"To answer in that order. Where fine. Yes I loved Xing and I don't think that lasts one any of your business." Al was blushing darkly.

"I'll take that as a yes." Lori giggled.

Gemini was blushing about the same color. "Xing was very nice, thank you for asking. The people are quite kind, and the weather is nice, even if it is a bit warm. We're learning a lot there." She completely avoided the last question.

Roy smirked. "That's just about what I figured." He chuckled. "You two are cute together though, so I won't tease too much. Just make sure you take your time with certain decisions."

Al cleared his throat. "So..." he searched for a topic of discussion. "How have you two been?"

"Exhausted. He's lucky I love him so much." Lori smirked at Roy.

Roy nodded, slightly impressed with how well Al managed to turn the conversation around. "Things have been hectic lately, and we're both pretty tired. But...I'm glad I get to spend so much time with Lori." He said.

Gemini sighed quietly, glad for the change of topic.

Lori blushed a little. "We managed. Barely I'm fairly sure we'll get even less time together know." she pouted. "He'll never get everything done unless I help him."

"Now that's not fair. I'm not completely useless." Roy said, pouting. "I have been working my whole life for this, after all."

"No your not completely useless...especially when we're alone." Lori smirked.

"Ok didn't want to hear that." Al blushed.

Gemini's face turned as red as her hair. "Can we please talk about something else?"

"Thank you, Lori." Roy laughed. "Alright, we'll stop. I have to admit, I missed having you two around to tease."

"It's no fair all the adults get all the fun." Al pouted. "When we get to talk like that you'll just think it's cute." he sighed.

"Maybe. You could make it so that we see you." Lori shrugged blinking when Al stood.

"I'm leaving." Al turned to go.

Gemini squeaked, her face dangerously red. She seemed to be having trouble breathing. She opened her mouth to say something...and promptly fainted.

Roy went to stand up. "Aw, come on Al, don't-whoa!" He stopped when Gemini fainted, and moved around the table to see if the redhead was alright.

Al blinked and bent down as well. "Gemini?"

Lori laughed and started to fan the girl."Get water."

Al grabbed water and blinked as Lori splashed Gemini with it.

Gemini coughed and sat up, wiping water from her face. "Wha-?" She looked around. "What happened?"

Roy sighed in relief. "Okay, maybe we should ease up on the teasing."

"Agreed." Lori stood and went back to the table smiling as the waiter dropped off there drinks.

"You ok?" Al asked looking her over.

Gemini shook her head, sitting back in her chair. "I'm okay. Thanks." She smiled at Al.

"Sorry about that." Roy said sincerely. He hadn't expected that reaction.

"As long as your sure your alright." Al smiled at sit down next to her.

"I' sorry too. We won't tease you two anymore." Lori stared at her food when it appeared and then dug in.

Gemini shook her head. "I'm fine, Al. I'm sure. It's okay. Let's forget about it." She said, glad when their food showed up.

Roy was happy to see their food appear, if for no other reason than to halt the conversation. He ate quickly, but was too nervous to eat much.

"You alright Roy? You've hardly touched your food." Lori frowned at him as she ate her whole plate.

Al hide his smirk and focused on his food.

Roy looked up at Lori and gave her a carefree smile. "I'm fine. Just have a lot on my mind." This was not only true, but something she would understand and- hopefully- leave alone.

Gemini looked between Al and Roy, suspicious that they were hiding something.

Lori narrowed her gaze at him then smiled. "Alright so long as your alright." she squeezed his hand.

She was on to him. He could tell by the way she looked at him. Roy took a deep breath to calm himself and ate some more so she wouldn't be suspicious. It wasn't long before they had all finished dinner, and it was time to make his move. His hand went to his pocket and he turned to Lori. "Lori, close your eyes."

"Alright." Lori shrugged and closed her eyes smiling a little. "What are you up to?"

"You'll see." Roy said, moving silently to kneel in front of her. He pulled out the ring. "Alright, open your eyes." He waited for her to do so. "Lorinda Archer, it would make me the happiest man in the world...to spend the rest of my life with you. Will you marry me?"

Lori's eyes opened in surprised then grinned happy tears appearing in her eyes. "Yes. yes I'll marry you." she held out her hand trying hard not to start cry in front of everyone.

Roy beamed and slid the ring onto her finger- a perfect fit. It was a simple gold band with a beautiful diamond set in it. He stood up, pulling her with him, and kissed her.

Gemini gasped and applauded along with everyone else in the restaurant when Lori accepted. She looked over at Al. "You knew about this, didn't you?"

"Yes I did." Al grinned. "isn't it great?" he watched them kiss and looked away blushing softly.

Lori kissed Roy back clinging to the front of his shirt.
