Haru smiled a bit."hes rigth",he said grinning then blinked as Yuna took off ahead of them."wonder whats thats about"

"maybe she wants Alex to say she's a good mom?" Aria offered.

"Why are girls so hard to understand some times?" Adam asked as Aria shrugged.

"That and maybe we all agreed she wasn't really soft hearted enough ",Haru said rubbing the back of his head

"Girls." Adam sighed. "I'm not upset that I'm not dad materiel. I know I'm not. I'm far to...well me." he caught up with Yuki. "You OK?"

Yuna looked to him.."shh,i hear something up ahead"

"It is nice." Aria smiled at him.

Adam put his hand on his sword. "Friend or foe?"

Haru grinned and quickly gave her a kiss."I love you",he said softly

Yuna frowned."can't tell yet",she said her ears twitching as she looked around

"I love you more." Aria grinned then blinked. "Why are we stopping?"

"Yuna sensed something." Adam glanced back at them.

Haru blinked and got ready for a fight.

Yuna looked around and blinked as a little boy came running out of the woods yelling behind him was a large world demon

"Holy!" Adam gasped and sprung forward to protect the child.

"A demon!" Aria hide behind Haru pulling the child behind her.

Haru stood infront of Aria and the child

Yuna growled.'foe",she said also charged

Aria was amazed once again by how well Adam and Yuna worked to try and defeat the demon.

Adam finished the demon and stopped to catch his breath. "Is everyone alright?"

Haru grinned."were good",he said calmly.

Yuna nodded."good"

"Are you alright little one?" Aria asked the boy.

Adam sheathed his sword and frowned. "He must live near here I would imagine."

Yuna looked to them."I'll scout on ahead,you guys stay with the kid",she said and ran ahead to look around

tHE LITTLE BO HICUPED AND NODDED."yeah,b-but my family is gone"

"Oh you poor thing." Aria wiped his eyes off. ''We'll get you help." she promised.

Adam watched her go frowning a little.

The boy hicupped."wh-why did thhat demon attack my village?"


Haru frowned."who knows,but hs gone now and well do what we can to help"

"There's a few reasons but none of them are good enough." Aria wondered what they would do with him.

Haru looked at her.'we should take his with us,for now anyway",he said watching as the little boy clung to Aria

"Alright." Aria sighed and walked over to Adam. "We got another member for know."

Adam smiled at the boy. "We just need to wait for Yuna to come back."

Haru nodded and looked up as Yuna came back with a grim look on her face."this wont be good"

Yuna shook her head."we better keep going",she said softly

Aria frowned but lead the way holing the boy.

Adam sighed. "Demons are annoying. No offense you two."

Yuna gave a look."right",she sia dfolding her arms and started walking as well,keepling her guard up

Haru sighed."the bad ones anyway",he said watching Yuna walking

Aria chuckled. "He does have a point demons are annoying." her tail swished. "Most of them give us sweet innocent ones bad names."

Adam smiled a little. "You two are the first demons I've ever liked. I don't mean to be racist its just...old habits die hard."
