Luna smiled."so,my grabdfather was filling me in about my family ... and that once as the chage is over ,and i go home theres something he wants to show me"

Damien took a sniff."hes not here',he said calmly

"Go home?" Ed blinked. "Do I get to come with?' he asked worried they would say no.

"he's not here for now.'' Artemis went threw the day glad they didn't have gym. Towards the end of the day she was called to the office. Hope had gotten sick at school and needed to be taken home. She left at once forgetting to tell Tom in her rush to make sure her sister was OK.

Orian grinnned."of course you do",he said happily.

Luna blushed and nodded."y-yeah,i was going to ask you to later"


Tom frowned when he nitice Artemis missing from class,then after asking around he growled hearing she had to leave."great"

Alex smiled as he stood at the school gates."ah,there you are"

Artemis blinked and walked right up to him. 'I don't have time for this." she kicked him hard where it counted and turned to head for her sisters school.

"Oh cool." Ed grinned. "i can't wait."

Alex yelp like a girl and curled up in the ground.'oow"

Luna nodded.'y-yeah"

Artemis got to Hopes school and carried her home. "You did great today." she assured her wondering if Alex would decide to show up again.

Ed sit down next to Luna. "Just a couple more weeks and you'll be going threw the change." he squeezed her hand.

This time it was Tom who stood waiting for them,looking a tny bit miffed,also qorried though.

"yeah",Luna said resting her head on his shoulder."but you'llbe there"

"I'll do whatever I can for you." Ed promised.

"Oh Tom. I'm so sorry. Hope got sick at school." Artemis whispered Hope was asleep her head on Artemis shoulder.

Tom nodded."lets get you two home",he said and turned walking

Luna smiled."good to know"

"Are you mad at me?" Artemis grimaced shifting Hopes wait carefully. "I didn't mean to leave without telling you. I just got scared she was really sick."

Ed stretched. "Want to go for a run?"

"its fine,i understand",Tom said softly

Luna blinked."sure"

Ed smirked and touched her arm. "Your it." he raced off.

Artemis took a breath. "I kicked Damien where it counted." she admitted with a smirk.

Tom smiled."i would have liked to see that"

Luna blinked but laughed chaceing after him

"It was awesome." Artemis chuckled digging out her house keys. "I wasn't afraid of him. All I could think of was Hope." she pushed the door open and tucked Hope into her bed. "You could go back to school. I have to wait for mom to come home."

Ed smirked and let his hand wolf speed kick in. "Come on Luna." He called smirking

Tom nodded."I could,but to be safe i'll watch over the house",he said and headed out the door

Luna frowned.'sure,cause i can run like a guzzel",she said trying to pick up her speed a bit

"Come on let your instincts kick in." Ed called prancing around. "unless the best." he laughed.

Artemis watched him go and went to make supper waiting for her mom. When she come home she went out to find Tom.

Tom hadnt gone far,he was in the middle of a book when he spotted her ."hey,how's Hope?",he asked softly

Luna frowned a bit and tried to pick up spead and jump,only to fail horribley as she tripped over a rocked,tubeled into a bush and into a pond.She sat up a bit

Artemis shrugged. "She ate her soup and managed to hold it down." she sighed and ran a hand threw her hair. "I'm scared we're going to have to send her back to the hospital. She hated it there."

Ed turned and went to help her. He paused when he found her soaking wet. "We'll it's not as bad as my first try." he was obviously trying hard not to laugh.

Tom watched her and sighed."I...may know a way to help her get better",he said carefully

Luna sat theer and gave a small glare."ha ha",she aid getting up.

"Hey I face planted into poo." Ed helped her up. "You'll get it." he assured her.

"What!? Really? How?" Artemis was immediately interested.

Luna pouted.'sure i will"

"now dont freak out",Tom said softly."she should have a few drops of my blood,and mix it with a drink she likes....it wont make her a vampire",he assured her.'it will help her amune system and should make her better in a day"

"Really? Your sure it wouldn't turn her? It wouldn't do anything but make her feel better? No turning into a slave?" Artemis looked hopeful.

"Hey we all start out like this." Ed hugged her tightly. "I promise it will come."

"Yeah,she wont turn,she wont be a slave,if anything id be able to tell is she was in trouble",Tom said softly

Luna blinked and melted into his hug and smiled a little."okay,i believe you"

"Lets try it!" Artemis pulled inside giggling when she spotted Hope in her pink princess dress eating soup at the table.

"Lets get you inside so you can change." Ed guided her inside.

Tom blinked and smiled at hope."hey hope"
