"I really should be more careful." Aria sighed and stared down the cliff. "Where going to have to go around or something."

Adam nodded. "We don't have enough rope for that climb."

Haru looked around and blinked a bit seeing a narrow pathe that went down the clift."we could try that"

Yuna looked to him then to the path."that looks safe"

"Totally safe." Aria chuckled. "But it's the only way and I can feel the shard moving away from us."

"We should go then." Adam started down the path carefully.

Haru smiled and let Aria go ahead of him and wa;lked behinde her.

Yuna smiled bringing up the rear,keeping her guard up

Adam reached the bottom and jumped. "Careful there's a space." he held out his arms and Aria jumped into them. "There we go. You want help to Haru?" he teased.

Haru gave a look."no im good",he said jumping down with ease.

yUNA JUST LAUGHED A LITTLE AND HOPPED DOWN."that wasn't to bat of hike"

Aria brushed herself off and started walking.

"Looks like the hike isn't done yet." Adam sighed.

Yuna grinned."hey at least when we stop to rest we'll be tierd'

"True. If she stops." Adam snorted as they headed for a lake. "She does realize she can't walk threw that right?" he blinked when she started to head straight into the lake and vanished from sight.

Aria blinked and turned back reappearing "Its an illusion brought on by the shard."

Haru had nearly panicked when she vanished then blinked .wow",he said following her

Yuna starred.'huh..neet"

Aria vanished again waiting for the others. Before them was a small empty village. "Something in there doesn't want to be found."

Adam nodded. "Do you think it's hostile?"

"I can't really tell but it doesn't feel evil." Aria shrugged.

"well then that is a good thing",Yuna said softly looking aroudn

Haru nodded."alright then,but lets not get to relaxed just yet"

Aria nodded and headed for the village jumping when something moved in one of the buildings. "Hello?" she called. "Go away." a small voice called followed shortly by a rock. Aria managed to drop it blinking "A kid?"

Haru frowned.'hey were not here to hurt you",he said softly

Yuna blinked a bit."yeah,dont be afraid",she said gently

"Everyone is here to hurt us. All adults are terrible." A girl with pink hair stepped out glaring at them a knife in her hand. "GO AWAY!"

Yuna stepped forward and bent down to her level."what do you mean?',she asked sadly."why would anyone want to hurt you"

The girl slashed her knife at her. "Go away." she growled.

''Whoa easy." Adam blinked.

Yuna caught her arm gently."hey now,were not here to hurt you,or anyone else thats here.....besides,i know what its like....",she said softly

The girls eyes grew wide then she leaned forward and bite Yuna as hard as she could. "Get off my sister!" a older boy appeared from behind a building a sword in his hand.

Yuna yelped but stayed calm."hey now just relax",she looked to the young boy."im not here to hurt eaither of you i just want to talk',she released the girls arm and sat back letting the little girl vite her arm."hmm good set of teeth"

The girl hid behind her brother. "What do you want?" he asked glaring at them.

"We just want to talk." Aria assured him. "We are looking for one of these thats all." she showed him the shard.

"You mean older sisters necklace? Why would you want that?" He frowned.

Yuna frowned."its dangerous to have.....there are other demons looking for it,were trying to get the peaces to destroy it"

"but it protects us." The boy frowned more. "It made us vanish." ''How come you found us?" the girl chirped up.

"I am the person who owns the jewel so I am connect it to it." Aurora shrugged.
