Gemini blushed at the word "date." Of course that's what it was, but neither of them had really specified. Did that mean they were...together? "W-well...we could talk about...the cat that's staring through the window at us." She finished, pointing to the window. On the other side, there was in fact a small, ragged calico kitten staring at them with mismatched eyes, almost as if it knew who they were. "Is it me or does it seem...smarter than regular cats?"

"That's a little creepy." Al turned to look and looked a little frightened. "We aren't going to go feed it right now. We'll eat first and save the scraps that are good for cats."

Gemini nodded, more than a little creeped out. "Right. Part of me is hoping it will be gone by then..." She admitted.

"Maybe it's a stalker cat." Al smirked at how silly that sounded though the cat was freaking him out a little.

"Maybe we were right about the cats telling each other about us." Gemini joked.

"Or it's Miss Lori's familiar come to get us for talking about her." Al shivered at the idea.

Gemini laughed. "Nah, if it was her familiar it would be her cat." She said. Their food came then and Gemini dug in.

"True." Al smiled. "But that would be creepy if she could send her cat to send another cat to kill us."

Gemini nodded. "True." She said. Then, after a moment, "Somehow I feel like it's something she would be able to do, though."

Al shivered. "i really, really hope not...though Roy probably has her tied up doing all his work." he had no idea just how almost on the mark he was.

Gemini nodded and went back to her food. While she was eating, she listened to the conversations around her, and heard something interesting that made her smile.

"What are you smiling about?" Al asked blinking a little.

Gemini chuckled. "I just heard someone talking about the cat." She said. "Apparently it sits in that spot every day and stares at whoever sits here. Someone said it's the only place where the sun reaches all day. So basically that kitten is just begging us because we're here."

"Oh thank goodness." Al sighed in relief. "I'm glad it's not Lori's revenge cat."

Gemini chuckled. "Yeah, me too." She said. "Still...it's still staring at us...I'm definitely going to give it a few scraps." She couldn't help it, the kitten was so cute. And this one was obviously a stray. "There is one other thing I heard..." She added, more somber. "That kitten, it's owner left it there two weeks ago. Just...plopped it down and walked away. I think it's still waiting for them to come back..."

"poor thing." Al frowned at the cat. "How could someone do that?" He bite his lip a little. "I just don't get it."

Lori groaned and snuggled against Roy. "I can't return that outfit know." She chuckled a little.

"I don't know." Gemini shook her head. "I could never do that to any animal, let alone a helpless kitten."

"I'll pay for it." Roy said with a smirk. "I'll even pay extra if you'll promise to wear it again."

"I would take it home but we live in such a small apartment." Al frowned. "What do you think?"

"Oh I'll defiantly be wearing it again." Lori laughed and kissed him gentle.

Gemini bit her lip. She wanted to help the kitten, but she knew she couldn't help every stray. "I...I want to help it, at least. Maybe we'll just get it strong enough to live on it's own..." Their apartment was small, but so was the cat.

Roy chuckled. "Good. I'm looking forward to it." He said.

"Sounds good to me." Al smiled and relaxed a little as he ate


"Your such a perv." Lori teased.

Gemini nodded, glad that they agreed, and continued with her food.

Roy smirked. "But I'm your perv." He said affectionately.

"True. I guess I can live with that." Lori laughed and gave him a gentle kiss. "So long as it's just me."

Al watched the people eat amazed at how awesome everything was. He finished eating and sighed happily. "It's so great to actually eat."

"Of course it's just you. It will never be anyone else." Roy said, pouting.

Gemini smiled slightly, happy to see him enjoying himself. "We'll have to remember this place." She said.

"Defiantly." Al nodded and finished with a groan. "I have got to eat slower."

"I know just want you to know that I'll beat you if you even look at another girl." Lori smirked at him.

"Are you okay?" Gemini asked, half concerned and half amused. "I'll remind you next time."

"You're hurting my feelings." Roy said. "You know I'll never even think about anyone else."
