Roy didn't want to pull away, and it was obvious in the way he hesitated. He smirked at Lori. "Excellent cake."

Gemini blushed a little and took the plate he offered. "Yeah, I guess it is." She agreed, once again picturing her and Al kissing like that.

"What are you thinking about?" Al noticed her blush and smirked. "Something naughty?" he leaned forward. "Who knows maybe that could be us some day." he whispered it into her ear giving her a quick kiss before he pulled away.

Lori smiled at him. "We can kiss more later I promise."

Gemini's blush darkened, and she was left speechless as she fumbled with the fork she was given. "Uh...um..." How had he managed to guess precisely what she had been thinking?

Roy pouted playfully. "Oh, alright." He said, leading her back to their table.

Al chuckled at the look on her face and went back to eating.

After the party Lori stood. "Shall we my love?" she offered his her hand.

Roy stood as well and took Lori's hand. "Whenever you're ready." He said.

Gemini yawned slightly as the party wound down. "It's getting late." She muttered.

Lori headed for there limo ready to go home and relax. "Lets get some sleep." she didn't expect a honeymoon since he was the president.

Al stood and lifted Gemini into his arms. "Lets head home." he headed for the car they city had given them and placed her in the passenger seat kissing her gentle before he climbed in and drove to the house they had gotten when he had been appointed vice president.

"Sounds good." Roy said. He had thought of a surprise honeymoon, but with Lori in the later stages of pregnancy he'd decided traveling wasn't the best idea.

Gemini giggled as she was lifted up. "It always surprises me, how strong you really are." She said.

Al pouted. "I'm not sure if that was a compliment."

Lori settled into there bed and sighed. "I don't have the energy to change." she glared at the dress.

Gemini blushed, embarrassed by her lack of tact. "It was a compliment. I meant that I know you're strong, but you're always proving that you're even stronger than I thought." She explained.

Roy raised an eyebrow. "I can get it off for you." He said it without any alternate meaning. Though it was hard, he was refraining from sex until the baby was born.

Lori rolled over so that he could unzip her. "yes please."

Al smiled. "Thats what I thought you meant." he kissed her gentle.

Roy unzipped the dress for her. "There you go." He said, helping her pull the dress off. At the same time, he found a robe to put over her.

Gemini gave a sigh of relief as she kissed him back. "It's a good thing you understand me so well, because I'm just not good at talking."

"Thank you love. To think we have two more months to go." Lori sighed rolling onto her back.

'I always try to understand you." Al smiled. "And when I can't I'll fake it." he chuckled.

"You're welcome." Roy said as he went to change his own clothes. "Don't worry, we'll get through it. And then we'll have a full family of our own."

Gemini snorted. "Well you fake it really well, then. I've never been able to tell." She said.

"I know." Lori sighed. "We are going to be very busy."

Lori was in bed having been ordered there by her doctor. "I'm so fat. This baby is never coming out." she sighed poking her stomach.

Roy had stayed by Lori's side for much of the past month, only leaving when he absolutely had to. That was where he was currently, making sure she was comfortable. "Come on, that's not true. You look beautiful, and the baby will be here soon enough."

"No I'm going to fat and miserable forever." Lori pouted then her eyes widened. "My water just broke." she announced calmly.

Roy instantly stood, picked Lori up, grabbed a bag they had packed for the occasion, and headed out to the car. He got Lori buckled in and started driving, at the same time making a call to Al and Gemini to let them know what was going on. And all the while, he never stopped talking to Lori, doing his best to comfort her.

Lori was taking deep breaths gripping one of his hands. When they got there the real fun began.

Al grinned at Gemini. "Lori's water broke there on the way to the hospital."

Roy kept up with the nurses as they prepared Lori for labor. He stayed by her side, holding her hand and providing encouragement.

Gemini jumped up. "Let's go! I can't wait to meet the baby!" She said excitedly.

Al nodded and headed to the hospital waiting for the nurses to come out.

Hours later the nurses handed Roy his daughter. She cried a little but as soon as she saw Roy she cooed and reached for him.

Roy took his daughter gently, as if he was afraid to break her. He felt something wet on his cheeks and realized he was crying. "She's perfect." He looked up at Lori, smiling.

"Yeah she is." Lori smiled looking exhausted. "What do you want to name her?" She asked carefully sitting up.

Roy looked back down at the newborn. "I...don't know. Do you have any suggestions?" He asked.
