Down I came thump,thump,thump!!!
Now I have a bruise on my bad leg the size of a goose egg.
I'm OK .of course boo thinks I'm half killed but that's just her way.
Soooooooo yeah. The itsy bitsy Pisces went up the metal frame.down came a wet spot and slipped the Pisces out. Homelimped the Pisces and said ,won't do that again......soon

Damn! I hate when that happens!
....and stuff like that happens to me a LOT!
....Well....stuff KINDA like that! ....I avoid certain activities....climbing being one!
If there's no steps, I'll just watch from the ground, thank you! Lol!
Kudos to you, Capt...for allowing your inner child out for a moment....
Now, if only the bruises would heal as fast as when we were kids!

Ya might wanna pass on the playground activities for a while....at least till the bruise fades!
Let the kids have THEIR opportunity to sport their OWN bruises for a while! Lol!

All joking aside,.I'm glad ya didn't get hurt worse than ya did!
I second that Epsom Salt bath!
Take it easy and feel better soon! !

That's my last captkayd avi from mobamigle. They shut down back 2012 I think.
Capt was a super hero parody of me and my life.
From there I bagan writing silly stories of nonsensical daring do for captkayd and his covert coven of crime fighters ohhhhh wellllll

I walked today.
Down the country lane.
Tweedle Dee and tweedle dum (2 large white dogs) were out and happy.
I hummed taps for a poor squirrel who failed to cross the road with a walnut.
Lord knows the chickens tried to show him how.
I ran into farmer John and we fed carrots to his mules.
I trimmed a swag if Holly with berries for boo.
Also, john gave me 2 boxes of ceramic flowers for boos Crafts. A nice walk.

That sounds like a most pleasant walk!
My closest neighbors only have dogs....and I'm sure they get fed just fine without me risking my fingers to help! Lol!
Feeding mules would be awesome, however! ...or horses...or chickens.....DEFINITELY GOATS!
I am somewhat cabin-bound, for I don't want to go for any walks in the 10 or so inches of snow outside!
But, I vicariously took a walk with you when I read your post! Thank you!
I wish I could find some wild holly! ....but we definitely have plenty of pine boughs to make wreaths from!
(I would have said Christmas trees, but I find myself annoyed at the folks that come from the city to cut down our healthy, young trees....when we REALLY need the dead trees cut down so those younger trees could thrive....and folks should go where they grow trees that are grown to be cut down before their prime.... Do I sound like a Mountain Cat, or what?!? Lmao!)

I hope you have a most pleasant evening, my friend! !

There's one on the other side of that same leg... Hey, do it right or don't do it.

---------- Post added 12-17-2015 at 03:24 PM ----------

Well,I didn't feel like a walk today soooooooo I settled for feeding biscuits and carrots to the horse and dogs in the pasture behind the house and oyster crackers to the free range chickens across the street.
The only way I could like living here any more would b if we had our own place.
Oh, we had a little black green eyes Kittie stopped by. Gotta love this place

Good night all u silly people.
Today was brought to u in part by the fine folks at moosesnot glue.
Why, I just can't say enough about this wonderful product.
See, at msg moosesnot is only picked from American and Canadian moose.
When sticky counts , it's moosesnot to the rescue.
Pets love it too, just add a few drops to their food for that stick to their ribs feeling.
Except no substitutes.
Moosesnot Inc is a green company.
Good night folks

Today's been low key.
I took out the garbage, did a load of dishes, folded 2 baskets of laundry.
There's 1 load still in the drier and one in the washer.
I think that might b it.
Yep, Life in the Old lane 😊😉😏

I woke up early today.
I feel better than I have in a while.
Hope it last.
But it any case it's Sunday.
More, it's the last Sunday before Christmas.
I'm hoping for a total Christmas song service.
I do however Feel bad for our pastor. His mother died about a week ago.

We had the best Christmas morning. I got tools snacks and a new rifle.
My daughter got me a Christmas tree ornament that says, u don't need a cape to b a hero.

---------- Post added 12-25-2015 at 05:27 PM ----------

The first year here, I pawned my shotgun, shells and binoculars and boo pawned all her jewelry. So this Christmas I got a 22 call 10 round clip semi auto rifle with military sights.
If it was a higher cal it would b a assault rifle.
I got boo gold ear rings.
There was so much more today but the thing is this.
Everyone from the momster to my one year old niece had a wonderful Christmas.
Thank u Jesus. Amen

I'm so happy that ya had an awesome Christmas!
That ornament you describe is very cool! ....a perfect gift for you!

So...is the rifle just for fun-time target practice.....or will you use it hunting....or just home security?
The BF bartered off his rifles for tools a couple years back...and now he is considering a handgun for protection....
Personally, I prefer a gun-free home....but that's prolly cuz my ex husband went nuts and shot the ceiling of our bedroom with a 30.06, when he decided not to shoot himself in the head!
I think I can STILL hear the ringing in my ears!! Lol!

I'm glad that even Momster had a nice Christmas!
We spent the day/evening at Hope's paternal grandma's house....
We had dinner and opened presents...
All my grandkids were there!
Even Sarah was in a good mood and let her older sister help her eat!...but then Sarah had the trade-off seizure when we got home (I can always expect a seizure when Sarah is on her best behaviour....bummer, huh?).
All around, it was a pretty good day!

I hope you have a most pleasant weekend!! !!

Yeah the momster was kind of strange she normally tries to drag everybody down over dads having been dead just to you know just to be miserable but ShE didn't do that this year in fact she seemed to enjoy yourself I know she's getting very old very feeble maybe she caught on in time you can never tell ill use my rifle largely fOr home security but I may take up hunting also got A great toolbox we had a great Christmas and I hope yours was too of course the fact that you had hope with you makes it so doesn't it okay
