?"

Gemini giggled. "Cats are fragile, Al. Being knocked around inside that suit could really hurt them." She told him. "C'mon, let that one out."

Roy ordered as well, then looked at Lori and shrugged. "I'm sure. Even if someone sees us, no one will think anything of it. As far as they can see, I'm just taking my coworker to lunch."

"Alright." Al pouted but let the cat out. At once it ran away hissing at him as it sent "my armor smells weird." He frowned. "It peed." Ed crinkled his nose.

"Who happens to be holding your hand." Lori smiled a little.

Gemini actually fell over laughing. Once she managed to get control of herself again, she stood up. "S-sorry...that was funnier than it should have been." She said, embarrassed by her outburst.

Roy looked down at their entwined hands. "...I suppose this is where my constant flirting comes in handy." He said, looking ashamed. It was true, though- since he was always seen around with women and flirting with them, it still wouldn't look strange that he was holding hands with Lori.

"Come on Al let's get you rinsed out." Ed lead him to a sell and began to clean him out nose crinkling.

Lori pouted cutely. "Well you can put that practice to good use and flirt with me."

Gemini wanted to help, but she wasn't entirely sure about the boundaries with Al's armor so she waited.

Roy smirked. "I would be honored to practice on you, miss." He said, bringing her hand to his lips and kissing the back of it. "Have I mentioned that you look beautiful?"

"You may have mentioned it but I don't mind hearing it more often." Lori smiled a happy warm feeling fluttered inside her.

"There." Ed finished cleaning him out. "You still smell a little but it's not nearly as bad." "Thanks big brother."

"I'll make sure to say it more often, then." Roy answered.

Gemini smiled. "It's really neat how you guys are so close."

"I would you if you said it more but I would love it more if showed me with kisses." Lori gave a playful smirk.

"I guess so." Ed shrugged. "Aren't all siblings like that?"

"I'm certain I can do that." Roy said, smirking again. "In fact it would be my pleasure."

Gemini shrugged, an unreadable look crossing her face. "No. Not all of them." She said.

"Oh." Ed shrugged. "She's right you know brother not every sibling risks there life to bring back the other from death." Al blinked a little. "You where the only family I had left. I couldn't lose you as well."

Lori grinned and settled back as the waiter placed there food in front of them. "So...tell me what you know about your quest so far."

Gemini's odd look went away and her usual smile was back. "See, that's what I mean. You two really care about each other, and it's really cool. It's kind of rare to find two brothers who would share a room, let alone risk their lives for each other."

Roy sat back and sighed a little. He had hoped not to talk about this, but he knew Lori was rather work-minded, so there was no escaping it. Being as discreet as possible, he told her what he knew so far.

"that's...horrible." Lori blinked and sat back a horrified look on her face. "What are you going to do?" she asked swallowing.

"I guess it does make us special but not that doesn't matter to me." Ed smiled at Al. "I would do it again for my brother." Al nodded in agreement.

"I still don't know." Roy admitted. "I have a plan in progress, but there's no telling how it will shape up."

Gemini smiled brightly. "I'm glad I got to meet you guys." She said mysteriously, but didn't explain what she meant.

"If you need anything from me all you have to do is ask." Lori kissed him gentle and went back to eating wishing he would let her do more.

"I'm glad we meet you." Al blinked a little at the change of subject looking to his brother who shrugged.

"I know. Thank you, Lori." Roy said, going back to his food. He didn't know how to express how grateful he was to have her.

"Cool. So where to next? I finished my first job early, so I have time to kill." Gemini said cheerfully.

"We are going to hunt for the stone. I will be dangerous and those Humunculis could show up again." Al sighed a little.

Lori hummed softly as she ate eventually she finished and pulled away. "This is great."

Gemini frowned. "I want to go with you." She said suddenly. "I can't just go back to Central and do paperwork while something this big is happening, and Miss Lori would never let me out of the house if I told her I wanted to help. Since I'm away already, now's my only shot."

Roy ate in silence, glancing over at Lori every so often and smiling. He finished about the same time as her. "I guess the rumors about this place were true, then." He said.

"Good thing or I would have had you blow it up to please me." Lori smirked a little thanking the waiter when he took the dishes away and left the check.

"If your really sure" Al looked at Ed. "Why not we already have to ninja three." Ed shrugged a little.

"The scary thing is that I'd probably do it." Roy said, taking the bill and paying it.

Gemini nodded. "I'm positive. Don't worry, I can pull my own weight." She said.
